Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share with everyone the truly positive experience we had today with the Casey Smiles team at Cranbourne. My brother, an NDIS participant with complex needs, utilised a general anaesthetic to have 13 teeth extracted at the dental surgery today. I cannot speak highly enough of every staff member we encountered throughout the procedure. Our initial consult with Claire detailed the options available to my brother, including the option to have the extractions done while he slept. Upon recommendations, we contacted Jeremy Robertson, at the Cranbourne Denture Clinic, to create the dentures prior to the surgery and he matched the teeth and colors perfectly with my brother's remaining teeth. The receptionists, pre and post operation coordinators and the dental managers established and maintained contact with me to collect information, prepare my brother for the operation and establish links for follow-up care and appointments. The wonderful Dr. John Lau made contact early to organise all the tests required to fully understand and analyse my brother's complex physical and mental needs and provided the anaesthesia. He also rang me personally to introduce himself, gather more specific information, explain the procedure for the general anaesthetic and encouraged me to ask further questions. Today, the day of the procedure, Dr John (anaethetist) and Dr Mo (dental surgeon) worked their magic, supported by two fantastic nurses - Melvin and Ben. Both spent time with us explaining the procedure pre-surgery and caring from my brother post operation. Shannon then prepared us for going home and will take responsibility for scheduled checks over the coming days and weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for this team from the moment we entered the clinic for the initial consult to the post surgery care. I would highly recommend the team to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Words can't express how grateful I am to these guys, I called them after seeing an advertisement on Facebook and spoke to Taylor who was very informative and so pleasant to speak with, I had a consultation and met Dr Mo and Tiarna on the 2nd of May and they were really amazing and made me feel so comfortable, on the 7th of May I met Gemma for scans and you couldn't ask for a friendlier person. Yesterday on the 15th Dr Mo did my surgery for upper and lower all on 4's, Dr John Lau did my anaesthesia and he was really great, he went above and beyond checking up on me regularly after I went home, as did Taylor. Today on the 16th of May Gemma put my new teeth in and I couldn't be happier and the staff were just as happy as me, they really are so passionate about their work and their customer service is second to none. I went from being embarrassed to open my mouth to having a beautiful smile in just 2 weeks all because of these amazing people at Casey Smiles, Thankyou guys from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: This would have to be the friendliest, most customer service oriented dental clinic I've ever encountered. The staff are SO super-happy to serve. Nothing is a bother for them. Dentistry is their science and they've perfected every avenue. I highly recommend their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Jemma Britton today and both her and her nurse Jade were absolutely fantastic, by far the best dentist I have ever been too! Dr Jemma was so gentle, took the time to explain every step of the treatment process and made all of us feel at ease and comfortable. Will be recommending this incredibly clean, warm and welcoming clinic to everyone I know!

Negative experience: The cleaning was very superficial and did not address the areas beneath my gums and she missed several areas and told me i need to come back next week to get a deeper clean. Additionally, the dental assistant's suctioning technique was extremely poor. I repeatedly gagged on saliva because she was unable to effectively remove it. This made the entire experience very uncomfortable and distressing. The dentist, Sharna Prasad herself did not perform the cleaning properly. I have had several cleanings done in the past by other dentists, and this was the most superficial work I have ever experienced. Furthermore, after this inadequate cleaning, the dentist presented me with a treatment plan totaling over $3,000, which included deep cleaning, among other things. Given the poor quality of the basic cleaning I received, I have no confidence in the proposed further treatments. Due to this unacceptable level of care, I will not be returning to your practice.

Fantastic experience: Sharna and her assistant are very professional and empathetic with my needs. I have difficulty with breathing due to sinuses issues but they were very patience and considerate to me. I’m sure they would have got the job done faster if I wasn’t being so difficult for them. Thank you ladies for taking care of me today. I never said this before about a dentist, but I look forward to my next appointment with you!

Negative experience: I called up to make an appointment as I have been in the worst pain ever, the desk staff were not understanding and when they couldn’t understand what I was saying they were shouting over the phone which ended up in me finding another dental practice.

Negative experience: My parents went to this clinic and they were beyond disappointed with their experience. The front desk staff, particularly Jade and Trent, did not provide the level of courtesy and professionalism as expected in a healthcare setting, making the visit uncomfortable and frustrating. Based on our experience, I would recommend considering other healthcare options for a more professional and respectful experience.

Negative experience: Would not go back here. Would not recommend for small children.

Fantastic experience: I HATE DENTISTS BUT DR Neha Sharma and the rest of the staff i had pleasure of meeting today and dealing with sorry iam.bad with names and I wasn't really with it. Made me at East to the point I went in for them to just have a look but walked out with a plain a clean and a smile not a good one yet but soon. Thankyou to all the staff from reception to nursing staff. I almost didn't walk in still.gunna be a mission to go back but knowing I have the support of people.that actually care about there patients and have a true pation for there skills they have worked so hard for. Negative experience: I went here to get a treatment plan for braces with my superannuation. They gave me the wrong forms, yelled at me, snd refused to return my $200 deposit. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back. Do not come here!

