He is especially kind when it comes to my daughter’s sensory issues, making her feel comfortable and updating her with exactly what is happening at every step :)) Also Jenny and all the reception staff are super friendly, caring and accomodating! Fantastic experience: I had my tooth removed today by Adrian he is very caring and explained every step ,the extractions very quick and almost pain free ,the dentist and his assistant made me feel comfortable and it was over in no time,I would have no trouble recommending Adrian to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give a big shout out to Jenny! My 3 1/2 year old had his first check and while mum got hers, he got quite upset. Jenny took the time to calm him down, showed him around and even let him „work“ behind the counter. She made him feel so comfortable, he didn’t mind getting his teeth checked. Jenny, you were wonderful and I can’t thank you enough for the great experience! Trent was also great and very patient.

Fantastic experience: The staff at NIB dental Glendale are excellent. I find visiting the dentist quite anxiety inducing but that wasn’t the case during my most recent visit. A special shoutout to Venita who went above and beyond - outstanding customer service.

Negative experience: Although everyone was lovely, after saying I was in pain from my tooth they didn’t recommend anything. I feel the consultation was very vague leaving me in so much pain that I had to go to another dentist for them to tell me my tooth was infected. Unfortunately waisted my money on nothing and left to be in so much pain.

Fantastic experience: My recent appointments at NIB Dental Centre Glendale were with Dr Da Hen Kwak (Jerry) I found him a good dentist and put at ease .

Negative experience: I tried calling on Saturday because a crown had fallen off. Automated voice says I was added to the queue. Then it went to message bank & I left a message with my name and number. Hours later they were closed and no call back. I think they are short staffed and didn’t gave any intention of calling back. Disgusted with that poor service

Dr Kwak was very quick to put me at ease, clearly explained what he was going to do and why. Fantastic experience: I attended NIB Dental Care Centre this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years after a rather traumatic Scale and Clean at a different dental centre had made me very anxious. However, Dr Milburn and his dental assistant were incredible. They were very professional, patient and kind towards me and ensured that I knew what was happening and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I now have a positive view of the scale and clean, something that used to make me shudder at the thought of it. Thank you Dr Milburn. I would recommend You to everybody.

Positive experience: Thedini is a great, always fast and efficient. Some times hard to unstand when she speaks so fast and quiet. But otherwise, she does excellent dental work. The girls at the front are all lovely but I'm always waiting for them to finish having a chit chat amongst themselves before they serve me.

I’ve recently had my first baby and it’s so amazing to know that when I turn up for my appointments with her the staff are beyond accommodating for my circumstance and more than happy to look after her while I go in. Arjun is always so kind, gentle and just such a nice person to have working on my teeth. Thank you to all the beautiful staff for your kindness, I’ll be sure to come back soon for more baby cuddles.

Fantastic experience: Prompt professional and painless emergency filling. Can't thank them enough.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 I would have! Last minute cancellation on my husband and I appointment and then when we finally got there 3 weeks later we found out that we were booked for shorter appointments so it means only one of us would get to see the doctor! And it was already two months wait and a 40 min drive to get there. Receptionist is also extremely rude and barely speaks English! Definetely don’t recommend!

Negative experience: Never in my life will I go here again 20mins late for a appointment. Not only didn't the denist himself tell me he wasn't qualified to do a tooth removal. Then when complain to management they defend a unqualified denist who admitted he wasn't qualified. Medical complains commission has gone in I also have a witness to the denist saying he was unqualified. Discussed do not recommend that anyone goes here.

Fantastic experience: These guys in Glendale are great. From receptionists to nurses to dentists, all were friendly with great customer service. Arjun Bansal worked on my teeth and Lauren and Jess assisted at different times. Arjun was bloody awesome! Such a lovely person, who explained everything very well and did everything he could to help my situation. I felt genuinely cared for and respected whilst I was there. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr Jian Ng who is an incredibly kind person with a genuine care for his patients. Dr Ng stayed back after closing to assist me today (04/01/21), as I was unable to book in with my orthodontist to have the wire behind my teeth fixed for another week. I was also grateful to the friendly staff who stayed back while I had my appointment. I have been seen by Dr Adrian Neoh in the past for check ups and he is also wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've had with a dentist to date! I booked in for a check up & clean and had Jian Ng look after me today. He was very friendly and didn't just talk 'teeth' with me, he asked and listened and was very upbeat and enthusiastic the whole time. I didn't realise how rough some of my dentists have been in the past until this appointment! The plank removal is something I dread but Jian was extremely gentle and made sure I wasn't in any discomfort! Highly recommend to book in with Jian if your wanting the most plesant experience possible!
