Negative experience: I don’t totally recommend this dental clinic.I’d no x-ray taken of my teeth , no numbing injection despite the sensitivity, no break to rest in between, no proper suction during cleaning, and no eye glass given.overall my teeth wasn’t properly cleaned.on another day I went to another dental clinic where my clean was cleaned professionally.

Normally, I avoid making dental appointments and dislike getting my teeth checked, but she was able to quickly make time to see me (as a new patient) when I had a dental emergency last year. I had never realised how many cracks were on my teeth due to grinding. Only when the dentist took photos closeup did I realise. Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Li initially for a night guard and a second opinion, she did not disappoint. My previous dentist told me I needed 6 filings and I was stupid enough to let him do one on the spot. I went to Dr. Li for my next check up 6 months later, she said my teeth are mostly fine. I questioned this given the previous advice. Dr. Li said that while yes, I have some spots, she'd keep an eye on them - she would only do a filing if I actually needed one. She gave me advice on where to concentrate my brushing to potentially avoid the problem areas getting worse. As long as I keep coming back for regular checkups, we would catch any issues early on. Dr. Li also made me a night guard which fits really well! Having just had braces removed I took it to my orthodontist for advice. He said it could be worn as a retainer and added that it was well made. I'm really happy with it! I actually really enjoy coming to see Dr. Li. She's got a no-nonsense way about her but I really appreciate that about her. We always have a laugh even when she's got bad news for me. Would definitely recommend.
