Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience at Dental Paradiso with Dr. Elmer! I've never had such a thorough check-up and clean, with every step explained to me so clearly. Everyone was incredibly competent, and really showed how much care and attention they put into what they do. Extra bonus: there's a flatscreen TV on the ceiling with Netflix, and Spotify playing on another - such a nice touch that makes the whole visit more relaxing. Big shoutout to the dental assistant, Diana, who was equally fantastic and helped make the experience even better. Everyone at Dental Paradiso was so welcoming, informative, and professional. Positive experience: OK, so Elmer fixed my tooth... sorta. They managed to fit me in as emergency. He was great at his actual work, communication when it comes to bills etc lacking pretty hard. I wasnt really informed, but apparently they did phase one of a root canal. I wanted the tooth pulled out or temp filled. They started working on me without really clarifying. So imagine my surprise when I find out I'm 1 step into a $3500 4 step process. Tried to charge me $1500 for the first round, ended up settling for less. Also, their website is emblazoned with Afterpay logos and bragging about how they have Afterpay... yeah, they dont. It wasnt set up yet, so why they advertize it is beyond me. I drove from Lesmurdie purely because they had Afterpay, supposedly. I have since lodged a complaint with Afterpay. Now they wont stop calling. 8 calls, 8 messages telling me I have to go back. I dont have to go back, leave me alone. They just want their money.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re glad to hear you were happy with the clinical care, we’d like to address several inaccuracies for the sake of transparency.
The treatment you received was the first stage of a root canal, carried out to help you relieve your pain and stabilise the tooth. This was appropriately charged at $333. At no point were you charged or quoted $1500 for that visit. We have never ever charged that amount for an emergency appointment. The full treatment plan, including all stages of the root canal and a final crown for your molar tooth, was $3684. Your reference to the total cost in your review confirms that you were aware of the total cost and this was clearly explained to you by our reception team.
Our follow-up messages and calls were related to the incomplete treatment, which carries a clinical risk if left untreated. It is our duty of care to ensure patients are aware of the importance of completing treatment, especially in cases like this. If you have chosen not to proceed, simply let us know and we will cease all further contact.
Lastly, regarding Afterpay—we had recently updated our practice management system, and the integration with Afterpay was not active at the time of your visit, despite being listed on our website. We understand your frustration and have since corrected this to ensure accurate communication about payment options.
We remain committed to honest, transparent care and are available to discuss this further should you wish.

Fantastic experience: Changed Dental Practice for two reasons. 1) my fantastic Dentist of 20 years has retired due to poor health. 2) my awesome Nephew Chris Lamb is now in the city and practicing at Dental Paradiso. Aside from the fact Chris is my nephew and I am trying to keep my post unbiased. My last experience in the dentists chair with Chris was the most gentle dental procedure of my life. I’m not just saying that because he is family. Do your self a favour, try Chris Lamb. He is a full bottle on all the latest technology and knows his stuff.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Dental Paradiso and strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dental service. I booked in with Dr Elmer Lee for an Invisiline consultation and scale and clean and was super happy with the service. Dr Lee was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and also explain the expenses I should expect up front so no surprises. I really loved that I could watch Netflix (on the ceiling) whilst I was having my teeth cleaned too! A really nice touch, especially for someone who is a bit nervous at the dentist. At the end of the consultation he showed me photos of my teeth and explained all the different things I needed to keep an eye on. Overall I was really impressed by how modern the practice is and how at ease I felt when I was there. The team and Elmer were great and I also really appreciated having the costs explained to me up front, they were very transparent and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is undeniably the best dental practice in Perth WA and Sujay Shah a consummate practitioner of his art who is both creative about dental situations whilst adhering to a minimalist approach to addressing the problem on hand. Unless requested, he selects maintaining tooth longevity over unnecessary cosmetic enhancement, although equally competent should either path be selected.

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to switch dentists and try one just around the corner from my house. After visiting Dental Paradiso, I realised I had struck gold. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist than I do here. This is a tribute to the entire team of dentists, nurses and reception staff, who are all so incredibly friendly and always brighten my day with a little chat and a joke (not to mention they have TVs on the ceiling so you can chill and watch a good show while they are working on your teeth!) When I first visited Dental Paradiso, Dr Elmer did a very thorough and comprehensive check of my teeth. He also took the time to explain everything to me, completely free of judgement, to help me understand what kind of procedures would help me best going forward. He recommended a few little changes I could make at home and products to try, and I have already noticed my teeth are whiter than before. From the get-go, they have been transparent about treatment plans and the costs involved prior to going through any procedures. This helped me budget for my dentist visits and select options that suit me best. They have been so kind and understanding about my financial situation and even provided options for payment plans. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, best decision I've made in a long time!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elmer at Dental Paradiso was very nice and friendly. The staff were also very helpful. We went to dental Paradiso for family check up and clean. He was very gentle on the kids. My kids had no problem during the clean at all. They loves the cartoon on the TV which placed on the ceiling. Dr. Elmer spending a good time to explaining and giving advice about the teeth. The clinic is accept Medicare rebate for both my kids so they are fully covered for the treatment. Really happy with Dr. Elmer and the team.

Fantastic experience: Honestly cannot recommend this practise enough! I've had so many bad experiences with dentists in the past and everyone here is so lovely and professional! From being greeted at the door, the professionalism in the chair, to the after-care follow ups! 11/10 for service and patient care! I'm mid way through my treatment and never felt more at ease at the dentist, and my teeth are looking SO much better already! Big shout out to Sofia on the front desk and Dr Elmer who enjoys Friends as much as I do!
