Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew and Dr Joy are both amazing dentists I recently had composite bonding done by Dr joy and couldn’t happier the service is outstanding wouldn’t go anywhere else . The staff at the front desk are so friendly always make you feel welcome .

Fantastic experience: I recently had my dental cleaning with Dr. Amiel at Divine Dental Care, and I cannot recommend him and the practice highly enough. From start to finish, it was a truly five-star experience. First and foremost, Dr. Amiel is a true professional. He cleaned my teeth with precision and care that I have never experienced before. It was clear that he wasn't rushing; he was meticulous and thorough, yet incredibly gentle. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. Beyond the cleaning, Dr. Amiel took the time to provide gentle but important advice for my oral health. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and offered practical tips tailored to my specific needs. It never felt judgmental, just genuinely helpful and empowering. I also have to mention that I really enjoyed the equipment used during my visit. The technology felt very advanced and state-of-the-art. From the digital X-rays to the comfortable chair and the quiet tools, it all contributed to a smooth, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant visit. Fantastic experience: I travel from Richmond to visit Divine Dental because I am yet to find another Dental practice that comes close to the level of skill and professionalism that I have experienced here. Fantastic experience: Dr Amiel Raniga is hands-down one of the best dentists I’ve ever visited. He’s not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also has a calm, reassuring presence that puts you at ease straight away, even if you’re usually nervous about dental work. The care and attention he gives to every step of the process is exceptional, and he takes the time to explain things clearly without ever rushing you. You can really tell he cares about his patients. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Divine Dental (formally Devon Street) now for over 35 years. I always found the professionalism of the dentists to be second to none.My daughter now takes her family there as she trusts the care she continues to receive. We love the new premises, so clean, modern ensuring strict adherence to the latest high sanitisation and comfort.for patients. Being an ex dental nurse I take it all in. The attention to detail, is wonderful, like my daughter appreciated the stress ball to ease some anxiety she was feeling at having a procedure some months back. For myself, I was so grateful following a long crown appointment; struggling with back discomfort, I was given time to stretch and a bean bag placed at the base of my back, which made all the difference( by Dr Jonathan Luk). For the last couple of years I have been seeing Jonathon Luk and I find him to be gentle, calm and he has wonderful communication skills, and constantly reassures you.

During the appointment, he made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure - I felt I was in good hands and trusted his professional opinion. I would definitely recommend! The clinic is clean, and reception staff are friendly. The TV in the patient rooms are a great bonus!

Negative experience: Really upset with my experience today with Chris, I range and said I will come in 10 mins late as my GPS took me to the old address( construction site). After I arrived, Chris was really cold and kept telling me that he doesn’t have time to get the quote for me to fix my loose teeth, and would not stop mentioning that I was late, that’s the reason why he can’t do it. Not a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting Divine Dental Care, it is spacious, plenty of car parks, clean and friendly staff. I saw Dr Cedric Ong, very knowledgeable , friendly, caring and professional. He explained the steps required for my filling, attention to details. He showed me pre and post photos taken after the procedure, it was a great experience. The assistant nurse provided a great support. The big TV screen on the ceiling is a plus point that provides a calming effect. I have made an appointment later in the year to see him. Worth the long drive to get a great service.

Negative experience: Don't know why the clinic name was changed from devon street dental clinic into divine dental clinic.but the dentist I was with(A****w Y...) still here so commenting here. I was never properly told how to clean or take care of my wired retainer . I got too much calculas and other concerning things now. Never told that most braces are a life time maintenance. Never been warned the wired retainer can be broken and the teeth will shift unless I wear the plastic retainer every night. I don't know how or where to check its broken or good enough. He promised I don't need to wear the plastic retainer after 1 year. But my teeth moved a lot I need braces again even though I still wear a few days a month. I did not ask so many questions but I felt he didn't listen nor answer properly. And a friend of mine facing the same issue. We both had very obvious flared teeth even right after the braces was taken off. It would have been better if we were warned about the inflared teeth before we agreed to do the braces.He should have at least properly and honestly informed about the retainer maintenance after taking them off so the teeth wouldn't move again. And it wasn't cheap at all. That's why it's better to go to orthodontists for braces because dentists are less skilled for braces and not ethical sometimes.