Negative experience: Very rude staff and they don’t know what they are doing. Just shouted and didn’t even listen when I was trying to ask questions. I was trying to explain that my GP said that the specialist did not give her the right information and that she can’t sign in to the documents but the receptionist named Sam was just screaming and not listening. I was really stressed after she talked to me like that. Not professional at all. Never will be back there. Hopefully they will give my $200 deposit back

Fantastic experience: Lovely, caring staff. I was quite anxious about getting my wisdom teeth taken out and avoided it for about 19 years. I'm glad I picked Casey Smiles. Once the cannula was in I didn't even register that I was going under. Next moment I woke up and they were out! The pain has been very manageable so far (2 days later) and I'm very impressed with this since one was impacted. The staff have been communicating with me post extraction to check how I'm going. This has been a very positive experience, and I'm saying that as someone who tends to really avoid the dentist due to anxiety and discomfort.

Fantastic experience: After doing hundreds of all on 4 consults with all the big and little names around Melbourne I settled on Casey smiles for my procedure because in my opinion they were the most caring, genuine and honest of the lot. From my first appointment I knew exactly what my fees would be for the total of the work, they went above and beyond to help me achieve the work I needed and I wasn’t met with extra fees at every turn like some of the other big names that charge you for everything they can even down to filing paperwork where as Casey smiles worked hard to cut costs and give me the best fees possible helped with all the paperwork and stuff needed and didn’t try and slap me with any extra fees, we now have a trusted relationship, I will continue to go back for any family dental required like my sons orthodontics as the team and they after hours care and just all round awesome service has blown me away compared to any other dentist I’ve ever seen. These guys are legends

Fantastic experience: I knew Casey Smiles was very good due to previous appts. Neha M was amazing! My last appt was for a chipped tooth that held my lower partial denture. This denture, though comfortable, was not great for eating leafy greens. Now: I eat anything with ease! Thank you Neha for turning good to great :). Fantastic experience: I've never been keen on visiting the dentist, but Dr Sheryl and Nurse Elivia are wonderful. From the moment I walked through the door on my first visit, the reception staff were bubbly, friendly and very helpful. Fantastic experience: Visited a few times, Dr. Jannik De Silva is very professional and friendly, always focused on the task at hand and a very clear communicator. You may pay a little more than expected compared to other places but i think its worth the extra money for proper service. As for the 1star reviews i’ve read…. Sounds more like poor communication on behalf of the patient, if you bring a poor set of teeth to them they may uncover or “create” more issues when working on you, thats a part of dentistry, i had a previous dentist from elsewhere chip one of my teeth, but the tooth was probably weak in the first place, not his fault. Modern equipment within casey smiles practice also filled me with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sheryl for 4 years now. She is absolutely amazing, takes the time to listen and gives great advice. I never feel rushed when I need a break from getting my teeth cleaned. I took my 3 year old for his first check up, and Dr Sheryl was so kind and supportive. He felt comfortable enough to go into the room and have her check out his teeth. I would recommend her for both children and adults.

Fantastic experience: I Took my 5 yr old son here on 10th july 23' , Sheryl was amazing she remembered my son from when he was 2 yrs old from only 1 appointment 3-4 years prior (even though he refused treatment back in 2019 ) that was the first big tick for this company, then as we proceeded into the room for his appointment, Sheryl was so kind ,caring and patient with my curious boy who had a million questions and was very scared. She explained absolutely everything to him, Not only did she discover other issues that was missed by previous dentist elsewhere, but she was able to distract and even make the appointment fun for my son and got all 3 fillings and a cap put in all in 1 hour ! It was the best experince i could of wished for a very frightened little boy. He even left the dentist saying "THAT WAS FUN! Fantastic experience: My daughter had a very bad molar decay which needed a root canal treatment. Considering her young age, no one in my area was ready to do an RCT. That is when I searched up Casey smiles and we were lucky to be assigned to Dr. Sheryl. She made a good rapport with my daughter, and she was so caring and did an excellent job completing a very successful root canal for my 10 yr old. I would recommend Dr. Sheryl for anyone who needs a root canal or similar dental procedures. Also I wish her and the clinic all success.

