Fantastic experience: Dr Zara was an absolute fantastic person who made me feel at ease when I had previously had a huge fear of going to the dentist and I’m now in the process of having various procedures done that I would never have gotten done if she hadn’t been so great!

Negative experience: I visited on Friday for a clean and check up. I usually see another Dental practice at Redland Bay but I’ve changed health funds and this was HCF preferred so I gave them a go. Sadly I felt like I had had a shower during the clean, lots of water making it seem difficult for the dentist to work. My upper right gum is still sore 2 day's later from an external filling which wasn’t anything major and should not have created residual pain. I won’t be back!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Navjot Kaur (and staff) was incredibly gentle and patient. Before doing anything, she talked me through the process in a calm and reassuring way, which helped ease my nerves a lot. She even gave me the option to take breaks if I needed them. The whole environment felt warm and non-judgmental, and that made a huge difference. I left feeling not only relieved, but also a little proud of myself—and actually not dreading my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my dental coverage through HCF, where I was asked to pay extra even though I was covered 100% and both the clinic and the dentist were listed as approved providers. The clinic took full responsibility and handled the issue directly with HCF, without asking me to pay anything out of pocket. Truly excellent service! I highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Took my son today to have a very small filling. Cost $410 including examination and X-ray but the initial quote was $680 as they said another tooth needed a filling replaced that they did a year ago. This practice is out of touch with their customers and only see them as cash cows. So expensive then anyone else in the Redlands. Try to speak to them about it if they could bring the price down but they were not interested to even try and keep us as customers. Told them to take my whole family of the reminder list. If you have no health insurance they don’t care. I could just imagine how much it would have been if we had health insurance! As stated above this business is out of touch and know wonder they keep housing you for check ups. Let me guess running out of customers.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 I saw Dr Nav Kaur this week for the first time.. I cannot find words to express how grateful and happy I am to now have this beautiful lady and team as my ongoing future dentist. She was and is so very kind patient and gentle… every step of the way she explained exactly what she was doing she has a very compassionate nature and was extremely gentle and attentive with me throughout. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed in that chair! I cannot believe I have already booked in for ongoing visits every six months with her! I simply cannot speak highly enough of such a wonderful caring lady who is now my dentist! All of the staff I interacted with were so lovely welcoming and pleasant too. Everyone could see how very nervous I was! What a Wonderful team. Because of my experience I can honestly highly recommend Victoria Point Primary Dental 100% These words are coming from a lady who has not been to a dentist for years as I am so afraid of going to the dentist… all because of awful childhood trauma experiences and memories of the past which I’m sure many people can sadly relate to. Fantastic experience: As far as going to the dentist is concerned (which I don’t enjoy) this was a very good experience and we will make it our local dentist from now on. The dentist was very friendly, calming (knew how much I hate going to the dentist) and informed me of every step she was doing which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience: I wish there was a higher star rating because the staff at Primary Dental truly made the world of difference for me today. I went in with an emergency voucher and feeling very vulnerable and walked out crying in happiness. I felt very valued and comfortable from the moment I walked in , the receptionist (I'm sorry I don't recall your name as I was nervous but you were so lovely to me) was so warm and welcoming, putting me at ease straight away. I am also very anxious when it comes to dentists but I was seen by Dr Darshak and his wonderful assistant (who was also so kind, apologies for also not remembering your name ) and I couldn't have had a better experience. They were so kind and caring , ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain or nervous. Dr Darshak talked me through what the problem was and what he was going to do , and I walked out with a beautiful smile that I haven't properly shown in a year or more. I couldn't recommend Dr Darshak and the team at Primary Dental more. From the bottom of my heart thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Let's first agree...Going to the Dentist is not often a pleasurable experience. However, last Friday I had a check up and clean by Dr Kristen Scott at Victoria Point. Dr Kristen put me completely at ease and made the whole event quite easily the Gentlest Dental visit I have ever had. Ably assisted by the lovely Naomi I was in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. It made it a pleasure to book my next appointment in 6 months time. I could not recommend Dr Kristen highly enough- she was just fabulous!
