Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Chloe. I had a clean and a mouthguard made and have had no issues. I have sensitive teeth and usually find cleans uncomfortable, however, Dr Chloe was very gentle and lovely which made this whole experience wonderful

Positive experience: We arrived for our 4:30 PM appointment as scheduled but ended up waiting for 30 minutes without any updates. We were eventually informed that the dentist was attending to an emergency and that there would be an additional 5-minute delay, which ended up being repeated multiple times. After waiting for a full hour, we had no choice but to leave the clinic. While we completely understand that emergencies can happen, this should have been communicated to us when we arrived the clinic

Fantastic experience: Dr. Negin is absolutely the best—her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care make every appointment comfortable and stress-free. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and ensures I feel confident in the treatment I receive. Azadeh and Natalie and the other lady that I forgot her name are also fantastic. From the moment I walk in, they make me feel welcome and supported, handling everything with warmth and efficiency. Their friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile create such a positive atmosphere. Every interaction with the team has been excellent, and I truly feel like I’m in safe hands. I could not ask for more from a dental practice—highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Like I said in my video I have seen Dr Sarosh from Bupa twice now for multiple procedures and she has been fantastic. Great chairside manner, attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Also the reception staff are great.

Fantastic experience: I was just wondering how well time is managed and how well she proposed and explained next steps. Personnel and Reception were also all great which led to a nice experience. Persian speaking doctor was also a great relief to be able to chat as easy as possible.

Negative experience: My initial experience with BUPA dental was ok, in spite of the receptionist keeping me waiting for 10-15 minutes while trying to scan my card. Turned out she was using the wrong machine... Mistakes happen. However, today my appointment was unceremoniously cancelled, 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. I am beyond livid and deeply disappointed with the complete disregard for my time and personal commitments.

Dr. Negin stands out, especially for being exceptionally kid-friendly, which makes visits much easier and more enjoyable for my family. Negative experience: I visited Bupa Dental Doncaster on the 4th of Feb 2025 and had an experience that left me deeply disappointed. During my appointment, I suffered a physical injury (a cut lip) due to the dentist’s actions. While I understand that accidents can happen, I was shocked at how Bupa handled my complaint. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a resolution, Bupa completely distanced itself, stating that the dentist is individually responsible and that any issue must be dealt with through their private indemnity insurance. This means that if you are injured at a Bupa Dental clinic, Bupa itself will not take accountability—something that every patient should be aware of before seeking care here. I expected a duty of care and patient-focused approach, but instead, I was left to deal with this issue on my own. If you value accountability and responsible healthcare providers, I strongly recommend considering alternative dental clinics that prioritize patient safety and take responsibility when things go wrong. Would I return? Definitely not

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Anchana! She was not only incredibly friendly and professional, but she also took the time to explain everything in detail, showing me my X-rays and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I went in for a clean and check-up, and it was honestly the best dental visit I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Anchana – she’s attentive and thorough. The reception team is also amazing, really adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the practice. The whole team makes it a great place to be!

Negative experience: I had a December 2024 booking that was made in June 2024 and sadly they did a last minute cancellation with not much help to reschedule. It was also a bit of an issue given all extras reset in the new calendar year.

Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly staff, with experienced dentists. Dr. Ragini has been attending to me, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable.

Positive experience: Very clean clinic, with all the latest tech and some (not all) capable, pleasant staff. Feel like my family is in good hands with Negin and the Practice Manager is quick to action any complaints/feedback!

Dentist Hayoung Grace Park gave very detailed explanation on the condition, available options and costs. She was really patient and mindful to ensure comfort. My kids (primary schoolers) are seen by her too - felt more like a fun educational trip than a daunting or boring dental visit. All that made visits a breeze - thank you Bupa staff!

You can park on the Westfield that’s across the road and the treat yourself to something nice afterwards. But remember to wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything after your cleaning . I thought it would be a painful and complicated procedure, but Dr Tim made the dental treatment pain-free and fixed my chipped tooth perfectly within half-hour. The soft music Dr Tim put on in the treatment room was relaxing, it helped to turn a "stressful" dental treatment into an enjoyable experience. Also, the reception lady was very friendly.