Fantastic experience: Great location, I see Dr Andrew, who is by far the best dentist I have been too, he is very patient even though I always fear the dentist trips as most people do. He is clear and to the point and gets the job done with no pain. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Waiting room is clean with a 42 inch TV to entertain while waiting. Speaking of TV’s they even have one in the patient rooms while you are getting worked on (that’s a big tick) Only one small gripe is the car park could be a tad bigger, have to do a 3 point turn to get in and out.

The quality of care and professionalism is outstanding throughout the clinic, from the delightful reception and administrative team to the practitioners themselves. I have never experienced anything but good grace, smiling faces, and excellent care. I have been under the care of Dr Ling Teh for several years, and have found her to be consistently wonderful. More recently I have been undergoing some orthodontic work with Dr Yong. I can speak equally highly of his competence and commitment. One of the key signs of an excellent clinic is how it deals with pressure, and small issues when they arise. It is at those times that you see how much a clinic cares about its clients more than just making money. I have always found Divine Dental to be more than extremely competitive on pricing. This is a clinic that really cares, yet offers the highest level of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I chose this dentist because of the great reviews and they weren’t wrong! Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, the dental nurses and dentists are also very professional and caring. Jonathan is very patient and talks you through everything he is doing. He also took the time to send me some info on caring for children’s teeth when when my child is a bit older. Will continue to go back here and recommend! Note: the driveway to the car park out the back is tight and the car park is quite small. If you can park in Main Street or the car park across the road I would recommend that

Fantastic experience: SO GRATEFUL FOR MY 2 NEW DENTAL IMPLANTS A huge thank you to Dr Andrew Yong for my 2 dental implants a few months ago. I was amazed how easy it was (considering 1 of the teeth had been missing for over 30 years) and they have settled in so quickly. Dr Yong is so skilled, explained everything and the end result was better than I had expected. The best part is implants don't infringe on your other teeth.

Fantastic experience: These guys covered everything for me. They were all extremely friendly, went through everything they were doing with prior to doing it, constantly checking on how I was feeling through the procedure, and spent time taking me through the X-Rays and planning my future care. I had a wisdom tooth removed and once the injection was done, the process was painless. The dentist also had a superb manner, and focused completely on where to from here, rather than what I did wrong to lead to this as some dentists tend to do. I had partial cover from Medibank, but even so, the service was extremely good value. There was no bill shock with all costs being explained up front, and the majority were covered. I've found my new regular dentist and feel good enough to start going more regularly.

Negative experience: I would not even give one star to the service we received on the day when we visited dentist Chris or the feedback from the reception woman who has been so rude. I took my 6-yr-old for a check-up and the possibility of pit and fissure sealant and Chris told me one tooth needed to be filled but he couldn't do that because my child didn't seem to be cooperative. We have been to EACH dental clinic and my kid copperated very well. Dealing with the little patients, don't the doctors need more patience and interaction? I can't believe that the dentist would refuse to give treatment just because he is a child! When I rang the reception today asking for clarification of the extra charged fee on the receipt, the woman was so rude and hung up the phone ithout when I was still talking.

Positive experience: I have been to Devon Street Dental now for a root canal treatment, a couple of fillings and today after longer than my scheduled visit I met with Andrew for an exam, clean and discussion about the concerns with my slightly aging teeth. He spent the time to explain the options available to me and didn't put pressure on me to jump one way or the other. I do have private health insurance and after my time there today my out of pocket was only $33. Truly amazing as it included a movie ticket and some samples. The TV on the ceiling is also a winner as it gives you something to focus on instead of what is going on around you. As I said, in the treatments that I have had over the past couple of years have always seemed reasonable compared to what others say about their dentist's charges and I certainly am happy with the work done. I gave them four stars on the rating because who in their right mind would say they loved going to the dentist. :-)
