Fantastic experience: I had an overall had pleasant and good visits to Red Hill Dental the team there are very friendly and professional, Dr Tiffany looked after me for both treatments, walking through what she was going to be doing and making me comfortable aswell as answering the questions that I had for her along with Aylin and Mikayla helping Dr Tiffany. Having Tahnee run through the cost of each thing that was done and making it an easy process to claim with my health fund.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Red Hill Dental from reception through to the dentists are great; friendly, professional and caring. Dr Ying Hu explains everything really well, is very gentle and proficient in caring for your teeth. Their equipment is exceptional in showing any faults with your teeth as well as carrying out the necessary dental procedures. Even crowns can be carried out in house within the day. I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ho at Red Hill Dental made it a point to provide a positive customer experience for me, never had that before from a dentist. The facilities conditions are immaculate and the staff is friendly, always looking to provide a solution.

Negative experience: Shop around. I went in with severe tooth pain, only to be told my emergency appointment was only a consultation, and then I’d be required to book a series of appointments with exorbitant fees. I found another dentist who promptly attended to my needs in 2 appointments at a fraction of the cost. Update: practice manager called me today to discuss my experience and offered me a refund for the initial consultation.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Red Hill Dental enough. I have had problems with my gums since I was a teenager and have developed dental anxiety. But the entire Red Hill Dental’s team, the friendly receptionists and assistants and especially Jeff and Dr. Ying have been kind and patient with me. They carefully explained every step and the reason for what they were doing. I feel that I have less anxiety now and, finally, after a treatment with Jeff and following his advice, I can see a substantial improvement in my gums. I am very happy with them.

I go every six months now and saw Jeff for a clean yesterday, he's so friendly, easy to talk to and was very gentle with my mouth, I'm thankful for the help received and the results over these past two years, see you all next time

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Ying highly enough. She has a fantastic bedside manner and explains things beautifully. She is incredibly gentle when working on your teeth. I never knew getting anaesthetic could be so comfortable! She takes her time and is very patient and kind if you say something is uncomfortable. Go and see her!

Easy to make an appointment and Abril on reception is a joy to speak with. Dr Ying is very gentle and caring and the time she took to explain what she was doing and why was very reassuring,. If you have childhood memories of the dental vans this team will replace those with positive experiences.

Fantastic experience: Severe pain in my jaw, neck and temple made my doctor send me for a CAT scan for a suspected infection, but in two visits Henry fixed it. Excellent at explaining why things happen, he diagnosed, delicately adjusted my bite, referred me to a physio and advised me on prevention. I will be coming back and my dentist-phobic daughter will too! Thanks Henry.

Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. Dr Henry and Dr Linda are very professional examining and providing solutions by priority.
