Fantastic experience: I saw NaMoo as a dentist and Invisalign specialist for 2 years at his previous clinic in Mornington. Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved how Dr.Park treated my 3 year old son. This little one is usually skeptical and resistant to listen to anybody as a typical toddler, but I was surprised that Dr.Park made my son let him even to take an X-ray on a second meeting! He let him sense pretty much everything in his room on a first day. He was interested in touching his tools and happy playing around during the session. No need to see him crying.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been really anxious about going to the dentist, but my teeth were screaming for a good clean (lol) Dr. Na Moo completely changed how I feel about it. The EMS Airflow was nothing like the usual scrape-and-dread of traditional cleanings—it was so gentle, and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Plus, I got to kick back and watch Breaking Bad during the session, which made me feel so at ease. I LOVE IT! It honestly felt more like a chill catch-up than a dental visit. I had Jawtox with Shona and a TMJ assessment with Dr. Na Moo—both were so thorough, passionate, and made everything easy to understand. I also did my skin analysis and Shona recommended some products for me - she wasn't pushy and she did not try to upsell numerous products and many treatments for me which a lot of other clinics did. Fantastic experience: Namoo was amazing to have as a dentist, especially for my Invisalign treatment. It was nerve wracking not knowing what to expect. he explained everything so clearly, and detailed, and made sure you understood. And allowed time for questions. The whole process from start, to finish was seamless. Namoo is also such a kind and gentle person to be around, so although you are in a dentist chair, Namoo is good at putting you at ease. Fantastic experience: Just had my follow up appointment after getting Botox for the first time a few weeks ago — my dentist had warned me about cracking a tooth from clenching my jaw but I’d been putting it off because I was worried about my face caving in. Shona’s experience and expertise was invaluable because she could advise me on how I could best balance my treatment goals with any visual changes. We were both happy with the final results — any more, and she joked I’d hate her because I’d look too gaunt, but any less and it wouldn’t have addressed my symptoms. I’m a little amazed that she could just look at my face and figure out the perfect dose when there were all these variables to consider! That’s why we booked in the follow-up appointment — she told me it was better to be conservative than do too much — but it turns out she was being too modest, because she definitely nailed the dose! I appreciated how despite all her experience, she didn’t over-promise, and was honest about the fact that the outcome isn’t 100% predictable — I bet she’s pretty close though! I was weighing up whether to get this done at my dentist’s but since it wasn’t covered by insurance anyway, opted to come here. I’m sure dentists know facial muscles very well, but their main job isn’t injecting them day in, day out! But at the same time, I felt apprehensive about it being a ‘beauty’ treatment because (maybe I’m projecting) sometimes I go in for a trim and end up with seventeen new insecurities about my body and an expensive protein treatment, but Shona was super professional and understanding of my individual needs. She did a brief skin analysis when we took the before photos and shared some tips for dehydration and hyperpigmentation, but it didn’t feel judgemental or pressuring. She was great about listening to my concerns so I felt very at ease. I’ve never had anything like this done before but Shona was very realistic and upfront about what I could expect, how long it’d last, the aftercare, and any possible side effects. I’ve always been a little nervy about cosmetic injectables so I told myself if this didn’t go well then I’d give up and get a splint, but I feel so relieved this is a viable option for my jaw tension now. The clinic is calm, warm, and relaxing — you almost forget it’s also a dentist’s. Shona made sure I was super well-informed and comfortable with the whole process. She is an incredibly gentle, professional, and friendly person, even when she’s putting needles in you!

