Dr Rene explained everything clearly, worked with such skill and precision, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had the Cosmetic Teeth Whitening treatment. From the moment so walked on the door the staff were friendly and made sure I felt comfortable for the procedure. A nice neck pillow and my favourite Netflix show was all a bonus in a comfort lounge chair. The treatment was explained to me and all my questions answered. The transformation is amazing, I now have sparkling beautiful white teeth, after being stained from coffee and red wine, might have to swap to white wine. A big shout out and thank you to Christy highly recommend.

Negative experience: thought was great dentist until I told him my gingivitis was caused due to blood pressure tablets and he should warn others instead of having their teeth cleaned four times a year, which seem to make him angry

Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I was nervous about having a crown done but mainly due to having the needle for the anaesthetic. However the way in which Dr Rene did it was amazing because I actually didn’t feel it due to his mind diversion technique which was really quite simple but it worked! Apart from his fun and gentle manner the whole thing took less than 2 hours and I got to watch the crown being made too which was super cool. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Outstanding compasion, care and skill. I came here as an emergency appiontment after I fell and broke 3 front teeth. Dr Rene stayed after hours on a Friday night to fit me in and look after me. He was able to craft a new smile out of my broken and jaggered teeth after my fall. His attention to detail, skill and compassion left me feeling comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. Thank you Dr Rene for fixing my busted teeth during my holiday!

Fantastic experience: I called Buderim Dental Surgery because I was having some pain in a tooth and they were able to get me in on a cancellation that very day. The Doctor and staff were so accommodating, so patient and just pleasant all around. If it hadn't been the dentist I would say it was a pleasant experience. I Ultimately I ended up having the troublesome tooth extracted. I have worked in dentistry and actually had a lot of dental work done and I would have to say that Dr. Renee was the best at giving the injections and numbing the area and it was an easy process. The staff were very informative and explained the precautions following getting a tooth extracted. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This is an exceptional dentist's surgery. Dr Rene is kind, funny, and professional. His staff are the same. It is in a really great location. I always get a nice coffee afterwards (don't tell Dr Rene) or do some shopping. It's a lovely area. Dr Rene is honest and won't do anything unless it is important. They have great shows on a TV above you (with subtitles) and will always ask you what you want to watch. They understand some people are nervous and deal with this beautifully. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm frightened of dentists but I was treated so kindly and friendly by all. The dentist was great!

Negative experience: The team are definitely super nice and it’s a pleasure to visit. However, the quality of services is appalling. I had to things done and each time and had to come back because something didn’t work (eg x ray) or they had to redo / fix something. I’ve been there with one filling 4 times!! - including redoing the whole thing because it never settled. Now, 2 months later, it still hasn’t settled! I’ll lose money seeing someone else about it now but I’d rather see someone who can actually do a simple filling without problems, and I won’t need to take time off from work to see them for never ending fixes.

From the very first appointment they made me feel so comfortable, knew exactly what was needed and I walked out feeling great. I had a comment recently that my teeth now make me look like a movie star - now that’s what I call a good dentist outcome I wish I’d found him sooner!!! My son was terrified of visiting the dentist for the first time and they made his experience so comfortable. They were caring and knew EXACTLY how to get my son to calm down. The staff were smiling and pleasant and had the BEST customer service. Seriously you WON'T be disappointed. I thoroughly, thoroughly recommend them. I only wish they were this great in Canberra!