Dr Mo and the Casey smiles team are professional honest easy to talk to and can answer any questions, they helped me with my dental anxiety and they walked me through each procedure (implants, full mouth crowns and an extraction) made sure I was comfortable and continued to check in after to ensure I was pain free. Fantastic experience: I had not seen a dentist in many years due to a very bad experience I had encounted in the past with a previous dentist, who was extreamly rude and judgemental towards me. My teeth have never been in good condition and cause me alot of embarrassment and low self esteem. I finally built up the courage after many years to search for a new dentist, as my teeth had started to cause me pain. I found Casey Smiles on google and thought I would give them a try after reading their amazing reviews. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by a lovely dental nurse who reassured me that I was in good hands and that they were there to help me not to judge or critize me. I was feeling extreamly nervous and on edge but the dental nurse calmed my nerves with her kind and reassuring words. Dr Sheryl George was my dentist for the day and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel relaxed and put my fears at ease right away. After examination of my teeth, she explained the work that needed to be done and we decided to go ahead and do some of the dental work that same day. She was very gentle and i felt no pain at all. She told me if at any time I felt uncomfortable and needed her to stop, to raise my hand and let her know. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sheryl was amazing in removing a tooth that another dentist could not and she did it in a few minutes with no discomfort. But she also spent the first half an hour just talking to me to understand my fears and concerns and talking me through my options and she was patient with me throughout. My experience of the whole centre was professional and caring from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I recently had some dental work done by Dr Jannik. I must admit that I am truely impressed by the excellent service I have received. Despite my nervousness Dr Jannik was extremely helpful in putting me at ease. But most of all I was impressed by the high quality of their dental work. Even the support staff, reception were very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Out of the blue a dental nurse called and asked what I was inquiring about. We immediately clicked and I made an appt to visit the clinic. My teeth were falling apart over the years, causing much grief and anxiety in many aspects of my life, it also caused alot of pain and mouth ulcers. For many years and many failed attempts to save my teeth only to end up with a plate, that was uncomfortable and loose. It changed my face smile and how I ate. It was a terrible experience. The foundation of my teeth were disinergrading and I had no idea what to do. I booked an appt at Casey Smiles and immediately I was greeted by a Beautiful Sterile Smiling Environment of Young Professionals. Happy positive people….. I met Dr Mo and his team, they were so kind compassionate and empathetic. All the qualities I needed on this journey. I felt safe and without any thought I left his dentistry’s knowing I was going to get my smile back and more importantly be painfree. My treatment plan was Implants & all on 4. This month I have had my surgery without any hiccups. Casey Smiles team not only gave me my smile back but my life. “Cliche” Everyday I look in mirror and and I see Art of Dentistry. Fantastic experience: I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at Casey Smiles after putting it off for years and years as I'm terrified of dentists. The whole procedure was painless, even after 3 days post surgery when all the drugs have worn off. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Mo Massaud- he's the best dental surgeon in this city if not the country. His entire team were superstars, they were professional yet personal and caring. The practice is clean and equipped with the latest machinery, and their fees are more than fair and reasonable. Special mention goes out to nurse Warren, an astonishingly detailed professional with a genuine desire to do the best for his patients. The customer service experience and treatments I received at Casey Smiles have always been first class. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Short & Sweet Review for those with little time to spare would 110% recommend.... Now if you want to read my quiet long reasons here we go.. I needed an implant for a tooth that had been missing for over 20 years, so I knew I would need a bone graph. So I did some research on cost and expertise. Casey smiles seemed to be the place. So appointment made. I saw Dr Moe who took the time and explained everything to me, Sharon then gave me a treatment plan showing exactly the appointments and costs per visit. ( I've never had this much effort put in by any other dentist). So it was a go ahead. My body started to rejected the bone graph late Friday night. I contacted Dr Moe who reassured me it would be ok ( this was out of hours in his own personal time.) I saw them the following day had repeat xrays, sure enough he was right, this was done free of charge, he put my anxiety to rest, he suggested to give more time between procedures to make sure I wouldn't have anymore problems. Rod was placed then crown put on. I now have a tooth instead of a massive gap. I also had a recurring root abscess on another tooth that was a root canal/ crown done by a different dentist, the root canal was infected and had no option but to remove and place another implant in, in which I total agreed to do. He was fantastic. And cost was cheaper than any other dentist around. Next I've always wanted a Hollywood smile, I had seen many other dentists about this but was told I would need braces for 3 months then after that would need gum grafts ( taken from roof of mouth and put around top of my gums to make them even.) Omg..pain is all I could think. Dr Moe suggest I see Dr Karsha, once again we talked for ages, she explained what she could do to give me an amazing smile with no pain, braces or graphs. I was amazed, once again treatment plan given on cost and appointment guide. First I had my back teeth built up to give gap at front to make my veneers longer than my stumpy little teeth, 2nd visit front teeth filed back to make a beautiful straight arch, impressions taken, color of veeners and shape chosen, with help and expertise from Karsha and lovely nurse Nicole, today was the big day, I'm not to sure who was more excited. Dr Karsha just placed them on for me to view before cementing them down. But I was extacit, so on they went. Now I smile with confidence and no hand over my mouth.Love, love, love. Dr Karsha also see my daughter who has extremely high anxiety and hates dentists. Her 1st visit she walked out with the biggest smile on her face. Dr Sheryl has also done my general dentistry as well as my husbands. I find the whole team there professional, extremely friendly, kind, understanding and very cost affordable. Love the time spent explaining every tooth, as well as break down of costs.I will no longer need to shop around for dentists.

Fantastic experience: Our family have used this dentist for years. We have received fantastic service, they are reasonably priced and awesome with kids. I have used the Sleep dentistry well worth it. Procedures that have been done that we are extremely happy with include removal wisdom teeth, braces, crowns, implants and general dentistry.
