Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience after someone who doesn’t enjoy my dental visits. Got in to an appt the day I called and made me feel at ease needing a tooth removed. Fantastic team and lovely friendly receptionist on arrival was very helpful. Dentist and dental nurse were so nice and safe to say I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for making my visit a positive one.

Fantastic experience: Been to a few dentists in Geelong, Had intense pain and got seen on the Saturday I called, receptionist was nice, and the dentist himself was very understanding and explained & helped with my options going fourth.

Fantastic experience: Admin staff and dental team were so lovely and friendly at every contact before and during appointment. First time coming to this clinic and I had no nerves at all. The assessment and clean itself was very gentle and alleviated my nerves. Easy to book appointments in a timely manner. Dr Angus was lovely.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of this team, as soon as you walk in you know you are in the right place, from the front desk to the dentist and assistants they are all the sweetest humans and so gentle. Did not expect that a trip to the dentist could make my heart so happy.

Fantastic experience: First time at Dove Dental for an emergency appointment where they kindly fitted me in. What a wonderful experience. I had an extraction and a filling. Lisa was very gentle and kind. She ensured that I suffered no pain. I usually don’t have anaesthetic but knew I would need one. Honestly best dentist I have had for many years. Certainly the most careful and kind. Also upfront with a quote which is handy. No rushing and all care! Aftercare explained and I happily made another appointment to get a general checkup. Beautiful facility. Very Professional Clinic. Congratulations to Lisa, her assistant and reception.

Fantastic experience: I started my visits with Dr Angus, and then moved to Dr Lisa, and both of them as well as all their staff are incredibly down to Earth, kind and respectful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Dr Lindsay was frightfully non-communicative. He performed a Cold Test without any fore warning, ignored my first and only question, even when I repeated it, and when I asked for some communication (any) he still didn't respond at all. Its as though he thought he was treating a cadaver. He never even introduced himself or his assistant! I felt a palatable unsettling contempt within his refusal to communicate. Fortunately, Aysha, the practice manager, was amazingly professional and calm, which helped ease a very unsettling situation.

Fantastic experience: Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich mal so begeistert von einer Zahnarzt-Praxis schreiben würde! Sie haben mir dort unglaublich schnell, professionell und sehr sehr freundlich geholfen, weil ich komplett unerwartet eine Wurzelbehandlung durchführen musste. Dankeschön nochmals an das ganze Dove Dental Team - ihr macht einen wahnsinnig tollen Job! Wenn ich nur etwas näher dort wohnen würde, würde ich ab sofort die jährliche Zahnarzt Kontrolle und Dentalhygiene da machen lassen.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the practise, it a very calm aesthetic. Gentle music playing which put me at ease. Not having been to the dentist is a long time, I was anxious.But everything was clearly explained and straight forward. I fully recommend this dental practise. Dr Lindsay was calm and gently spoken. It's never fun going to the dentist but this was a really good experience.

As someone who has experienced dental trauma and is incredibly nervous about going to the dentist, I was made to feel completely at ease today. Dr.Angus Chen was very thorough. The other staff in the clinic from the receptionist to the dental nurse were amazing also helping my dental anxiety. The clinic is very clean, new, modern with everything you need in one spot.

Fantastic experience: My first occasion using this dentist. Upon entry found nice clean building & pleasant personable receptionist. Waited for my appointment, slightly late getting in but great in comparison to most dental practices. Dr Lisa & her assistant were great, informative & professional. The procedure was explained & performed with what I believe to be a minimum of pain. Dr Lisa explain the benefits of extending the procedure in terms of pain & finance & it was agreed to get more done than I initially wanted but was for the best otherwise it would’ve meant another visit in the near future. Aftercare was explained & even received a call the next morning to see how I was going. While I dislike dentists (everyone does) this experience was about as good as it could’ve been.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Angus and the team here. I went to a different dentist in geelong last week and my experience was absolutely horrible. I was told I needed $1800 worth of work and today Angus made me feel so comfortable and went through my x rays explaining them, it turns out I didn’t need any of the work the previous dentist had advised. I will be recommending all of my friends to dove dental!

Fantastic experience: As soon as I phoned for an emergency appointment, I was made feel important. Listened too, and with sympathy. I walked in for my allocated appointment and was welcomed with a smile by the dental assistant. I then meet the dentist Angus, he welcomed me in the foyer, with a stretched hand for me to shake. I was then assessed for what procedure I needed. It was explained to me in detail. A quote was given. Which I was pleasantly surprised to be very reasonable. All though the process I was told what was happening. To say the least I am very happy with my experience. And would gladly recommend Dove Dental. When paying my account I was served by another polite friendly receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Dove dental ensured our comfort right from the start with friendly and helpful reception, kids colouring and reading area and asking which show on Netflix the kids preferred! I was nervous taking my son for the first time and my daughter, who hadn’t been to the dentist for a year, but my mind was put at ease quickly. The dental experience itself was actually enjoyable where my kids were given autonomy and respect in their dental care. Dr Angus was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. The practice itself was clean and bright. I have booked myself in for a clean as well and I finally don’t have fear thinking about the upcoming appointment. Needless to say, I’d highly recommend.
