Positive experience: First visit in 2021 said needed root canal and started on procedure. Next visit the dentist had left so did not proceed. . Having seen 3 other dentists over the years who said root canal was an option but needed specialist to do procedure as only 3 roots were visible. Had tooth refiiled twice by other dental clinic. Decided to have refiiled again as last filling failed 4 weeks prior. No pain at this stage. Pain from filling lasted two weeks until unbearable over weekend. Return to be told tooth is infected and needed to be pulled out. Tooth extracted successfully and healed. Maria is caring was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Phill is amazing he takes the time to make you feel comfortable and he takes such good care and tell you how much it will cost before he starts working on your teeth. I hated going to the dentist before I came here and met Dr Phill, know I’m so comfortable coming to get my teeth done. I do recommend Peninsula Dental Care everyone is just amazing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with a painful cracked tooth for the past couple of months now and today Dr Maria finally worked her extraction magic, making it the most pain-free extraction procedure I've had in a very long time. Huge thumbs up to the PDC crew and will definitely revisit in future if required, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Firstly let me say the minute you walk into the dental clinic you see Amy at reception with her gorgeous smile and brilliant customer service. I am terrified by dentists however Dr Phil and Nurse Christina were marvellous they both made my experience less frightening and were so caring constantly making sure I was doing OK. I usually cry but not this time they had to extract 8 teeth all at once and not one tear. Thank you Dr Alex I am absolutely so happy with my new dentures it has given me my confidence and smile back. Dr Alex is absolutely fantastic ,knowledgeable explains everything step by step and would recommend to all. Thank you for making me feel so calm from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, punctual. The receptionist was very friendly and I couldn't fault the dentist, Maria. Put me at ease, provided very timely breaks to clear throat. The nurse was very good with the water 'sucker'.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment for severe pain and booked in with Dr Maria Huynh at Rosebud clinic Boneo Road I was treated with care and kindness and step by step information about what Maria was about to do throughout the lengthy extraction of a molar. The dental Nurse (sorry i didnt catch your name) was thoughtful helping me relax as I was quite anxious about the procedure. Aftercare instructions were clear also. I Highly recommend Dr Maria

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend at all. Phoned prior to making an appointment to confirm service I was after was available. Told yes so came in for an appointment. I was in the chair for a couple of minutes only to be told by the dentist “that is over my knowledge base” . It’s a simple bridge I am after, I already have one but just wanted it updated by colour. Then I was charged for the visit!! I called a couple of days later to advise my disappointment and ask for a refund. I was met with lots of excuses and said the refund would need to be discussed and I would get a call back the next week. I have not heard back from them at all. Very unprofessional and seemed like a money grabbing exercise to me. Go elsewhere is my advise.

Fantastic experience: Just completed a plate for missing teeth with Dentures 4 You Rosebud. I was previously told what I required could not be done due to the gaps in my teeth. Four visits later and not more than 15 mins each time with Alex and his Team I have a set of dentures that cover the missing teeth. Alex not only provides an efficient service with treatment options covered in full detail including cost, time & follow up he explained that the missing teeth are not just needed for eating and chewing purposes but to support the teeth already within the mouth from moving. Negative experience: Terrible experience with a young Asian female dentist. Her bedside manner was cold and arrogant. Bad communication & did not inform about giving me a needle. I was completely shocked & anxiety ridden when she gave it to me, when I told her, instead of apologising, she was rude & aggressive. Worst dental experience ever.

Fantastic experience: From the first call with Wendy I felt at ease as a person who has always been terrified of the dentist. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Phil. He was amazing. He understood my fears from previous bad experiences and made me feel comfortable. He listened to me, and allowed me to let him know how scared I was. There was absolutely no pain, nothing, just a much better experience that I have ever had before, and his dental nurse was fantastic…I will never be afraid of going to the dentist again. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Peninsula dental clinic. I'm a big wimp. When it comes to dentists they did everything to help me cope with my anxiety. I needed a partial upper denture which he said would be a challenge but that he was confident he could achieve a good result. Fantastic experience: I took my husband there for a root canal with a minimal notice and they accomodate us immediately, very good service and lovely staff especially Ms. Christina she’s very nice so accommodating. I will recommend them to everyone I know, 5 star definitely!

Negative experience: I enjoyed the actual dentist and her work. Then I return for a procedure only to be informed my appointment was cancelled, I’m like why am I standing here then? Clearly not cancelled. Reception informed me her manager told her it was cancelled. Who doesn’t need to take time off work unnecessary. Then I was informed she would find a new time and be in contact. Needless to say I never did get that call. Then fast forward to December where I have a standing appointment as part of my six monthly check up, seems this too was no longer a standing appointment, apparently I’m clearly not good enough for them it would seem. So if you enjoy very poor communication this is the place for you. Pity.

