Fantastic experience: I was really nervous coming here having not been to a dentist in 30 years the staff have been fantastic and dr sai is a fantastic dentist she explains very well what they were going to do which calmed me a lot and she is very gentle and always make sure that everything is ok while going through the procedure which helps I'm glad I chose this dental surgery I recommend anyone who hasn't been In a long time

I normally need needles to get through a clean & this was the 1st time I’ve EVER completed a clean with absolutely none. The dentist was so lovely, caring and very considerate about how I was going throughout the whole procedure. 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: As someone with high anxiety who often struggles to leave my home, let alone have dental work done, I'd come to accept that my teeth were likely just going to deteriorate over time. I knew for some time that I needed a check-up but was simply too anxious and was truly saddened and embarrassed by the state of my teeth. A few months ago, I found myself at Corio Dental Surgery due to severe pain. My anxiety levels were very high, and I was shaking so much despite taking prescribed emergency medication. The dentist & dental nurses were incredibly kind and understanding. The dentist checked on me regularly, explained every step of the procedure beforehand, and assured me she would stop at any time if needed. The entire staff has treated me with such kindness and compassion that what was once a terrifying ordeal has become manageable. I no longer need emergency medication to attend appointments. After several visits, during which I had a root canal done, my anxiety levels were so minimal that I decided to have my teeth whitened & the results are better than I ever hoped for. I'm overjoyed and incredibly grateful to say that I now feel a sense of pride and joy when I look at my teeth in the mirror. I cannot recommend Corio Community Dental enough. Thank you so much for restoring my smile and helping me to regain confidence in my smile.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely five star, I cannot recommend Dr Anita Gupta and her team more. I arrived from the UK in substantial pain, which had developed on the plane. I couldn't eat or sleep and I was nervous that I needed a tooth removed. Dr Gupta took an x-ray and undertook a number of tests. She identified an infected filling and it was all sorted in less than 30 minutes. I am so grateful to her and the receptionist for their kind and reassuring words. I even have the notes and x-ray to take back to my dentist in the UK. What a professional and kind dental practice, if I lived locally I would definitely register here. Thank you again.

Negative experience: This place is a scam and should be shut down. The worst dental treatment I have received in my life. Dr Amita Gupta was not up front about the total cost or the treatment plan. Her commuinication was poor to me and rude to her supporting staff. Original told 3 sessions for a total $1500. Told on the the 3rd session it will be 2 more sessions and another $1500. If I knew the full treatment cost I would have removed the tooth. On the second appointment the anesethia didn't even work and she never check in with me to see of I could feel anything. Honestly don't even know how this place is still open. Won't be happy until I get a refund.
