Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of great experiences with Dr Shahab recently. He was very considerate to the fact I am very sensitive and have a fear of my teeth being drilled (after an unfortunate nerve drilling experience with a dentist in my earlier years). The processes for crown replacement and filling were excellent and I had very little issue afterwards. I highly recommend Dr Shahab and his team including Chloe the friendly and efficient receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an emergency appointment with dr Shebab Hassan . I was super worried having to get my wisdom tooth out , he assured me I wouldn’t take long it would be painless. Other than slight pulling discomfort the tooth was out in 2 mins ! Highly recommend these guys Thanks :)

Fantastic experience: Saw Steve, the prosthetist to make a partial denture to wear whilst implants were fusing, he was very orofessional and the denture is very comfortable. When I had to have alterations made he was very helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: After persevering with an ill fitting denture for 3 years I made an appointment with Steve Field at Dentistry Plus in Joondalup. Best move I ever made. Steve was so particular. Told me there would be 4 visits to the final fitting and explained each phase. I am thrilled. Got the new denture today. Fits & looks great. Thankyou so much. I must mention Ellie. The Receptionist. She is a very pleasant & efficient young lady. I certainly recommend Dentistry Plus for your next denture.

Fantastic experience: Hi My name is Andrew I have lived with very little teeth pretty much my whole adult life. I had attempted to fix them when I was younger but found the cost too much. The pain both mentally and physically was a daily occurrence my health was getting poorer and my overall confidence was all but diminished for 22 years. I saw an advertisement on TV and made a phone call to Dentistry plus in Joondalup and soon discovered that I could use a small portion of my superannuation. The staff guided me through the whole process and presented an extremely competitive quote. The process was only hampered due to my fifo roster which the team accommodated amazingly. I now, even 2 months on continue finding myself smiling in the mirror at the most amazing teeth I have only ever dreamt of. Many thanks go to ALL the staff at Joondalup, Leederville and Leeming. And a special thanks to Tamra for all the calls and rescheduling.

Negative experience: Not happy haven’t eaten anything other than minced food for three months teeth don’t look good. Uneven chew. Not happy my face is not right

Fantastic experience: Feels more like family than a dental clinic. Tina, Reception/Admin Extraordinaire, is very welcoming from the first phone call. Dr Arvin is such a gentle, caring dentist. Dr Steve (who's name needs to be added to the window) is caring & funny. For those dreading dental dental visits, this is the place for you to get over the fear. I drive almost 1.5hrs for this excellent service.

Finally after much delay, I chose Dentistry Plus Joondalup to complete the repair and I am glad I did. Very happy with the repair and completed within 40 minutes of walking in without a booking. Will definitely consider this team for my next full set of dentures.

Fantastic experience: This place was recommended by a work colleague in the Pilbarra. As I was planning to visit Perth decided to make an appointment with Dr Arvid in Joondalup. Knowing that I may have to receive extra treatment discussed alternative treatment if it was the case. Fortunately the extra treatment was not required and the original plan as discussed was carried out. and a cast of a bottom denture was conducted. Within 2 weeks I had surgery and plate fitted directly. The fee was reasonable and post op check up was quick. Will gladly recommend. Thanks to all the staff

Fantastic experience: The service is fantastic from the time you walk in the door I was treated fantastic The only thing I have to complain about was when I went to get my dentures relined it cost me $700 which I was not aware of as there was no price given to me when Discussing the relining of my dentures so I thought it was all in the price that I'd already paid just a bit of a(big) shock not knowing that With saying that I would still recommend the team at Joondalup they are excellent

Dr Arvin is a compassionate and caring doctor who takes the time to explain his plans and any concerns his has for the health of your teeth. Fantastic experience: Having had some negative experiences elsewhere, I felt reassured from the day one that my dental problems would be fixed and well taken care of at Dentistry Plus Joondalup by Dr. Kent Tan and his always friendly, well co-ordinated team. Kent is nothing but thorough and generous. Follow up care is also exceptionally good. I definitely recommend Kent, brilliant and caring dentist to anyone considering implant treatments. It has been a very positive dental experience for me.

Positive experience: Warm friendly and very supportive. My daughter has a fear of dentists and they were able to make her comfortable very quickly.

Negative experience: Beware of Dentistry plus as they can completely change your appearance and leave you with a look you are totally unhappy with and there is nothing you can do about it!! I went for my bridge changed (front)and as per normal procedure old one was removed, a temp fitted while you wait for the permanent bridge to be made (front teeth). This lasted 2 days and when called spoke to owner he explained my dentist was on holiday Lucas informed i could go somewhere else for it to be resecured and they would take the price off final cost. I did this and then went back a couple of weeks later for them to do another fitting. They said the other dentist had used a permanent fixture (untrue as i checked). He then said there were more adjustments to be done and refit the bridge temporarily. This time it lasted a day and i was left in so much pain with sensitivity and they couldnt get me in for 3 days. I was left not being able to eat or drink anything hot for this period. I finally got to see them for the permanent fitting and after he totally numbed my face it was fitted. I said they seemed a lot smaller than my previous teeth and he assured me that they were the same and that once the numbing had eased i would see this. He asked did i want him to fit it temporarily again and as i had been in such pain and gone through enough embarrassment i went for permanent. The very next day i called and spoke to Lucas and told him I was not happy. He said that i agreed to it and that was it. I tried arguing and he said any other dentist would tell me to **** off as i had agreed. This went back and forth and i lodged a complaint to AHPRA. He then agreed to correct it and started taking fittings to correct my teeth but then he discovered i had made the complaint to AHPRA and shut down all communication and refused to help. The dental panel have decided that as no injury has been caused to me so there is no case. So basically im am stuck with what they have done and they will not change it.

Fantastic experience: Would not trust anyone else, professional and affordable. And opening hours to suit all, I had my wisdom teeth removed on a Sunday morning by a different doctor as Dr Arvin was away but dentistry plus did not dissapoint in providing yet another highly qualified and professional dentist in Dr Zaheer who was amazing. Fantastic experience: Talk about a Christmas miracle. At 2pm on the 24/12/18 my front tooth snapped. I could not believe my luck! I had visions of me cancelling Christmas. I called up Denistry Plus in Joondalup, to chat to a delightful young man Luke. He was my Christmas angel, told me to come straight down, and got me all fixed up. I am so impressed with this company I have booked in to get my implants done here. Luke if you read this review thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, you have renewed my faith in humanity. Also a big shout out to the lovely technician who did such a great job. I give this company 11/10 could not be happier. Looking forward to getting my implants done! Fantastic experience: After struggling with parcel dentures for years, I was finally in a position to get implants. After much research, I decided on Dentistry Plus Joondalup, After going for my initial consultation with Kent and then Ben, I knew I had made the right choice.The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, having a life long fear of the dentist, I wish I had found them sooner.
