Fantastic experience: Absolute 5 star experience with Dr Rachel Hall and the Team at Evolve Dental Healing today. The Kenmore clinic is pristine, warm & welcoming. My initial consultation which involved a dental checkup and clean with Rachel was thorough and gentle with true care. It is clear Rachel has a wealth of experience - she was able to explain any dental jargon to me super simply and provided practical tips for me to action and a referral to another specialist just like that. My teeth feel like they’ve had a deep clean! Sandy in reception was there to support along the way with booking and forms - she is calm & has top tier attention to detail which are qualities I greatly appreciate because it makes the booking and follow up process seamless with zero stress. The team even wrote a welcome sign for me and all the other patients for the day— love that so much. I have no stress or anxiety for my next visit, in fact I hope this year goes by quick so I can have my next appt already :) I hardly ever write google reviews but had to for this because my experience was so great! Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rachel and Sandy for years (maybe about 7 years). Rachel cleaned up a lot of existing problems I had in my first year and has subsequently kept my teeth in great condition. The atmosphere is also very relaxing. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: My early childhood visits to the dentist was a nightmare and now going to the dentist as a middle aged man is one of my greatest fears. It even took me a few days to get the courage to book the appointment. But that has now changed thanks to Dr Rachel and her great team. From the moment i walked in the door ( i was very nervous ) i was welcomed with a smile and words of comfort to help me relax. Then Dr Rachel came out and greeted me with a great smile and calmness and took me in. She explained everything and showed me the tools and how they worked and although they made an annoying noise they were not harmful which really helped me relax a lot more. Rachel's holistic approach to dentistry meant this major and potentially dangerous procedure was carried out safely and effectively. Dr Rachel spent an hour teaching me on where I and others had missed treatment and subsequently creating great expense and pain that was not needed. Fantastic experience: Dr Rachel took great care in removing my old amalgam fillings. I have noticed I am feeling much better since having them out. Rohit is also amazing in looking after my gum care and my gum disease has greatly diminished. Sandy and Anna in the office are always super friendly and welcoming. Positive experience: I have given this a 3 star and not a 1 because I was going to this place for 3 years until I could see all they cared about was making money. Initially the service was good but over time the place did not feel warm and welcoming especially for someone who gets anxiety from going to dentists. The staff can be quite rude and persistent depending on who you deal with. I was told that I had to keep visiting every 3 months $400+ each visit sounded over the top. The pricing does not equate to the service level they provide. I decided to change to another holistic dentist and could not be happier. Wishing Evolve Dental all the best but I will never be returning. Edit: $400+ is based on my last invoice for annual checkup and clean.

The atmosphere in the clinic exudes calm and reassurance and I can honestly say I have been very satisfied with the quality of work I have had done. Fantastic experience: I live abroad but when ever I visit Australia I always book an appointment at Evolve Dental Healing. I used to get really nervous sitting in the chair from past childhood experiences, but on my first visit with Rachel I came out smiling and all the nervousness had gone, that was the first time I enjoyed going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 'maintenance overhaul program' with Rachel Hall and Evolve Dental Healing. It took 4, often lengthy, visits plus a trip to another specialist dentist to have a root canal done. All in all I had all the cracks fixed, all the amalgams replaced, the weak teeth were either capped or crowned and any holes were filled.
