Fantastic experience: Where do I start. I came in early in the week with a wisdom tooth causing big problems in my mouth ! In fact it was growing sideways ! Dr Fadi and his team there are brilliant ! I was kind of nervous to go in there but what to do be done had to be done. Dr Fadi is a very kind and big hearted bloke and wants to make sure you are very comfortable and everything is going okay. I haven’t been to many dentists before but this guy is a top notch bloke. Dr Fadi is very professional with his work and gets the job done as safely as he can. I will recommend him to anyone that needs dental work. Great work Dr Fadi and teach at green valley dental looking forward to seeing you guys again.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start... Late 2023 I had an episode in which I was eating a Adana Kebab ‍♂️And I snapped my tooth from a peppercorn being inside of it. (I have a full set of crowns done from turkey) I came to Green Valley Dental, and immediately Evelyn was the first point in contact to my worries. She specifically told me Dr Tran will definitely be the one for this job. I was then told that my tooth might have a chance to be saved via a Dental Post. Mind you Dr Tran did put his heart in this and tried everything he possibly could. Though I knew it didnt work as it become lose in the gums after afew meals. He then told me the only way now is to go through with a Dental Implant. I knew it was gonna be tough, inwhich some can be done straight away via extracting the tooth and placing the implant straight away. Or to wait 8 months, to place the implant and wait for it to heal in the Jaw.( couple of months) Then the tooth could be placed. I took the 8 months Journey as the chances were better. Finally today I recieved my crown. And it's finally done! A Massive Shoutout to Dr Tran, Evelyn and All the workers who made me feel like family. Every single one of yous made me feel safe, warm and welcomed. Dr Tran your a Legend! You handled everything well ! We had our laughs every time i came in and for sure, Many more to come in the future. God bless your soul! It definitely a place to go to for your needs. Take care legends God bless

Fantastic experience: Dr Fadi is an excellent dentist. I made the change to Green Valley Dental based on the positive reviews about him and I’m very happy with my choice. Dr Fadi is really thorough and good at communicating the finer details, of procedures and costs. He’s also very careful and caring and checks in on you regularly during procedures. Cost of the procedures seem to be on the level too.

It goes without saying that the professionalism not only by the Doctor but also by the Stuff is unpickable. They assist you from the moment that you walk in, till the moment you have finished your appointment with the Doctor. Every question I asked the Doctor or the Stuff, was perfectly answered with understanding and courtesy. I was over the moon with the outcome of the result of the fine work that Doctor Thomas Tran performed on my front teeth, I now can smile with confidence again. The dentists at the clinic are professional and friendly. They understand their art and always explain the procedures and cost before starting any work. Fantastic experience: I have seen DR tran for many years and he is very professional and friendly, always make sure you feel comfortable. And he follow up with the patient after surgery (bone grafted) make every went well. Very happy with the service.

Negative experience: Well we're do I start. I began in march for an emergency root canal to be told it would be done in 3 stages. I then booked for my last 2 sessions within 4 weeks. Only to be cancelled on twice and then told by the dental clinic that the dentist could no longer do Fridays. I was then told that he had up and left the clinic due to personal reasons. I had already completed my second stage after 2 whole months of waiting I was almost done. I then got fed up with the lack of communication and the run around that I demanded another dentist finish the treatment to only be falsely led into an appointment were I thought I was going to have this done and then told "sorry I can't continue on from what the previous dentist has done you will need to see a specialist". Unprofessional to say the least. No communication at all with me no transparency. Nothing I was left high n dry to fend for myself. I demanded a refund which I was given however when asked if another qualified dentist of that clinic could the job I was told yes we can but we would need to charge you the entire amount again and start from the beginning. I was livid. I understand I was refunded but in the interest of myself as a patient they should have referred me to another dentist and either charged me for the last stage only or given me a discount if they had to begin all over again. The experience was unforgettable and disgusting. I will never recommend this place and I will never step foot inside this clinic ever again. DO NOT GO HERE.

Negative experience: I had an appointment and it was the most shocking experience, im heavily pregnant and i had severe pain in my tooth, after the x-ray was done the main dentist advised me to work on 3 of my teeth but i knew which tooth was giving me trouble at that moment as i experienced days of pain from that specific tooth. After i decided to get treatment done on that tooth the MAIN DENTIST (not the assistant) frowned upon my decision and was unhappy that i did not take the route to spend on all 3 teeth for treatment on the same day. Throughout the procedure I felt harassed for not being able to afford getting the work she wanted done.This has made me feel very overwhelmed on top of the pain i’m experiencing and the child i’m expecting in a couple days time. I definitely won’t be coming back and do not wish this service upon anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past suffering from panic attacks etc but now since I have been seeing Dr Stella and having such a positive experience I now look forward to my treatments. Thank you Dr Stella you definitely are the best!

