Fantastic experience: My experience at Dianella Family Dental Clinic was extremely satisfying and successful, Dr. Raymond came up with a very simple but innovative solution to a complex issue regarding my implant. It's been over a week now and i must admit i don't have any of the problems i had faced prior to the surgery. Their clinic has a very soft and cosy atmosphere. The staff are professional, kind, friendly and supportive.

He recently helped me with a professional clean, and I was very impressed with how caring and attentive he was throughout the process. The clinic uses the latest technology and equipment—far more advanced than what I’ve seen at other dental clinics I’ve been to before. Small but thoughtful details also made a big difference, such as providing a stand I could bite on. This allowed me to keep my mouth open comfortably for a longer period without any jaw discomfort—something I’ve never experienced at other clinics. Having been with other dental clinics for quite some time, I can confidently say Dianella Family Dental, and Dr. Ray in particular, really stand out. Highly recommended!

Sept 2024 Had another blessed visit to Dr Ray for another routine examination. After the pleasantry, he was so quick to pinpoint the cause of the recent sensitivity on one of the molar. He immediately dived in to diagnose and eventually found a vertical crack. It was resolved with a filling though the whole process took longer than my appointment time. Every step in diagnosis, treatment, advise and cost was clearly explained. My thanks to Dr Ray who is always gentle, patient, and caring. Also his team of assistants, customer service Hayley and dental assistant Mona were all friendly and approachable. Its just a beautiful and perfect team to whom i can fully entrust my dental needs. Greatly appreciated! Apr 2023 So glad that i have reconnected with Dr Ray today, after losing him for almost 1 year. He has been my dentist for the past 10 years but lost contact as he moved on to his higher calling. I have been enduring my recent dental procedure for a while now, which he managed to improve and fix it in one session. Soft-spoken and courteous, Dr. Ray is a quiet leader with a sincere, assuring demeanour. He is always calm, skillful and communicate well. This allows his patients to overcome their fear so they can relax, sit back on the dental chair and receive the best dental care possible. It's definitely worth the 30 minutes drive to see him. No pain and an explanation throughout of what was happening finished by a very reasonable bill. I reckon this practice would be the ideal place to take your kids to, so they don’t suffer a bad dentist and have the phobia I used to have! Then finally, I’ve just received an email of images of any areas I need to be aware of for my future booking in December (my idea to go back) plus a person recorded message from Dr Ray. Incredible- if only I could give 10 stars!! I never thought I would ever say that a visit to the dentist was enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I was referred to a few clinics due to some work needing to be done and chose this location as it was the closest to when I live, but I didn't expect the hugh level of service I received! I only have had 1 filling performed so far and have more to go. The reason I will go back is their level of compassion, understanding, and lack of judgement from all staff there and I am really happy with the work done so far. They also listened to my concerns during procedures and by having a simple conversation with me I honestly had one of the most pleasant experiences at a dentist in my life. Then he priorities the essentials and provides options to engage what suits me for next appointment. The service was a great experience even for a peron like me not visiting dentist so often. Also this is a place seems to be a small dental practice but was well equipped and clean. There are rare parking available and it is limited. Bookings can be online or over the phone. Overall it was great and it will be our family dental service for future.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience with Dr. Ray, he was very thorough and explained things really well so I understood what the focus points were and how to maintain or work on them moving forward. He took great care throughout the clean and scale process, there was no pain or discomfort that you might experience with other dentists. Dr. Ray also followed up later that day with a post exam report that included a voice note, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall it was a great experience and I will be a regular patient moving forward!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful, respectful and safe practise from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I initially had a tooth pulled but because the procedure was explained, i felt at ease immediately. No pain either probably because of how skillfully it was done and the reassuring communication throughout the procedure. A month later i had a clean although this was a bigger job and also went extremely well. No problem or stress since i hate pain. Dr Ray, his wife, the very cautious and caring assistants and lovely Receptionist are all professional and thats all you can really ask for.

Fantastic experience: Since our dentist retired many years ago, we have been having Raymond Lam as our dentist. We find him patience, gentle, and thorough .He always put us at ease as we are nervous type. Three days ago we were overjoy that he has installed a new equipment that make cleaning the teeth must more quicker and much more comfortable. The two dentists I’ve had, first Dr Santarini and now Dr Ray, are both very warm and careful to make the experience as pleasant as can be. Fantastic experience: So far so good! Had initial appointment where additional scans were recommended. I really appreciated the offer of a quote beforehand. The dentist seemed genuinely upset for me that my scans weren’t great and that I needed periodontal intervention. But she was fabulous at explaining what was needed and why, before preparing a quote. I have booked in to start the treatment so hopefully a positive experience. Happy gas isn’t an option unfortunately but I am far more comfortable at this practice than my previous, where I relied on gas for pretty much everything.