Fantastic experience: I came all the way from the CBD to see Namoo. I’m extremely impressed by his thorough and holistic approach to dental care. He takes the time to talk through every aspect of what he does, and he has a genuine interest in his patients and what their needs are. His equipment is all ultra-modern, including a fancy water device he uses to clean teeth instead of the usual metal one that most dentists have. You even get a choice of different flavours when having things like fluoride treatment. Amazing! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had the Facial Harmony Signature Facial and it was AMAZING!!! Skin analysis (comes free with opening promotion) was done prior to facial and it gives me information on my skin health ( which needs a bit of work done especially regular sunscreen application :/) My skin was very dirty and lots of clogged pores!! She used premium products for the facial My skin was glowing and very clean post facial and I notice application of foundation a lot smoother and flawless. Thank you Shona. Highly recommend this clinic and I will be back. UPDATE: I went back to do some teeth cleaning and I was so impressed with the service that I have to edit my review. Dr Park took photos of my teeth to show before and after the clean, he also took 3D photos of my teeth to show my where my cavity is, the wear and tear of the teeth, very informative insight teeth health, educational in term of how I can best keep my teeth healthy and correct flossing technique. Dr Park is so detailed in everything. I have mild sensitive bottom teeth and hate the cleaning part but didn't feel much this time. Thank you Dr Park and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I visited facial harmony for the Signature Facial (80min) and had a wonderful experience throughout the session. Worth noting the sound proofing in the room isn’t amazing but personally isn’t a huge deal for me. Iris and Shona were both very friendly and made sure I felt at ease during my visit. Also had a short consultation with Shona to learn more about how to look after my skin better as I don’t have a whole lot of knowledge — that was very informative and Shona is very patient & helpful! Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Namoo Park last week for some dental work and the whole experience was SO relaxing and he was extremely thorough. Dr Park made sure I knew exactly what was a priority and made a personalised dental treatment plan for me to follow. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Namoo with jaw pain which I have a night splint for but found myself still clenching during the day which was causing regular headaches and discomfort. Dr Namoo referred me in house to Shona who does injectables. Shona did masseter botox and I cannot thank the both of them enough!! No one had ever recommended this to me before and it has eased my discomfort and headaches completely!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always interested in checking out new skin clinics around Box Hill. However after my visit the other to Facial Harmony Skin & Dental it’s safe to say, that they are the number 1 destination that you would need to go for the authentic Korean Skin experience. I personally had booked an appointment with the director Shona, she was very knowledgeable in all fields related to skin care and treatment. They offer a complementary comprehensive skin analysis. So Shona was able to let me know just what products and treatment I needed for my designated skin type and some of its underlying problems. She also offers anti-aging treatments and injectables. Even though I personally don’t need to undergo these measures yet, but from the experience I had, I’ll definitely trust Shona to assist me with these problems in the future. Not to mention that she is also Australia’s first Rejuran trainer. So I trust her fully with her expertise and experience. Good news is that Facial Harmony also offers dental treatments too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience it this time. I’ll absolutely go back in the future for general checkups and emergency dental. As I got to know a little bit about the dental side as well from director of dental Namoo. Overall the environment looks really clean and chic, all of the equipments seemed to be organised well. So I know I am in safe hands. Thanks again Facial Harmony Skin & Dental, and I can’t wait for my next visit. :) 近期韩式医美的风刮的挺大的。然而在博士山附近一直都有许多医美和牙医诊所，但是要找到正宗的韩式医美和韩式牙医是挺难的。 这次是找了院长Shona做了面护，和其他美院不同是韩式面护更注重了肌肤的保水。因此做完后脸蛋真的像是韩式水光肌。虽说只是做了面护Shona说她们也提供免费的肌肤检测服务，跟我详细的讲解了我本身的肤质还有一些潜在的肌肤困扰。同时也给我了一些未来医美的建议。总体来说非常注重客户个人的需求和情况，而不是随便推销产品与服务。她本身也是澳洲第一位丽珠兰培训师。所以实力也是扎实的。真的是满满的干货和收获。 同时牙医部门的Namoo也给了我许多关于牙齿健康的讯息。我也简单的看了一下，感觉他们提供的服务挺全的，包括日常洗牙和紧急牙医。相信未来如果有需要的话我也会首选他家的。 还是非常感谢Facial Harmony所提供的全面服务，也期待下一次的预约。：）

Fantastic experience: when entering facial harmony it feels like stepping inside a luxury boutique nothing like a generic dental or skin clinic. Dr. NaMoo has attention to detail and care during dental treatment. During treatment you will be reclined in the cosy dental chair and given headphones to listen and watch the tv above, who knew dental could be this relaxing?! Shona has so much skin education and advice. Shona provided me with beautiful medical grade skincare and treatment options to help with my skin concerns. highly recommend this clinic! it’s tucked away in boxhill but easy to find

Fantastic experience: Great location, love all their services and they’re reasonably priced too. Shona is the only one I trust with my Botox and I’ve been seeing her for it for years! She’s always friendly and will give you the best advice on your procedures. I love her because unlike some aestheticians, she won’t try and upsell unnecessary services that you don’t need! Recently also went for a facial with Iris and I was so relaxed that she almost put me right to sleep! Lots of gentle cleansing, extracting and ended with a relaxing massage and some radio frequency as well! My skin feels soft and looks the brightest it’s been in a while Going to make this a regular thing!

Fantastic experience: I used Shona for Botox and I wanted a natural look. She gave me a very natural look and knew I was nervous, so calmed me and gave me confidence to trust her. She is friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend her expertise any higher. I travel 45 minutes just to get my Botox done. She’s truly amazing.