Negative experience: swollen gum around wisdom tooth, requested a tooth extraction even if the tooth is fine just to stop the pain. instead i received a clean, a very expensive xray, and a course of antibiotics, a month later and im still in pain.

Fantastic experience: Just got back had a clean and checkup done, really nice service always a clean and tidy dentist to visit. Always being reminded to continue my 6 monthly visit! Thank you to the dental hygienist Lillian and Dr Kenny for seeing me, its always a tight squeeze but they were happy to book me in. Always a thorough service and friendly staff. I learnt a lot about the benefits of using a soft bristle, pikster to remove debris from in between teeth and the importance of daily flossing to prevent gum disease. Thank you so much for today I hope to be able to floss on a regular and sustained basis :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Stella is amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable. She always gives me little breaks while doing a procedure and always makes sure I’m okay. She goes out of her way to ensure I am comfortable as she knows I’m a Fidgetty person and my gums are very sensitive. She always makes conversation with me to distract me from what’s going on. My teeth feel so much better now that she has done fillings for me and given them a good clean. Dr Stella also explains each step in detail and tells you her every move so you are aware and ready. Dr Kenny pulled out my wisdom tooth, he ensure I was comfortable and not in pain as he knew I was scared of needle going into my gums. The whole procedure took no more than 10 minutes, it was quick and easy with no pain. I highly recommend Green Valley Dental, they will be my long term dental clinic

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist in the area and was hesitant to even step foot into one but had to stop prolonging the inevitable. I saw the reviews at this place so I thought I'd give it a go and can't rate highly enough of this practice. The staff desk were amazing and friendly. Dr. Stella who looked after me was very thorough, explaining to me what she was doing. She was honest and her assistant was lovely as well. I was so impressed with the service recieved I booked all my children in and again with Dr Lillian (who specialises in children's oral health) and the service was superb. First time visits for two of them and they enjoyed the experience. I love how clean this place is as well! We have found our family dental clinic. Thanks so much to all staff at this practice !

Fantastic experience: Green valley Dental Is a very friendly dental practice. Every time I’ve been through the years they have been great and very professional. This time though it has been exceptional because I have found Dr Stella the Dentist with magical fingers and she is so gentle that I almost fell a sleep twice on the dental chair. I told her this but she thought I was joking but I actually wasn’t. All the Dentists have been great but Dr Stella is exceptional and I would highly recommend her but i also highly recommend green Valley Dental for anyone in need of dental work.

Negative experience: Went to see the dentist a few weeks ago in regards to veneers; the dentist made me pay for impressions/wax up costing me more than 300$. I waited two weeks for them to arrive and was then told by the dentist on the second appointment that he had no confidence in doing veneers for me. If you had no confidence then you shouldn’t have asked me to do the impressions and waste my time and money. I ended up finding another dental clinic and he’s happy to do veneers for me and what I want without hesitation and lies. I would have rather paid the 300$ to this dentist than the one at green valley dental. I will never go back here again nor recommend them to my friends. 0/5 stars

Negative experience: My first time ever visit to this place was on 1/8/2020. I wouldn't say great service but just okay. Friendly staff. I had my tooth filling done. The dentist did xray and comprehensive oral examination. I went back to them on 22/8/2020 to get my retainer wire fixed as it was broken. Everything was good except the fact that they charged me again for comprehensive oral examination. No one informed me of this cost till i was given the bill. When I asked as to why I have to pay for the comprehensive oral examination again when I just had one done on 1/8/2020 at this place. I was told that it was seen by 2 different dentist and each dentist does their oral examination. I said this does not make sense as it is the same place i came before and you have it all in your records so why another oral examination needs to be done literally 21 days after?. I was told that was the procedure and there was nothing that can be done. I am very disappointed, just does not make any sense, especially if this place has all my records of the previous visits and the x-ray too. Always ask for the full cost from the dentist before proceeding with the appt as you may also get some hidden costs like this.

Fantastic experience: Had to get my top two wisdom teeth taken out.Dr Jacob Stretton was amazing, I didn't feel a thing, even a day after, still no pain. I was so scared before the procedure, but he put me at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend him for any wisdom tooth extractions
