Fantastic experience: I can’t believe I ever left this practice for another. Great staff. Ian my dentist was thorough and thoughtful and removed all anxiety. Back for a cleaning in December and sorting a treatment plan for other bits of concern.

Negative experience: I recently been to this clinic because of good reviews. I was with a swollen and painful implant. The doctor did an xrays and said about perimplantitis. She did not feel confident to clean it and told me to go to a periodontist. They booked one for me which asked 360 dollars only to open my mouth. I called my dentist in italy and i showed him the xray done at dentist of east melbourne and said is not so bad. You can wait. Yesterday i been to my dentist which checked the implant and said is just a gum problem. He did a deep cleaning and now is not painful anymore. I am wondering why all these good reviews? Is not the first time i get a bad experience with dentist in australia. People are happy to pay huge money for wrong diagnosis? The dentist was worried to clean my implant and told me to go to a periodontist..... I really dont know what to say at all....

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice for over 40 years. I was hesitant at first on transitioning across to a new doctor following Scott Fowlers retirement. However, after under going a number of procedures with my new dentist, Dr Ian Branaghan, all my fears have faded and I could not be happier. Dr Branaghan is a master of his craft. He has listened attentively to my concerns, he clearly explains the treatment process and has diligently addressed my queries. He has offered comprehensive treatment options and his communication skills are clear & concise. He displays empathy & understanding & he even provided emergency contact details, should I have needed, after a fairly major procedure last christmas. This meant a lot to me. All the staff at this practice are absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Dentists of East Melbourne are changing my life for the better! For years I've avoided the dentist out of fear, and when I did go to my old one, I just had to push through. The whole team from Amber and Michelle at reception to Mia the Hygenist, Leo the sleep dentist and Joy the dentist- together they are helping me to fix my dental health, address my sleep apnea and helping me to feel calm and reassured at the same time. My husband had his first appointment today and found them equally as helpful and my 4 year old daughter has her first visit next week and is looking forward to it! I am so grateful to have been referred here by my friend Ruth.

From my first appointment he has improved my bite and kept my teeth in excellent working order. Scott is very gentle and professional. Obviously his aim is to achieve the best dental result possible and he gives very considered advice and with full explanations.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appointment with Dr Leo Goh. I have been suffering from chronic pain for years and wasn't sure where to start. TMJ, breathing and whole body pain. I have seen many different specialists with no positive outcomes and have been losing hope. The staff are Dentists of East Melbourne are lovely, Leo was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel heard and his approach on seeing the body as a whole makes me feeI as though I'm a step in the right direction. Fantastic experience: An incredibly professional outfit right from the first phone call to the treatment i received in the chair. The range of practitioners and specialities in-house meant no need to be referred out for services and being able to localise all my dental care under one roof. Location is extremely accessible too which is always appreciated in such a high density area.

Fantastic experience: I have had a significant amount of dental work completed here and I could not recommend this practice enough! -Dr Ian Brannagham has been my dentist for the past 3 years and I have always been extremely happy with his service. I recently had one of my front teeth replaced with an implant and I could not be happier with the end result! I saw other dentists prior to undertaking this major dental work, however I always found that Ian was different; as he not only cares for final aesthetics but the longevity of your procedures and your overall health! He is extremely knowledgeable (ensuring you always have a comprehensive understanding of the procedures), honest (always upfront with all associated costs and potential risks etc) and extremely caring (it is obvious he is there for his patients not the money). -Also, Michelle and the dental hygienists at the practice are extremely professional and efficient! They are all highly trained, knowledgeable, honest and caring! I cant thank this practice enough for making my major dental work as stress free as possible :)

Fantastic experience: I have recently had A LOT of work done at Dentists of East Melbourne and have honestly never been so happy to spend so much money! I had veneers done, two crowns replaced, teeth whitening, lots of hygienist appointments to get my teeth ready and a gum surgery (done elsewhere). The end result is seriously amazing, I have never been more confident and happy with my smile. Dr Brannigan and the whole team were all so informative, friendly and all the best at the their jobs. Another positive is that all costs were made clear to me, I was never sprung with a surprise cost that I didn't know about (I've had this happen at petty much every dentist) and always felt they were being 100% honest with my procedures and what I should do.
