Kates bedside manner is amazing, she honestly made me relax in the chair for the first time ever! Thank you so much Kate and the reception team at The Smile Place - for a nervous patient just hearing laughter and chit chat made me feel relaxed. I’ll see you in 6 months Kate and I promise I won’t cancel this time!

I recently received further dental treatment and care (I had a crown inserted in my lower jaw) and once again, as I have come to expect the treatment I received was fantastic. Dr Andre Schertel is my Dentist and he is an absolute legend! The treatment I receive whenever I attend this practice is way above 10 out of 10! Fantastic experience: Went to the dentist for the first time in about 5 years as having bad experiences in the past it really put me off. Unfortunately my wisdom tooth was causing me bad tooth ache so had to go. I saw Dr Jiang and from start to finish was a great experience, he could tell I was nervous but reassured me the whole way. Ended up taking the tooth out and can honestly say I did not feel a thing even the following day was no discomfort at all. I have even booked a return visit. Thanks Dr Jiang

Fantastic experience: I have been very apprentice about visiting a dentist. The last few times I have visited a dentist, I found the cleaning, and poking and prodding to be extremely painful and rushed. I lost my confidence. However I did some research and came to the Smile place. After an hour long initial session with Emily, I felt so much ease. Even though I have to get a filling replaced and a clean, I feel comfortable coming back. It’s a lovely dentist. Even the reception staff are lovely. I felt like I was in the right hands, and the dental nurses were also so kind. Emily was so gentle, and it makes such a difference when they provide you with a clear plan going ahead. I’ll be bringing my whole family here. I have AHM, and was surprised by the gap amount they covered.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are extremely compassionate. I had a lot of pain from a tooth abscess and the beautiful receptionist calmed me down and got me in the next morning to be seen. When I came in for my appointment the next day she made me feel very validated. The dentist was efficient and professional. I highly recommend The Smile Place if you want good and caring dental work.

Dental hygienist & nurse were up next & the young Irish fella was just as thorough & showed the same level of professionalism & care as the first team. Goody bags at the end with perfect customer service from the front desk team topped it off. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of The Smile Place Mt Eliza for a number of years which I highly recommend if you are looking for excellent dentists. A little over 1 week to my daughter's wedding overseas, one of my front teeth broke off !! Needless to say I was very upset. This morning I saw Dr Michael (very capably assisted by nurse Sarah) who painstakingly restored my tooth and I was able to leave with my smile back in place. Michael explained every step of the process as he reinstated my tooth over 1.5 hours, letting me check on the progress with a mirror leading up to completing the process to ensure I was happy. Michael is highly trained, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He also has sensitive and excellent communication skills. I am so grateful for Michael and Sarah's care today, and I can't recommend Michael and The Smile Place Mt Eliza staff highly enough.

Negative experience: First time I went to the smile place Mt Eliza for my tooth clean only. The stuffs are very friendly. However, the such expensive cost was shocked me. I have to pay extra $294 out of my pocket apart from my health fund paid.

Recently seen to by Natalie (Hygienist) who was absolutely fantastic. Natalie was able to complete a very thorough clean & made me feel very comfortable & calm during the treatment. Fantastic experience: I've gone from 10 years of fearing dental work elsewhere to seeing so much progress in my dental health. The whole team is amazing.

Negative experience: We went in for an emergency appointment for a child's chipped tooth. We took the chip, which was sizeable, but the dentist didn't ask us about the chip let alone suggest that it could be glued back on. When I showed dismay at the prospect of having a filling done instead, the dentist, all of about 23 years old, counselled me to accept that children have accidents. She did do a good job of the filling, though. When we went to our regular dentist a couple of weeks later, we were told that the regular dentist would've glued the chip back on. Hmmm.

Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience at this dental practice with Dr Rob, Natalie, and Paulette. All have been fantastic. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming which helps me to relax!
