I now can't tell my child I'm going to the dentist because she thinks she should be coming to visit Dr Ben and the team too! Negative experience: My visit to Everything for Teeth West End was extremely disappointing. The receptionist displayed offensive behavior, making inappropriate jokes about my indigenous background with rudeness and sarcasm. Despite explaining my discomfort, there was no sincerity in her response. The prolonged wait of over an hour in the dental room only added to the frustration. The dentist appeared unsure of their tasks, contributing to a traumatic experience. Regrettably, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The necessity of leaving a one-star rating on Google reviews reflects the severity of my negative encounter. This detailed review aims to shed light on the poorly managed and insensitive treatment I received. Thank you for acknowledging my feedback and addressing the concerns raised. While I appreciate your efforts to explain the challenges associated with new staff and third-party payments, I must emphasize that my dissatisfaction stemmed not only from the extended appointment time but also from a perceived lack of understanding of indigenous culture. Moreover, the receptionist, Lisa, demonstrated a lack of consideration during my visit. Transparency about the new staff's learning curve at the time of scheduling would have allowed me to make an informed decision about proceeding with the appointment. Contrary to the information provided, the dentist mentioned he has been with your practice for quite some time. Negative experience: Inexperienced doctors here be aware people. Unnecessary X-ray recommended and they don’t know the basic. Chinese doctor had no clue what to say. So hard to communicate with a person who struggles to speak proper english. Up selling is another issue. Save your money and your precious time people. Luckily I got second opinion and dodged a bullet there. Zero star

Fantastic experience: Just had my second session with them today, unfortunately my former dentist (who was super awesome, Dr Rojin) had moved to another state so I was transferred to another, Dr Dean Park. He did a fantastic job, from thorough inspection of my teeth, to cleaning to giving out advice. He showed genuine care and concern for my dental health. I would totally recommend Dr Park! Also, Dean's assistant Alina and the receptionist, Isabella, was all so lovely as well (Alina had such gentle hands and Isabella was very quick to answer all my online enquires). Definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: Lovely dental practice, first time there today and I was very anxious about needing some work done but I was made to feel at ease from the start! Dean was calm, patient, and very skilled, and I felt relaxed through the whole appointment and I didn’t feel a thing.

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé and I have been going to Dr Yuko for a couple of years now. Her and her team have been great at looking after our dental health. We used to just go whichever dental place has an opening but that has stopped as this place has provided us the best experience.

Fantastic experience: If you want to go somewhere that cares genuinely for your health and Wellbeing, go here. Dr Kerry Ho and her team are just lovely and I like how gentle and careful she is with her approach to dental work.

Positive experience: The pricing is not transparent. If you call them they will say the small filling is $100. But the doctor inside told me my filling is $180. I know filling can vary based on size, complexity, material but the reception should be transparent about it. Also, my filling was just one molar tooth. If small filling is $100, I don't expect a comparatively larger filling would be $180. I would have understood if they charged $130-$140 because it was bigger. I raised the issue with the dentist but he said that's our price. Also, I am not on any medical fund so had to cover all of the cost from my pocket. Overall the procedure was smooth. I am just not happy with the transparency.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience there starting with a friendly welcoming receptionist, a calming dental assistant and a communicative dentist. They took the time to get to know you and to explain your teeth. I would recommend this practice for someone that stresses about going to the dentist, as they ensure youre comfortable and have a tv screen for distraction. Myself, my wife and my children all go to Everything for Teeth. I am now even more impressed with their attention to the environment (which shows a great commitment with the community and the world we live) in their gift pack we can find now a bamboo tooth brush and biodegradable silk dental floss. Well done guys. I have been recommending you for many years and will keep doing it even more now.

Kerry was so patient as I winced and carried on (it's funny how we build up fear expectations whenever we know there is to be a drill in the vicinity of a nerve ending, hahaha). Fantastic experience: As a backpacker, this dentist and their cheap prices pretty much saved my life. I went there with a terrible toothache and they were able to fit me in that day (luckily). I was very nervous but meeting my dentist (Simran) I calmed down already, she had a look at my teeth, gave me an x-ray, gave me a full clean, told me what I needed when I'm back home and gave me a goodie bag :) It was the best experience I could have hoped for and Simran was fantastic.
