Fantastic experience: I was waking at night in excruciating pain in my jaw...initially since it was only at night I was hoping it was some kind of stress induced clenching of the jaw and would be remedied with some jaw treatment. However the pain increased to during the day and beyond manageable pain when I tried to eat or drink hot or cold. So I knew I had to "bite the bullet' and see a dentist. I had avoided having my teeth checked for over 10 years due to a intense needly phobia. I saw some great reviews at this practice and booked in. The staff very very kind and supportive and worst case scenario- a rotten tooth needing extraction and two needles. I have to say it was the kindness of the dentist and his staff that helped me go through this procedure a lot better than I thought I could. Thank you so much for your empathy and kindness that helped me get through my tooth extraction. There was little to no pain and it's probably the best i have ever coped with having needles in my life. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Fantastic experience: OUTSTANDING dentist and staff. I’m in my 60’s and have been to many dentist’s and this is definitely the best experience I have had . Gentle, friendly approach by Allan. Reasonable priced. Cheaper than 2 other dentists . I feel very comfortable and confident under his care. Allan really listens and he really genuinely cares. It shows. The work I had was great he picked up things other dentists didn’t and he has a very pleasant manner . The staff offer you a drink, and if you have had a needle you get a follow up call to check in with you . How good is that ! The staff are super cheerful, happy, friendly and helpful. They do their very best to make sure you get an appointment you need . Karen on reception deserves a gold ⭐️ no one could give better support than her as well as the others .

Fantastic experience: I took my son to Dr Allen after he had a string of horrific and painful experiences with other dentists which left him terrified of going to any doctors office. My son instantly took to Dr Allen, given his patience and fatherly approach when treating kids. Not only that, we have never needed to return for "touch ups" on any work Dr Allen has done. He is very thorough and all work is carried out to an impeccable standard. My son recently had a major filling and actually fell asleep in the chair while Dr Allen was operating!! That is how gentle Dr Allen is I recommend Dr Allen to all I know. I also have to give a special shout out to their receptionist and dental assistant - what supportive and approachable people!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely sensational operation on all levels. Pleasant, diligent, timely, caring, effective, Karen and Allan are super humans! Fantastic experience: Recently I visited Dr Allan Lam for treatment of my impacted wisdom tooth. Thankfully he was able to fit me in at short notice. Being my child care day I arrived with my 2 grandchildren in tow only to find Dr Allan most welcoming of them into the dental room. Karen (his friendly, cheerful receptionist) provided them with pencils and super hero colouring sheets. Dr Allan very efficiently relieved my tooth pain with his gentle hands and delightful assistant Leanna. My grand-daughter, being extremely curious about the whole procedure asked Dr Allan to count her teeth. Dr Allan has a wonderful and fun manner with children and asked them both would they like him to check their teeth. They both eagerly took their turn and enjoyed the whole experience. On leaving they were presented with their own package containing a dental kit wth lots of stickers and a 2 minute tooth timer to use when brushing their teeth. Needless to say they were both extremely grateful and happy. I have been seeing Dr Allan for several years now and truly always have such a pleasant time that it’s more like visiting a good friend than a dreaded trip to the dentist. Fantastic experience: Have been to so many dental clinics in Sydney myself, Allan and his team is definitely the best one, and obviously Allan is the best dentist I can ever remember. Karen is wonderfully friendly at reception and efficiently manages bookings. Allan and Liana are kind, sincere, accommodating and professional. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (& less anxious) in the chair. My entire family now attend the practice and they are indulgently kind and patient with my 9 & 3 year old. I was shocked at how he was truly interested in my past with my teeth and how I felt? I have never been asked that before, normally lie down. Andrew (hubby) said "Best Dentist I have ever been to" Andrew does not throw out praise easily I can promise you that. Fantastic experience: I went to Brookvale Dental due to an urgent fix for my elderly mum's broken tooth. I found Allan and his team to be amazing right from the booking. He fixed the broken front tooth today and have to say it was done carefully. I couldn't even tell because the colour match was near perfect to her existing tooth. He really cares and followed up with a phone call to check on me. Carol the receptionist was caring and a pleasure to deal with, even offered me coffee. The nurse was also very caring that my mum felt at ease. Overall a great experience and will be visiting him when my family needs a dentist again.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, If you are looking for a way to introduce the dentist to the little ones, I can’t praise and recommend Brookvale Dental enough. I had a dentist appointment there on Saturday (best dentist I’ve been to) and we took my son who is 2 1/2yo for an introduction. The dentist, Alan, has a 2 year old at home so is very aware of how to approach them. My son is super shy when meeting new people, but within 10 mins he was opening his mouth to have his teeth counted. He was also given little mirrors, a tooth brush and a little book, and allowed to push the button for my X-rays. He had a great time. We’ll take him again in the next couple of months with my partners and maybe next time he might sit in the chair. Absolutely recommend this practice. Brilliant.

Fantastic experience: As advanced as dental technology is towards minimizing pain, root canal treatment causes a significantly higher level of anxiety than regular check-up. At the finish of my treatment, I am most appreciative of the thoroughness of my dentist Allan Lam. Explaining each and every next step relaxed me and resulted in my being prepared and accepting of the ‘discomfort’ of the treatment.
