From the moment we walked in, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and calming—especially important when you have little ones who might be nervous about a dental visit. Dr.Shah is incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with children. She take the time to explain everything in a way that makes kids feel comfortable and included, which really helps ease any fears. My child actually looks forward to their visits now, which speaks volumes! Beyond her wonderful way with kids, Dr.Shah is also highly professional and thorough. You can tell her genuinely care about her patients' well-being and take pride in her work. From Dr.Shah I gained more knowledge about how to take care of my teeth (and my children of course!). We’ve been regularly visit Dr.Shah every six months for check-ups and cleaning , so happy to do this to prevent any problems in the future. I truly appreciate her honesty, gentle approach, and clear communication. Fantastic experience: Have had such a positive experience with Dr Amy Browne and the team. Incredibly thorough work and gave options to keep the cost down which I appreciated. I also took my primary age child who was apprehensive as he needed a filling that required a needle. Amy was so calming and managed to get the work done and he left happy to return rather than distressed. Had it not been for her friendly nature the experience would have been a very different outcome and a struggle to get him back.

Negative experience: Got a tooth pulled last Friday afternoon by DR AMY BROWNE and was charged $520, was a disaster and never formed a blood clot so was in agony all weekend until I went back on the Monday to get the dry socket packed and the dentist tried to charge me another $220 wheres the after care? I've had many teeth pulled and this experience was far from anything ive ever previously been through. Something is still not right the pain hasn't reduced at all and the swelling in my jaw hasn't gone down..I think my jaw may be cracked as they struggled to get my tooth out...I haven't been able to work I'm in that much pain, lost thousands of dollars over a simple tooth extraction!! I warn you do not use this dental practice, very unprofessional and won't accept any responsibility. They clearly compromise health and safety for profit.

Rang Primary Dental and they were fully booked however Hayley bent over backwards to get me an appointment. I haven't seen the dentist yet but I've got a big smile on my face. Fantastic experience: The team at Primary Dental in Craigie would have to rate as the best around. Dr Sachita Shah and her assistant are so welcoming and positive in their attitude. Dr shah is highly competent in her skills and can easily soothe the concerns or worries that a patient might have along the way. She is very patient and tolerant of fidgety clients and will accommodate their requirements or answer their questions whenever it is required. Fabulous team and highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My son had a an accident this morning and broke a tooth. The care and service we received from Dr Shah, her nurse and the reception staff was exemplary. He was seen to quickly and well cared for. Cannot recommend Dr Shah and her team highly enough. 5 out of 5 stars for excellent care all round.

Negative experience: We were booked in with the wrong dentist for starters. Then one visit I waited for 1 hr, the 2nd visit with my children we waited 40 minutes before I had to leave without the service because of other commitments. They DONOT call you as a courtesy to let you know they are very far behind. Having to wait that long for a booked appointment is unacceptable.
