Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients of Dr Eshak at Innovative Dental for over 15 years! Our experiences have always been positive, from the early years with young children to now adult children who still choose Innovative Dental as their dental practice of choice. The staff at Innovative Dental are always well organised, supportive and extremely helpful too. I have recently had a root canal treatment and couldn't believe how smoothly it went. Dr Eshak kept me informed at all times about the procedure, the process as well as the benefits and risks. Fantastic experience: Like many people reading this, I am also afraid of the dentist. But from the moment you walk in, you feel safe and taken care of. I originally visited for an issue with my implant, but it turns out there are other things to fix as well. I fully trust Dr. Naser with all of it. He is not just someone who makes you feel comfortable but also a genuinely skilled and caring doctor. For the first time in years, I felt at ease in a dental chair. Starting today, I will keep coming back to update this review after each visit. I know many people feel the same way I do and I hope this helps ease their worries. Update after my second and third visits As I mentioned before, I will keep updating this review after each visit. On my second visit, I had a full one-hour checkup. And it was truly detailed. Dr. Naser examined everything carefully, including muscles, and explained each step clearly and calmly. The X-ray process was quick, and I could see they use very modern technology. After looking inside my mouth in detail, he created a treatment roadmap for me. It was so well organized and logical that even someone with no dental background could understand and trust it. Today was my third visit. I was honestly very worried because it was time to clean my gums, which I thought would be a painful and difficult procedure. But during the last visit, he had already helped prepare me mentally by explaining that we would work together as a team. In the end, there was no pain at all. He handled a complicated treatment smoothly and with zero discomfort. At one point during the procedure, I even had a laughing moment because of what he said. That should tell you how comfortable he made me feel. Also, as someone who is already halfway through life, I learned how to brush my teeth properly today. They showed me a smart toothbrush with AI technology. If you do not believe me, ask about it when you go. Dr. Naser, Kahli, and Jeanette, I cannot thank you enough. You are amazing. Like I said, I will keep writing here after every visit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by the Innovative Dental team, from their lovely receptionist Jeanette to the nurses and Dr Eshak. As a mum, finding convenient appointments is very helpful and Jeannette does her best to accommodate. On days when I have to take the children, the nurses are always wonderful with them. Dr Eshak’s good communications skills, excellent work and attention to details provides the assurance that I am in good hands. Best of all, I can get all of my dental needs met under one roof.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Dr Naser and his team enough. I had avoided the dentist for years after not being able to find a dentist who was caring and understanding of my fear of dentists. Dr Naser and his team are exceptional. They made each visit so comfortable for me talking me through each thing they did and let me have breaks if needed. I had multiple visits within a few months to get a number of fillings and they made each visit so comfortable and ensured that I wouldn’t be in pain - which I wasn’t. Dr Naser is gentle and patient. I recently brought my 3.5 year old child here as I wasn’t happy with the kids dental clinic he was attending. My son had cried at each dentist visit prior (the poor guys has inherited the same fear of dentist as me). Dr Naser was so good with my child, he made him feel comfortable, showed him equipment so he wasn’t fearful and there were no tears, instead smiles. It’s been such a positive experience for myself and my child.

Fantastic experience: A family run dental clinic. Always so friendly and willing to help out when it comes to fees and trouble with private health coverage. The main dentist is absolutely amazing with kids too. My girls are 4 and 6 and always ask when they are going back to the Dentist. I recently straightened my teeth using Invisalign and everyone always asks me if I got veneers that's how great they look. I would certainly give them a go, especially if you are with Medibank as they are a Medibank provider.

Fantastic experience: I was new to the Moonee Ponds area and was in need of a new dentist and I just so happened to stumble across the BEST dentist and dental clinic in Melbourne. Dr Naser provides wholistic care in that he caters advice specifically to your needs, including dietary advice for your best oral health. He is gentle throughout treatment and always explains everything in great detail before he does anything, and he checks to make sure you understand. Not to mention Jeanette, the beautiful lady who runs reception who provides incredible customer service, so much so that it feels like you’re visiting friends when going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: Just finished my full Invisalign treatment including teeth whitening and I couldn't be happier with the results. Always had a gap in between my front teeth and it only got bigger after my wisdom tooth was removed. Can't say I always found the retainers easy but I followed the rules and got the best outcomes. A short term sacrifice in comfort, but it went quickly and I don't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I've had a recurring sinus issue for several years - occasional bad pain and recently even facial numbness - for which I've been passed back and forward between my GP and my prior dentist, with no resolution. As I'd moved house, I thought I'd try a new dentist and ended up here with Dr Naser. My first appointment was probably the most in-depth assessment and analysis I've ever had. Dr Naser obviously loves what he does, and explains everything he's doing in detail. And within 30 minutes he had identified a dead tooth in the region of my sinus issues. He has since performed a root canal treatment (which was simple and painless) - and I've not had so much as a twinge from my sinus in the last two months. He's also fixed a couple of stained fillings on my front teeth, which has increased the smile confidence :) To top it off, all the clinic staff are friendly and welcoming, and I'd recommend Innovative Dental to absolutely anyone.

As soon as you walk into the clinic you are greeted by Jeanette, who is always smiling and takes the time to connect with every patient. Jeanette is always accomodating when booking appointments and stays in regular contact. My Invisalign journey has been a complicated process due to needing to fix an extreme cross bite and straighten my teeth. Dr Naser always made sure I was fully informed with the process and that I was happy with the direction my journey was going. The perfectionist in Dr Naser made sure that we wouldn’t stop until I had the perfect smile that I have always dreamed about. (Which I now have thanks to him!!) I cannot thank Dr Naser and his team enough, every visit has been like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
