Fantastic experience: I have been going to Shore Dental for almost 15 years. I no longer live on the lower north but it is hard to find a dentist you know you is highly experienced and that you can trust and feel comfortable with. I’ve had everything from teeth extractions, a bridge, a crown and root canal treatment to regular cleans and fillings and never had a bad experience. Really good at minimising the pain and working with you to make each procedure as stress free as possible.

Fantastic experience: This is an outstanding dental practice. I have several dental practices walking distance from my home but I am happy to hop in the car to make a visit to Shore Dental. I feel really blessed to have found Dr Isa who is incredibly thorough and offers gold standard care. Dr Isa now looks after my husband and my son. My 3 year old son looks forward to a visit with her and as a medical practitioner myself I am so impressed with the time she has taken to make him feel at ease . Fantastic experience: Ben and Jenna have transformed my teeth this year, and I could not recommend them more highly! I had discolouration on my front teeth which I’d been told veneers would be needed for. Ben saved me thousands by using easy treatments to remove the discolouration, reshape my teeth and add some whitening. Jenna gives me the most incredible clean and her care advice for my teeth is second to none.

Both my dentists James and Isa are just wonderful people I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.They have always been knowledgeable and considerate when formulating ongoing treatment for myself and my husband, and I trust their advice implacably. I actually look forward to my appointments with them. I know my son will be in fantastic hands when he eventually starts needing to go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Shore Dental over a decade now and as I’ve had children I’ve started taking them too. I can’t commend every individual in this practice enough. How helpful and friendly everyone is. The ladies at the reception, the dental hygienists, the nurses. There is consistency of everyone just being amazing. Ben is the best dentist I could ever ask for. Not only from a medical and technical perspective, but also his transparent and informative and clear approach towards helping me make the best decisions for my dental health. He does exactly the same even with my young children educating them in a way they understand. It’s more than dental health in my view. It’s implementing a philosophy of an individual ultimately being responsible for their own health. He’s put me through a diligent routine of check ups, visiting dental hygienist and being as frequent as it needs to be. Even if I push for more frequency of any service or visit, if not needed, he would push back. I’ve never ever felt any opportunistic approach for the practice to make money out of me in any way that is not in my benefit and interest. I can see myself old and fragile and still seeing an old and fragile Ben. To many more years to come.

Fantastic experience: Dr Isa Gonzales is the most wonderful, caring and thorough dentist I have seen. She put me at ease, explained each process and why she was doing it. She has a sense of humour and was just lovely as was her assistant. Additionally, the receptionist was very welcoming and sweet. Their rooms have the latest technology, reception area was spacious and calm. A very positive experience. I can highly recommend!

Every step is walked through and explained before anything is done so you can ask questions and be comfortable before proceeding. Pick the TV show or music you want to, if distractions are required. Have referred a number of friends here and they all love this team as much as I do and no, I never thought I’d say that about a dentist practice

Fantastic experience: Very caring and professional. I've never been a good patient and when my dentist of 25 years retired, my friend recommended Shore Dental. I did nothing for 12 months but when I broke a tooth I was forced to go somewhere so I thought I would try them out. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing James ( dentist) and Jenna ( hygienist) at shore for more than a decade and I would not compromise my dental care. The reception and administration is perfect, caring and responsive. The dental nurses always supportive. James managed to get an implant into bone in a very awkward location and 10 years later it’s perfect. Cannot recommend more highly.

My family and I were referred to Shore Dental by a friend over 7 years ago, and it has been a great experience ever since. They provide amazing care and take the time to understand your individual needs. I had a bad dental experience in my late teens that left me a very reluctant patient, but Ben and Jenna have always clearly explained everything they were doing and managed any potential pain during procedures. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: In 2023 I had orthodontics (braces) fitted by Dr James Cooke and I am so happy with the result and whole process. All the staff at Shore Dental were always so cheerful and accommodating and were happy to fit me into an unscheduled appointment if I needed a slight adjustment done to my braces. I'm so glad I went through the process which I was slightly nervous about and I'm grateful to the Shore Dental team for making my experience as comfortable as possible and explaining all the steps and options along the way. Fantastic experience: I go to the dentist like I go to the hair dresser so I like to think I know a thing or two about dentists in Syndey. Shore Dental is next level brilliant. Anyway, I chipped a couple of teeth eating a chicken skewer the other night, it was heart breaking. I called Shore Dental and they had me booked in first thing the next morning. Dr Gonzalez not only fixed the chipped teeth but fixed a few others as well. They're actually looking better, straighter and shinier than ever. I truly was amazed at how good they turned out. Shore Dental is a professional, experienced and skilled dental practice.

Negative experience: Unprofessional in dealing with patient I am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your clinic. where I went today and asked them in the phone to do a tooth decay and and I was clear and ask how much cost me and the lady on the phone told me we can’t decide until you come here and the I said ok and after I went there they let me sit on the chair and before she start working I said I wanna know how much cost me and they told yeh for sure and when finished with the doctor just a consultation they said we will start your treatment on next Friday I said it’s fine and the on the reception they ask me to pay $135 fees go consultation which is no one informed me with that and when I argue with them the residential doctor came and said to me don’t pay and find another place to do your treatment that was unprofessional way to deal with patients

Fantastic experience: As a fellow medical professional, I cannot recommend Shore Dental enough. From the front of house to Jenna, Amanda and Ben; the service and results are outstanding. My family have been attending this practice for years and I finally made an appointment at the behest of my wife. I've had the regular dental maintenance plus some restorative cosmetic dental work and could not be happier with the results. This expertise combined with Ben's knowledgable approach and warm bedside manner (not to mention the good music) has made a great experience.

Negative experience: Be warned - reception not always upfront with fees. And will lie their way to seek payment. Unprofessional... and dubious theres only 5 star reviews here so far.

Fantastic experience: An amazing place. Doesn't over service or charge. Does what's needed and guides your treatment to fit any other conditions you may have. The reception staff are the best, nothing is too much. They treat everyone as if they are the best friends. They actually do know you as well remember all the little things.
