Fantastic experience: Had been considering correcting my smile for a number of years before meeting with Dr Dylan Lin. I’m very pleased I went ahead with the recommended treatment and even more pleased with the results . If you are procrastinating over the decision I can only recommend you don’t . Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr Dylan Lin successfully removed my lower wisdom teeth that had been troubling me for many years (and I had been putting off dealing with). This included the root of one of these teeth that another dentist had left there 20+ years ago when he couldn't extract it. It took a lot of patience and skill on his part to extract them but very pleased to have them safely gone.

Positive experience: Went for a usual check up albeit after a long time . State of the art facilities , felt like a TV studio. Smooth talking dentist and had me diagnosed within half an hour for $20k worth of work including Invisalign and having me look like George Clooney despite my protestations that I was +60 years and was only in for preventative maintenence. An appointment was made on the spot for a further consultation re the work and finance options despite my demurral . A number of calls made to me within the following month to make this happen . I finally went to someone else and was all fixed up for nine hundred dollars. Rueing my missed opportunity to date Amal Clooney now

Negative experience: To reply to Dylan’s comment: that was not true, I was aggressively refuse anything towards to the treatment. I came to the clinic at 12:10pm, the nurse asked me to sit on the workbench, which I did. Dylan came, straightaway to tell me he was not appreciated the incident I had with them yesterday… I told him, I did not abuse anyone! I just wanted to pay the deposit, because the lady told me I had to pay the deposit, then she can confirm the appointment! I cannot make the payment because there was IT issue from their side! I did not refuse to pay deposit at all! The whole conversation with Dylan was awful as well, he was very aggressive, I asked him if you didn’t want to serve me, why don’t you just tell earlier? He goes, yep, because we are nice enough to help you as you are pain…. It’s laughable, I was frustrated because I couldn’t be able to make deposit, Dylan’s statement was saying I did not want to pay the deposit? Excuse me??!!

Negative experience: Please avoid this dentist! They asked for deposit, I tried to pay, and could not be successful because of their IT issue. Asked to provide me bank details since 14:00pm, no response. I had to call few times just need to confirm my booking is locked. No respond from the receptionist! Finally I booked seat at 12:15pm for 15/05/2024, I arrived 12:10pm, Dylan the dentist came to me, told me he was not appreciated I called them few times to book the time…I was shocked, I told him I tried to make payment, but it could not be successful by your end! I asked him: if you do not want to serve me, you should let me know earlier! I could have found someone else! He is very arrogant and not professional at all, just wasted my whole day!

Positive experience: Great work and gentle. They also offer work under sedation which if you need a lot done is the way to go. Best dentist trip ever

Negative experience: Charging very hefty for their dental services. Mis-diagnosed my tooth after I got two other Dentists to confirm there is no decay with the tooth at all. Highly recommend to rethink what exactly they are charging you for.

He’s always made me feel comfortable and explained everything he’s done for my teeth in a way I can understand. Recently I had my wisdom teeth removed, which Dylan was able to do under local anesthesia. The process is comfortable (indeed I found it a little relaxing) and the fabulous technology available here in this practice delivers wonderful insight into the health and structures of your teeth and gums. The team works together like a well oiled machine. The staff don't just understand what they are doing, they are personable, friendly and gentle in the surgery. Never have I attended a dental practice before that is interested in the big picture. All my previous dentists have just been focused on fixing today's problems I was absolutely blown away by Taylor Street Dental's service and their visual aids. The visual picture made me understand the bigger issue, and was something that really helped me. I wont just be going back to Dr Lin, Trish, Ella and Priya, I will be insisting friends and family attend the surgery as well.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned at this dental practice, and I must say that I was incredibly satisfied with my experience. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff. I was seen to promptly. I had Patricia clean my teeth. My experience with her is the best I have received. I never felt nervous throughout my session with her as she explained in detail what she was going to do to my teeth at every stage before commencing. She also offered in depth explanations as to how my teeth were looking as well as providing thorough scans so we could see the state of my teeth. She chatted with me through the session and made sure that I was not feeling uncomfortable at any point throughout. I would highly recommend the services of this dental practice.

Negative experience: I wish to give under 0 score if I could! I can't get any rebate for Medicare children dental benefit for my children here. Firstly, nobody mention me to bring the medicare form when I made an appointment although I pointed out my children are eligible for children dental benefit schedule. Secondly, the receiptionist said I can claim by myself online without paperworks.When I call medicare to get rebate ,the medicare staff mentioned the code 014 and 071 showed on invoice are invalid item number for medicare.They suggestted me to call back to the dentist to get the valid code.So I called the receptionist to find the right code, NEVER let anyone to change the medicare history. THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE

Negative experience: THE WORST DENTIST !!! My kids went to regularly dental services, there was 15 minutes quick check on each and charged for $320 with NO ANY MEDICARE REBATE.My children are both eligible for Medicare child dental benefit, but they cheated me to paid in full amount and asked me to claim the fund by myself by provided me invalid code.Called them to get the valid code and been waited for one week , but been told they couldn't find the valid code on my children consultation for medicare .THERE IS NOTHING REBATE!!! Be careful to go to there if you only have medicare benefit schedule, they will empty your wallet.

Fantastic experience: Like others who have reviewed Taylor Street Dental this has been my local dentist for a long time. I have always received excellent care, as have my children. Recently I took my 91 year old mother for the first time. Following a recent diagnosis of cancer in one of the sinuses in her face which broke threw her gum, then radiotherapy, she could not wear her top denture. Subsequently eating was without any pleasure as she couldn’t chew. Thanks to Dylan and the amazing denture technician he works with she has lovely new dentures that fitted without any subsequent discomfort immediately. She was a challenging case as she has virtually no lower jaw bone left for a denture to sit on, but Dylan and co. did it! So look no further if you require dentures, or indeed any dental work. Taylor Street Dental is the best place to go. Dylan also has really friendly, helpful staff who are genuinely interested in you. Thank you Dylan!
