Fantastic experience: Been coming here since it was called Argyle Street Family Dentist and I never go anywhere else. Great service from Caz at reception and Dr. Tamara is an absolute delight. While I now work overseas, I always make sure I come back here when I’m home

Negative experience: The place was good when they started off. Since then it’s gone downhill. It’s bad enough that a dentist you prefer will likely no longer be working there by the time of your next appointment but in general they lack a sense of time entirely. If you want to go here, don’t bother booking an appointment cause they won’t bother keeping your booked time. Suggestion for Cure Dental: buy a clock for your business, learn to read time on said clock, work to respect your customers time like you push so hard to have your staff’s time respected.

Fantastic experience: Dr Claire is very gentle and patient. She explains everything before hand and during the procedure so I know what to expect. Best dentist. Receptionists are also kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My partner, family and I all see Dr Claire Ko and she is easily THE BEST and MOST KIND dentist we've been to. Her service is unparalleled and she is super patient and gentle. Dental treatments (we had dental cleans and various treatments like fillings, wisdom teeth surgeries and root canals) with her are always good and we always feel comforted and relaxed which was not the case with other dentists before. I recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Faye Feng is the best dentist me and my friend have encountered. She explained everything in detail and until we understand. She makes it very easy to understand the issues we are having and she also gives us useful solutions to treat our problems. She is also very gentle and friendly. She has so much attention to detail and won’t miss a single key point. We are both very grateful to have her as our dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Cure Dental. I parked in Westfield but then couldn’t get to the street outside. Signs everywhere but not that. I rang the receptionist, Caz Learmonth, who stayed on the phone and guided me out and to the surgery. Here I was treated by Dr Tamara Popowski who was both gentle and thorough and her explanations were clear and concise. Her nurse, Hannah, was very attentive and gentle. I shall return.

Negative experience: Not professional at all. Dr Su did deep clean for me and charged me $1000 but my gum was still painful. When I saw the gum specialist, she said it was not cleaned probably. I had to do it again. As far as I know, I am not the only person.

Positive experience: As a first visit today, no Bull here mostly , good service the prices are reasonable, Upon reviewing the bill, they charged me for a "limited dental inspection," of $ 50, to be fair I have mentioninned this and ask what a limited inspection of a tooth is when you have to remove a filling? Never the less I think I'll go back for cleans and check ups and maintainance as this was probably just the cost that you would pay anyway but the difference of $220 for the stated repair and another $ 50 on top for an inspection is well... so so . It only took a half hour to remove an old composite white filling on a front tooth and replace it, the task was straightforward. They are moving shortly and changing name but not the phone number 96870070 CURE Dental.

Fantastic experience: For someone like me who has a very low threshold for dental pain I found Dr. Claire Ko to be gifted with the magic touch. Her way of managing her patient's discomfort and anxiety was far beyond expected. Prior to check up and cleaning she was very thorough and clear with her explanation of my dental condition. The painless treatment went smoothly. Her assistant was also very efficient. Dr. Claire Ko comes highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Today is 5th Jan 2021 & I had my appointment again with Dr Martin Kitay. He is one of the most experienced & skilled, competent dentist I know & i have been to a few in previous years. The experience is also extremely comfortable & relaxing. Who would say that about a dental appointment. But Dr Martin Kitay keeps you regaled with the most entertaining, interesting stories. Your pain just diffuses into nothingness. Definitely seeing him in 6 months. Thanks very much Dr. Martin Kitay. Today I had my dentist appointment with Dr. Martin Kitay. At first, the dental hygienist, Zari did all the cleaning and polishing. Zari was very gentle, cautious, thorough and competent. She did an excellent job without being rough and hurting my gums. She was extra careful about the areas in my gums which are ultra sensitive. She used a manual instrument which was far palatable for me. She also gave me good advice about using a soft toothbrush and using Piksters to clean between the convex areas of my teeth. All good advice. Dr. Martin Kitay then came to check my teeth. He was very professional and immediately attuned to the fact that I have osteoporosis. He gave me good advice about not extracting a tooth which would lead to infection and may involve major surgery. I go to a dentist every 6 months and have changed several dentists in the past (over the past 17 years) but I finally feel very comfortable and at ease with Dr. Martin Kitay. Even the front desk office manager, Julie was very kind and helpful. My credit card was damaged, so she took the trouble to manually enter the numbers. I could use my private medical fund, BUPA to pay at least 85% of the cost, which was terrific. I would highly recommend Dr. Martin Kitay to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced dentist who will provide the right advice and will never try to rip you off. I have had a few dentists in the past piercing long needles through my gums & asking me to return in a week. I'm glad I found Dr. Martin Kitay. I will be returning here in 6 months, for sure.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr Claire Ko. She is very nice and patient, and would explain everything to you in details. I had my teeth washed and got one of my wisdom teeth extracted there. The whole process was not painful at all, and extremely quick. The recovery process also went smoothly. And the reception was also nice, and they would have a telephone follow-up after you removed your tooth，which was very considerate.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tamara, you are amazing doing the treatments and taking care of patients really well. Me and my husband visited her late last year and it took me so long to write a review haha, but goodness can go a long way and you cant forget the care, warmth shown by doctors like her. So Thank You Dr. Tamara for your help! This time around we couldn't secure her appointment and ended up visiting other dentistry perhaps we will come in future for regular checkups:) The only rough part is the interaction with reception staff, if they can improve this everything will fall in place, i found them bit rude and less-empathetic in helping and greeting patients on phone and in store. I understand there is lot of stress they go through but they are the face of dentistry and patient see/talk/meet them first before they see the doctor, hope it makes sense:) Rest all good, happie zappie with Dr. Tamara hope she remembers me as her patient:)