Negative experience: I had dental work here, a straight forward filling. I had health insurance for certain coverage however the treatment I received was absolutely not covered by my private health. My wife was recommended to have a denture and was told by the nurse to have a free consultation by the specialist. When she had the consultation she was told there was a charge. The specialist had told my wife nothing that the dentist hadn’t. Be careful this practice is expensive and not fully transparent with fees I have read the owners response. A fabrication of complete misinformation. One I discussed my private cover at reception. Two my wife was informed by reception that a specialist required a review of the dentists assessment which would be free. Three the specialist had not reviewed Wendy’s case at all and needed to be informed by Wendy what the problem was when he saw her. Reception then informed Wendy that there would be a fee. She was completely taken back by this. She did not storm out but refused to pay. I did request an X-ray for services elsewhere which I was quite happy to pay for. The owners assertion that I demanded a free ray is a complete lie. I would only trust this clinic with an X-ray and yes you are expensive. My review will stay, good as it should as a warning

Fantastic experience: Dr Nandhini is absolutely magic with phobic patients such as myself and her assisting dental nurses are calm and reassuring. The team has gone out of their way to ensure appointments have taken place, even in the upheaval of lockdowns and busy periods, and work undertaken has been excellent. The receptionists are kind and helpful and together they all make this a superb practice to attend.

In an emergency last Monday they gave me an appointment within half hour of my call and Dr Joy and her team worked on my empty space in my mouth (front) and constructed a new tooth from nothing!!!! They took me in straight away and did a fabulous job on rebuilding my tooth. They looked after so well. From the friendly receptionist which made me feel comfortable from the get go to the attentive and smooth working team of Joy and Katie, I really am cobsmackwd at the level of professionalism, yet, I felt so comfortable during the procedure that I started laughing thinking about a Seinfeld dentist scene and that was during the drilling... highly recommended and I will not trust anyone except for this power team. Dr. Jessica was very professional and so approachable and friendly, she explained the procedure very well in checking my daughter’s teeth the way my 3 year old can understand it.The freebies dental kit at the end of her check up was awesome.My daughter loved it. Dr. Jessica also gives me some helpful tips on dental care about my daughters teeth and give me some options for the referrals what to do next after the dental check in their clinic. The equipment looks very new and the clinic is very clean. My daughter and I had a very good experienced in her first dental check up. Fantastic experience: Upon entrance to the dentist, I was plesently greeted by Christina (the receptionist - great girl!). It was my first time going to this dentist, so I had to fill out a form. Easy form, nothing hard about it. The dentist came out and called me in. I want to say his name is Dr. Vishi? All the same, he had a look at my teeth and said what needed to be done. He was professional and a great guy altogether. And he also had a great assistant named Chelsea who also did a great job! I was booked in again for the following week, and it was the same again. Everything went great, everyone was really nice and I now have a fresh white smile! Thanks guys, much appreciated

Fantastic experience: My first experience at having to have a lower denture plate was scaring me no end, but Alex Kanzburg put me at ease and I now have a perfectly fitting plate with no issues. I found him very professional and he explained every step of the procedure in clear detail. As I had an upper denture already, my new upper denture was not a problem and I no longer have to use Polident as I did with my old denture. I also appreciated not having to waste my time sitting in a waiting room for any length of time. I must add that Christina is a very pleasant and courteous receptionist. I would certainly recommend Peninsula Dental Care and Alex Kanzburg. Lyn Higgins.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 78 year crusty old male, retired Navy Chief Petty Officer so I'm not easy to please, however Alex KanZburg managed to do it. He explained all the procedures to create my new dentures step by step and produced an outstanding set of dentures for me, and arranged a few follow up appointments to make some minor adjustments to ensure that they were working properly. Well done Alex and thank you for your patience with me during this journey. Kevin Whitting

Negative experience: After having to cancel 2 appointments within the 24 hours of the appointments scheduled due to urgent situations they would not allow me to book again unless i put down a deposit. On those two occasions that needed to be cancelled my aspergers son woke up having a bad day and was at risk of harming himself and the second which was his appointment was cancelled as he refused to go due to anxiety. The practice knew about the problems i can have at home and i was made to feel like a number rather than a valued patient. I chose not to put down a deposit because i do not know if my son is going to have a rough day the day before. I am sorry if this messed up your schedule, but you made me feel horrible when you needed to discuss whether you were going to accept my appointment or not. Lucky i have found a clinic who has not only accepted our situation but expects it to happen on a few occasions. Edited to add that you would have my married name. The above is my maiden name. This is the correct clinic.
