They’re quick to accommodate needs and make the whole experience seamless. Dr Merv makes you feel so at ease. His approach is thoughtful and caring. No judging, no pressure, just genuine concern for your well-being. He listens, he explains and makes you feel comfortable. He honestly remembers you and every appointment feels personal as he so easily recalls past conversations and little details, making you feel more than just the ‘Next patient’. It’s not easy to find a dentist who is so skilled and has such a warm and compassionate attitude. If you’re looking for a dental practice that cares about you, Dr Merv and the team are the ones to see.

Fantastic experience: Toothkind is a great dental practice. I have been seeing them for all my dentistry needs to the past 18 months. I’ve seen both Dr Anna and Dr Merv and can say with confidence that I felt that I was in good hands every time. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the Dental Assistants are lovely and helped me to feel at ease during my appointments. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in need of a new dentist in Jimboomba!

Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely petrified of going to the dentist because of the trauma with my childhood dentist. Dentist Anna is amazing, I am not going to lie, I still hate going but she makes you feel comfortable and she is so supportive and caring. Anna explains each step and everything is discussed thoroughly beforehand, meaning I have the final say on my treatment. This is the first time I can honestly say this has happened.

Fantastic experience: Dr Marc Malek is the best dentist I’ve found. Primarily, he’s empathetic and nonjudgmental (coming from a classic ‘avoid the dentist’ person). Additionally, he’s the most technically proficient dentist I’ve ever happened across. Toothkind is also super friendly, it’s no dramas if you need to push back your appointment etc. Could not recommend Toothkind and Dr Marc more.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is very nervous to attend dentist appointments, the team at Toothkind Jimboomba make me feel at ease. Dr Marc has been amazing through the many dentist appointments I have had to have this year and has never made me feel silly for shaking like a leaf (literally) during the work. He is kind and explains treatments well. I recently saw Dr Mervyn for an unfortunate abscess and he was such a lovely, gentle dentist as well. Explained everything so well and even stayed back to see me after an extraction to check on me and ease my mind after some extended bleeding from a stubborn tooth. Highly recommend, specially for anyone who is like me and unfortunately does not deal well with dentist work. Also a special mention to the beautiful kind ladies at reception. Fantastic experience: After having work done at home in the UK I found myself, 2 month later with a problem with that work in Australia. I was highly recommend to visit this practice to see if the problem could be resolved. The very next day I contacted them via a personal visit and I was overwhelmed with the effort that all the staff at toothkind did to accommodate me on that same day as an emergency appointment. The reception staff installed confidence the minute I walked in, to the moment I left after having the emergency treatment. The treatment I received was throughly dedicated from start to finish in not only repairing the teeth but doing a much more, and better comprehensive job then the previous work I had done back in the UK. It will sadden me that I will have to leave such a professional business to return to the UK, therefore I have no doubt if I was a resident this business would be my first contact for regular treatment. Can not thank all the staff enough and I can highly recommend toothkind

Dr Marc has honestly been the best dentist I have been too here in brisbane region since I have moved here. He is king and gentle and explains every process through with you. And knows how to also have a laugh I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

Put me at ease, and the only pain I felt was a slight sting of the needle. I can't recommend this company enough. There customer service and care they give their customers is second to none! I had to find a Dentist for my 6 monthly checkup. I made an appointment with Toothkind Jimboomba. Dr Mervyn is the best dentist ever. My hubby and son also agree. They are all kind, friendly and caring. I recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Merv and the team at Toothkind are amazing. Merv has the best chair side manners. Is kind and gentle with major compassion. My 3 girls under 7 love Merv and will jump up into his chair with no hesitation at all. We have been coming back for 3 or 4 years and will it go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Did not live up to the “gentle” expectation. Hundreds of dollars more expensive than any dentist I’ve previously been to. Was lied to when making the appointment about my private health fund being preferred. I’ll do better research next time.
