Dr. Bala has a calm and re-assuring manner and she is very forthright and honest with the treatment (doesn't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary expensive add-ons). Most importantly, the treatment was very affordable. I was a little sceptical whether quality treatment could be given for the price but lo and behold, I was not left wanting. I will definitely be returning for my next check-up!

Fantastic experience: I am more than happy with Pragti Bala and her staff. Kind, gentle and caring. She made sure that I didn't suffer pain at any time. I had fillings, a veneer, and a very tricky half crown. I also had a dental splint made as I grind my teeth at night. The splint was held up due to the Lab Tecnician catching Covid. This meant I loosened my crown while waiting for it to be ready- something that no one had any control over but Pragti went out of her way to squeeze me in late tonight to solve the issue.
