Fantastic experience: Have had the best experience with Teresa Do on my hygiene appointment recently, she is very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, will definitely recommend her to my friends.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and informative staff, didn't feel rushed in the appointment at all. Really great experience - taking my toddler there later this week and feeling very comfortable about it

Negative experience: The working hours says until 8:30pm on Thursdays but the receptionist working today at Bupa Arndale denied service saying they have closed the system at 7:00pm. If the service is closed at 7:00pm, they should update their website, otherwise I would consider denying a service whey they wanted. The receptionist first said all the dentists are busy but I insisted that I am here to check my appointments and then she said the system is closed. This is very frustrating and disappointing service as a Bupa member.

Take care of every need you have and discuss every step with you. Highly recommend Dr Colin (Kwanghwan) Kwon. The wisdom teeth removal was flawless and the aftercare instruction was detailed. I wasn't even aware that I had a wisdom teeth lying there decaying.

The nurses and other staff were kind and welcoming as well. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this place.

I used to be afraid of going for routine check up and teeth scanning but Dr Chien and dental nurse Shay were exceptional at what they do!!! Dr Chien and Shay are both very knowledgeable and absolutely amazing!!They are both gentle and understanding with my concerns. They provided me lots of assurance as well which makes me feel comfortable and relax. I never had such amazing dental experience like this before!! Fantastic experience: Bupa Arndale is a great location inside a major shopping center with all the big name retailers so visiting the dentist can include a shopping trip too. The dental facility is very modern and spacious. The staff are incredible I dread going to the dentist but they are so accomodating and make it easy to relax. I really enjoyed my dental cleaning with Theresa.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling done by Dr Chien. The entire procedure was quick, efficient and seamless. I was truly amazed by Dr Chien’s precision to details. As soon as the numbness wore off, I could eat straight away without any issues, no sensitivity at all, the bite is perfect and the filling feels more natural than my own natural teeth! Not to mention that the receptionists were very welcoming. A huge thanks to the Bupa Dental Arndale team and I highly recommend Dr Chien to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here today, way beyond my expectations. The reception staff were super friendly, especially Sally. She took the time to carefully explain all the costs and helped me book my next appointment. My check-up dentist, Colin, was very thorough and gave me a full analysis of my dental issues with clear solutions. The dental hygienist, Jie, was highly experienced and also gave me tips for daily dental care along with a cleaning kit. This was my first visit, and it was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had absolutely wonderful two experiences at Bupa Dental! From the moment you walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lay is incredibly skilled and attentive, easy with finding approach to kids. Dr Lay and Senior nurse Katya were making my daughter feel completely comfortable during her dental treatment. They were so patient and explained everything in a way she could easily understand, which put her at ease. Also I had a clean up with Dr Lay and it was the best clean up in Adelaide! Also I’m grateful for the consultation from Dr Chen. The dental assistant Iryna was equally fantastic. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported throughout the entire visit. Their care and attention to details truly stood up. I can’t recommend Bupa Dental enough—such a positive and thorough experience for both myself and my daughter!

Fantastic experience: I can not express my gratitude towards the 4 staff members I had the pleasure to be around this afternoon. It started with a phone call asking if I could bring my two young children or reschedule as I couldn’t find a sitter, they said bring them with you no worries. The moment I arrived I was greeted by a beautiful and warm receptionist (wish I got names) but my appointment was at 2 pm arrived at 145pm off the bat she was warm and friendly. My 8 month old started to get grisly so the practice manager came out and went above and beyond to help settle him right before I was due to go back for my appointment. Got called back for my clean and the hygienist/dentist again just went above and beyond on top of being so so patient with me and my boys. Came out of appointment and was greeted again by the two beautiful receptionist that then showered my 4 year with beautiful stickers etc for being so well behaved and a good big brother. I will not go to another practice for myself and my family. Well done to the staff I encountered today and thank you So much for the help and patience. Appreciated xx

Negative experience: poor customer service of the receptionists, not very welcoming. The place is a good location but I notice just like that of the previous review here too that not many people are coming unlike other dental clinics probably this is one of the reasons why. I should have checked the other reviews first before coming to avoid disappointment. I had my first visit and never came back because of the receptionist. Pls. be more polite and friendly as you can make or break your visitors day. Not everyone that goes there has a good day before coming & it helps when the persons at front desks are genuinely welcoming. Just a piece of advice other. Facility is homely though, good facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been on look out for a new dentist as my old dentist has retired! I thought I would give the bupa dentist at Arndale a try and my daughter asked me to make an appointment for her also! When we arrived we were given a very warm friendly welcome! All the staff were wonderful we had Darren for our dentistry work and I have to say that it was the most relaxed that I have ever been at a dentist our experience was a memorable one for all the the right reasons! All the staff should be commended for their excellent service! I will be recommending your services to my family and friends! Thank you again for your exceptional service! Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever seen, reception staff all disappeared for about 10min leaving customers unattended, when there are 2 on duty. Need to work on this Bupa Also like to add, They didnt allow me to make a booking as i had to wait for my 6 months to expire. I have a gum infection

Negative experience: BEWARE.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST they are terrible I feel bad to even mention this The first procedure I had done, was a simple extraction... a few weeks later, my tooth was still bleeding, little did I know, they left a shard of tooth in there that literally grew out from infection I had put a toothpick in there to pull it out..as it’s all that would work to get this shard out .... it bled so much and was painful Once I took the tooth shard out, It healed within a few days.. sloppy work !!! Procedure 2..I had a “simple” filling done.. Now this tooth just needed the most simple clean put and to be recapped They ground the tooth down so much to the point, I doubt I can get it recapped next time it needs...why cap a tooth and grind it down to the gum just about on one side? And not to mention the tooth being smooth but shaped like a diamond on the inner mouth part Due to it being ground down to the gum it’s terrible Now this was done a few months ago, I have woken at 5am to excruciating pain with that particular tooth It’s feeling really sore and infected I’m doubting it’s been filled in properly Last few times I had this tooth fixed with a new filling,was at the parks dental clinic and at sa dental Each time it lasted years not months Stay away from dentist with the last name “dodd” I think that’s how you spell it Lovely woman don’t get me wrong But she’s now jeopardised the future of this tooth I want to cry I’m so upset The place is always quiet and this to me is an indicator I’m not the only one who has gone threw any sort of disappointment I really advise you stay away from here Don’t look at the positive feedback On reviews this one should be enough Don’t be the next one too go threw what I have
