Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Rural View Dental! I recently needed a filling and an extraction and was quite nervous. Dr. Sanjana was wonderful. She was so kind and explained everything as it was happening. During a follow up appointment I brought my 5 year old for a check up and Dr. Sanjana and her assistant Sijaan were so good with my daughter. They played her favourite shows on Netflix and made the experience fun for her. She left excited to tell her sister how she got to have pink toothpaste at the dentist

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dental Practice!! Myself like many others was extremely nervous (cause let's face it right nobody enjoys visiting the dentist!) Negative experience: Go elsewhere. This dentist is known as the x-ray dentist. Takes unnecessary costly xrays that are not needed. Just to get extra money out of you. Rude, and the most over priced dentist in Mackay. Highly recommended looking around at a more professional dentist

Negative experience: Do I even have to give to 1 star? I wouldn't give any. Had 2 root canals. Male dentist both times broke a file off in both teeth. And still charged over$1500 for each. Got asked " how my financial situation was? Discusting since it was none of his buisness. Wasn't happy that I didn't follow through with his $10,500 care plan & told me he no longer wanted to work on my teeth. SO DISCUSTING RUDE. I have photos of file broken off if anyone wants to see, email me. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. JUST MONEY HUNGRY GRUBS WHO TRY AND TAKE 6 XRAYS OF 1 TOOTH & WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT WHY SO MANY XRAYS THATS COSTING ME $330 BEFORE I EVEN GOT THE SMALL FILLING. Since leaving here I have been greeted with respect from Arch Dental Mackay. So far 8 fillings and not 1 xray was needed. No money grabbing. WORST DENTIST IN NOT JUST MACKAY BUT QLD. I hope he gets lots of cancellations lol. MONEY THEIVING GRUB

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience with Rural View Dental. From the moment you step in the door the staff are friendly and attentive. The practice is comfortable, well maintained and cheerful. Dr Vivina We is a thorough, compassionate and confident dentist. After 3 years away from the dentist, mainly due to dental anxiety, I was worried to return to the dentist. The staff at Rural View put my mind at ease, and helped me get my teeth back up to their best health. They were patient and kind, and took time to explain everything (including costs!). The practice offers payment plans if required (through afterpay and zip pay). Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had a same day crown with Dr Vivinaa and am very pleased with her work. The reception staff and dental assistant were also very helpful and made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Dr Nagesh and his team are professional and caring. Dr Nagesh consults you every step of the way. I now have all my teeth veneered and crowned and my teeth have gone from unsightly to a beautiful straight smile. Dr Nagesh built up my teeth as well so my jaw is now is aligned. Dr Nagesh has a separate consult room where he sits down with you and takes his time so you never feel rushed and know what needs to be done if needed. I cannot speak highly enough of the standards to which the clinic work on. Dr Nagesh is a perfectionist and does same day crowns if that what you want. Thank you guys for a beautiful smile, confidence and self esteem. 10 out 10.

Fantastic experience: Really great clinic. I’m a nervous patient with sensitive teeth. Dr Nagesh is very patient and they are a really skilful team. I’ve had a filling done right at the front of my teeth which is completely invisible, and I’ve just had a crown at the back which feels and looks great.
