Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at Totally Smiles Indooroopilly! Dr Nicholas Lee and Dr Apoore Purohit were both incredibly gentle and patient — my child felt completely relaxed and even said she loves going to the dentist now! Sophie at the front desk was also so warm and helpful. Truly amazing service from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about my experience, and that’s saying a lot coming from someone with a dentist phobia. From Sophie on reception, to Stewart my dentist, from my outstanding teeth whitening results to the rest of the friendly team, I cannot fault these guys. They will be my regular dental practice from now on, and thanks to Stewart I honestly think my pre existing fear won’t be an issue at all anymore. Very kind, friendly and sensitive, thanks so much guys!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. I have been seeing Dr Natalie Costello for over 10 years at her old practice . She is still gentle yet thorough, explaining each step so I knew exactly what was happening. The clean was so comfortable that I actually found myself relaxing in the chair — not something I ever thought I’d say about a dental appointment! My teeth feel incredibly smooth and fresh, and I left with a big smile (literally). I can’t recommend them enough for anyone wanting a top-notch dental clean.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a very successful aligner treatment done with Dr Apoorve at Totally Smiles (see photos) We did around 20 weeks with the aligners, 8 weeks of whitening and then Dr Apoorve built out a couple of my teeth with composite veneers for the finishing touches. I couldn't be more happy with the results! Dr Apoorve was awesome, professional, explained things clearly, very personable & I would recommend his services to anybody who wants to take there smile to the next level. Fantastic experience: I always receive the best care from Totally Smiles. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is excellent.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Dentist Natalie and her assistant, who also shares the same name. They pretended to clean my teeth in just 10 minutes, but they didn't actually clean them at all. For the first time in my life, I had water sprayed all over my face during a cleaning, and they made a horrible joke about giving me a free facial. Both the assistant and the dentist were awful. I regret the money and time I spent. I definitely do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very good clinic. Staffed with a kind and helpful team. Dr Stewart Murray was especially detailed in his explanations and took the time to explain in detail what was happening and what was needed, answering all of my questions.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gary took really good care of me despite of me not having been to the dentist for a very long time. His assistant (I didn't got her name) is also kind. She made sure that I'm comfortable. Dr Gary explained to me patiently about my wisdom tooth and referred me to a surgeon that can extract it properly. I am really lucky that I have chosen Totally Smiles as my dental clinic here in Australia.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr Axel Greve from Totally Smiles Indoorooplily high enough. Very gentle, extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very detailed. The fact that I can speak with him in my native tongue (German) is an added bonus.

Dentist Apoorve was great - he explained everything he was doing to my teeth and offered to answer any questions, which he did in an understandable way. It was easy to get an appointment. There was parking available without having to drive round and round a car park. All very good.

Positive experience: Dr Axel is great and we have been going to see him for years. This review is no reflection on him or his excellent dentistry. However, the reception operations leave a lot to be desired. We recently had the experience of turning up for an appointment which I made over the phone and being told that we weren’t booked in on their system. I made this appointment verbally, all confirmed and didn’t receive any confirmation SMS or email (we never do), so had no reason to expect any issues. Not only did the receptionist who took my call mess up, but the other thing that really annoyed me was that the receptionist who received is on the day, accepted us upon arrival, sent us to sit down as said it wouldn’t be long, but then waited a full 15 minutes before telling us that we weren’t in fact booked in! We had to wait 2 months for this appointment, due to Axel being popular (understandably) and needing an appointment for three of us outside of school hours. Not happy Jan. I did my best to stay calm but honestly, this shouldn’t happen. The receptionist was apologetic and found us an appointment with another dentist the next day. The time spent and coordination of calendars, changing school pick up routine and finishing work early were all for nothing.

My appointment was on time, and there was plenty of parking available in the basement. There was no gap for me to pay, given my health fund. ***** Another visit, and the same great service.

Fantastic experience: I had been a patient of Dr Dobson for many years and when told me he was retiring he recommended Dr Apoorve Purohit is a new dentist for me. I was a little apprenhensive as I was used to Dr Dobson. But there was no need. Dr Apoorve is very nice and conducted my routine six monthly dental examination with care, and was very efficient. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and put me at ease. He will be my dentist from now on. Dr Apoorve is also very well qualified. As well as his dentistry degree he has a degree in pharmacy. I found him impressive. The reception staff at Totally Smiles are friendly and efficient.

He pays attentions to every details of my current condition based on his professional advice, and he’s been looking after my teeth very well! The clinic also provides a gap cover for my scale and clean visit, the staffs there are very helpful and friendly! The booking system is so easy to access and so convenient! Davy also has appointment available after 5pm, which it’s convenient for me to visit. I will recommended my friends and family to visit Davy in Totally Smiles Indooroopilly.

Fantastic experience: I had a routine check up with Dr. Kim-mei Han, arguably the best dentist I've been to so far! Really gentle, answered all my questions. Kept asking me if I was okay during the clean, to see if I needed a break etc. I've never had a dentist so considerate! My teeth have never been cleaner! Super impressed! I will definitely be going back for all my future dental stuff! 7/5 stars! (An extra 2 stars due to how thoughtful she was!) If you're scared of going to a dentist, do highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim-mei

Fantastic experience: Visited Kim-mei Han and was very happy with the service I had received. My 30 minute appointment turned into a 60min appointment with the amount of detail taken. The service wasn’t rushed and I left with my teeth feeling clean. Kim-mei was very professional ensuring that I was in no discomfort and checking to see if I needed any rest breaks

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Adrian Serafini every 6 months for the past 11 years at least. Great professional dentist. I have never had any post dental problems. They are a 'no gap' dentist. So you never have to pay for going to them when your private health hits its limit.
