Negative experience: totally unprofessional, inexperienced doctor YASMIN SARA HUBER and staff as well. they didn't even told me about the expense last time they told me it will be 1300$ in total and now they asking me to pay 3500$ for the treatment. doctor didn't even know how to numb properly.

Booked in for all 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted, I was quite anxious to have this done but I cannot thank the team enough , the patience , the way they helped me to feel calm throughout the procedure , and talking me through everything being done. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Parneet here for a check up and clean. She is so gentle and caring. The nurse Phi was so lovely and the manager Tegan is so warm and welcoming on the phone. They’re all so kind and make you feel super comfortable from the moment you walk in. Definitely will be back, for any future work I need done!

Negative experience: Had a routine cleaning appointment last week with Dr Yasmin, and during the cleaning I felt a lot of sharp pokes and felt rushed. She suggested I get my wisdom tooth extracted but I am glad I did not walk into that as just the cleaning itself has given me a toothache. I am on day 3 of panadol and the pain keeps coming back. Dr Shubra was good(previous clean), but I was told she does not do extractions. I am skeptical about trying a third new doctor here especially for an extraction.

She is so gentle, understanding, accommodating and I love that she’s not judgemental at all. I was super stressed and filled with anxiety and she helped me through the wisdom teeth extraction by offering me a wide range of distractions such as, squishy ball, headphone, music etc.. I really appreciate Sima for also being super kind and helpful, she’s seriously amazing at what she does.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist we have ever been to, since meeting them hubby has gone back for lots of reasons he normally just hid from or ignores. And we chose to go back, not forced, not shamed, not too embarrassed anymore! Very reasonably priced so we can afford to go, and go back! Absolutely 5 star! I'm booking in because I need a reasonably priced dentist, my nephew was fitted in quickly for an urgent matter... and my kid is no longer scared of the dentist! Gold.