Negative experience: I had my 2 wisdom teeth extraction from this clinic. Doctor didnt give me painkillers and advised that i can take panadol or neurofen, which is fair enough. I understand overusing of pain killers is not good. So I took panadol plus neurofen continuously but it was so painful. 3 days later, I came back to this clinic for the second time, hoping to get some pain killers. Another male dentist inspected and said that i had a Dry Socket . He wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. The issue is that he knew i had a dry socket but did NOT put any medication into the wisdon tooth hole. Also, He did NOT give me any pain killers. I woke up in the middle of the night on that day crying in pain. Neurofen and panadol were not strong enough and i had to take them every 3 hours but the pain didnt go away. The pain spread to my ear and my front teeth. The day after, I called the clinic again but was NOT able to talk to any dentists. They said they would call back however didnt Not until a day later. Eventually I had to come to another clinic for a proper dry socket treatment. If you only need a simple service, cure dental might be ok because their fees are cheap. However, please don't come to this one for a wisdom tooth extraction.

Negative experience: I had pain in one teeth so Chris said need filling and second day i started getting bad pain for 2 days and i went back to Chris and he said i had pain in another tooth not which he treated and need to do crown so i said i will book for 2 days latter and same night i had worse pain. Iuckly i visited another doctor because if i gently touch filling one teeth it was genrating pain and headache and new doctor said need root cannal i got root cannal and he removed filling because inside filling there were bactaria which were creating pain. So bad experience!!

Negative experience: Not really good for me as dr kittay just removed my nerves in 20 mins and then i had pain for 2 days and couldnt sleep. they even didnt advised any medication. So bad expereience!!!!!!!

Positive experience: Having been with them for years. Good team - professional and friendly. Dr Martin Kittay is the best. and Zary does super great job for dental cleaning. Dr Chris is nice but did not do the denture very well for me, one time adjustment, and one time redo, caused inconvenience. Maybe my tooth structure is a bit special? :D

I didn't feel nervous or had any significant pains during the entire treatment due to his very gentle advice and skills. Now I am undertaking a long term treatment plan which would be very beneficial to my dental health. As a medical professional myself, I had expectations which were met and exceeded. Dr Chris made me feel comfortable, explained what was to be done and provided an empathy which eased my anxieties. Fantastic experience: I had very positive experience in having my dental check and two fillings done by Dr Christoper Ch'ng and assistant Jan in Argyle Street Family Dentist in Parramatta two weeks ago. Chris is very meticulous during the entire one and half hour and always care about whether I feel the pain/sore during the procedure. The job was done very professionally and now I don't feel the pain anymore. Chris also gave me some long term dental care advice for me to take care of my teeth on a regular basis. I had an appointment at 2pm and it started exactly on time, much better than some other medical service elsewhere that with a booking patient still need to wait. This is very important for people who need to get back to work on time and only have limited time to have dental service on a workday. I would definitely come back to them again next year for annual check and treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who seek dental treatment, particularly those who live and work in around Parramatta. I am really glad I made a good choice to have treatment in Argyle Street Family Dentist Parramatta.
