Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the new teeth cleaning method they use with high pressure water as more comfortable than the old method of getting a teeth clean with the gritty paste and scrubbing. Jodie made the whole experience pleasant with her compassionate approach and answered any questions I had. My teeth have never felt so clean!

I never write reviews but these guys deserve my time and effort as it was literally my best experience ever. I actually left feeling excited to come back (never thought I’d say that about a dental appointment!). Jihoon and Stephen were so gentle, super thorough, and had this really calming energy that made the whole thing feel easy. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and they even gave me some helpful tips without making me feel judged—which I really appreciated. Honestly, it was the best clean I’ve ever had. If you’re someone who usually dreads the dentist, I can’t recommend them enough. Game - changer!

Fantastic experience: As a sufferer of dental anxiety since my youth there has always been a reluctance to see a Dentist and quite difficult to find one that was understanding or compassionate of my issue without experiencing the condescending demeanour like some Dentists have, this is most definitely NOT the case at Tea Tree Dental. Both Leizl and Dr Haiders understanding and approach is always nothing short of amazing and while I may never fully overcome my dental anxiety, I am very fortunate to have found such a practice that makes each visit comfortable enough for me to maintain routine visits rather than only going when absolutely necessary, this is huge progress from my perspective. Thankyou so much Leizl and Dr Haider.

Fantastic experience: I have my teeth done recently at Tea Tree Dental and I am very happy with the service that Dr Haider has provided. He has gentle and very light hands. The veneer outcome is beautiful and I am happy that he is providing a review period to address adjustment issues, if any. I think their costs/fees are reasonable, the location is very accessible with decent parking at the back of their centre. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Jodie billinger is the absolute best hygienist hands down, not only does she do an amazing clean, you leave there feeling so refreshed, she spends an entire hour on the clean. She always makes sure I'm comfortable, in no discomfort what so ever, and she even uses warm water for my sensitive teeth, and rubs sensitive paste on my gums and teeth 1st, and she always knows when I need a little 10 sec rest She is also so lovely and welcoming, I used to hate going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to going now, thanks to jodie

Negative experience: There’s only so many reminder messages a clinic needs to send. It’s borderline ridiculous how many reminders you get that you’re due for an apt. If I wanted to book one I would.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for the new patient package and saw Dr Nisal this morning for my initial consultation. It was a very comprehensive consultation and I was very happy with the experience. Dr Nisal explained everything in detail, gave me some excellent practical advice to improve my dental health and showed me the photos and x-rays to explain his recommendations. It was a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back for my hygiene appointment. The clinic is conveniently located, parking was easy and the reception team were very warm and friendly.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience from this place. I made an appointment few days back and they said they have the new patients offer and it will cover my first appointment of $180 as long as I have private health insurance. The girl specifically said I don’t need to have any cover to be able to get this if I hold a private health insurance. At the time of appointment they changed and said I have to pay the entire fee because I don’t have the cover. They apologised for the mistake and also said I can use Afterpay or Zip pay for the payment. This is a trick that they are doing they will make us to do the appointment and on the day they will refuse the offer and give us alternate ways to make the payment. It was not a good experience from them and will not go there anymore. Response to your reply * Did I say that i am looking for cheaper or free dental? What I said was your one of the receptionist told me that it is covered and at the time of the service the another lady said “ ohh that was our new girl and apologies” Do not say something which you bring out of your mind. Just focus on the matter.

Fantastic experience: My husband was treated at Tea Tree dental yesterday. He could not stop gushing about the friendly and efficient service. Even though he was a new patient, they accommodated him with an early appointment and relieved his pain with a friendly smile. My Hygienist listened to me regarding sensitive areas and completed my clean manually where required and was able to use warm water to avoid any pain, legend! The dentist was equally considerate and took her time allowing me to recover from a mild sook attack. All in all it was a non event, not what I was expecting, really no pain at all! Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a bad experience with an inexperienced dentist.Firstly when he wanted to put the x-ray card inside my mouth to take x-ray pictures, he asked me to open your mouth wider but the same time he was pushing so hard that things inside my mouth with a lot of pain and I tried to tell him I have pain with rising my hand✋but he ignores and wasn't care. During extraction my inside lips are injured and now still I have pain in my lips due to pushing too hard during extraction. They didn't use sucking tube to empty my mouth during my appointment all time I was there and my mouth was full of blood.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nishal was so good at explaining what he was going to do, I loved that I got to see progress shots too! The procedure was relatively painless, needles are never fun. I am (almost) not bothered by going to the dentist after this experience.

At my clean, the hygienist identified issues with my gums and the way I brush my teeth and was able to provide me with advice on how I should brush and floss my teeth so reduce future issues. Also Theodore was able to fix a chip in my tooth quickly and it looks as if my tooth had never chipped at all. I'm very happy with service and recommend their services.
