Fantastic experience: I visit Dr Rogério for a check-up and cleaning, was very happy with the care provided. The performed a compreensive cleaning, clearly explained how to prevent dental problems, gave helpful oral hygiene instructions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this practice from when it was Pang, Low (?) and Shee. I can’t say going to the dentist is ever very pleasant but my times with Dr Ian Shee are as good as going to the dentist can possibly be. Of course he’s an excellent dentist but he’s also patient and kind.

Negative experience: I'd love to give 5 star for the dentists there but the receptionist was useless. I called them this morning from 8.30am to 9.30am to make a booking at 11am but no one answer the phone. It's their open hours, how come no one answer the phone for more than 1 hr? That's ridiculous. What service they have! And of course eventually I missed the appointment

Negative experience: Went in here for a routine filling, have had them before and needed another for a small chip in one of my back teeth. No pain, very normal. Walked in for my appointment to nobody at reception and a dark lobby, should have taken this hint and walked right back out. Waited around to finally be attended to. The dentists communication was poor from the start, the dental assistant did not seem to know what she was doing. My x-rays were taken and this is where it got even more confusing: I was taken back and forth, and back again, about whether I needed a $3000 root canal (??) or a filling for a tooth I felt no pain in, the possibility of losing the tooth was also thrown out at one point? They're the dentists, aren't they supposed to tell me what I need? After realizing this was in my court, I guess, I told the dentist (again) that I just wanted a filling, so we tried to go ahead and do that. About 2 seconds into the procedure I could tell I was not numb enough and could most certainly still feel everything. Not wanting to undergo a filling without any anesthetic I stopped everything and basically walked out, partially numb and empty handed. What a waste of time and money! Most of the reviews for this place seem to be for other dentists who are surely better but this one, and his assistant, had poor communication between each other and absolutely no idea how to communicate with or treat customers. Oh, and had to remind them to send me the $100 x-rays I was told would be e-mailed to me that day. Not one thing was done correctly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Suman Deshpande is amazing and provides clear and thorough assessment of my dental health. Her manner is always professional and she helps ease my anxiety of dental operations. She gave me a root canal and although I have very low pain tolerance, I almost didn’t feep anything aside from the usual discomfort of invasive activities.

Fantastic experience: Primary dental has been my dental practice of choice for over 25 years, and Dr Neville Segal has been my dentist for most of that time. Neville very professional, and skilled. I would not trust my dental health to anyone else

Negative experience: Horrible. Dr Suman told me to use a mouthwash called Savacol, which has a side effect of brown staining on teeth. She never told me about this and now my teeth have brown stains.

Negative experience: Dr. Kevin Yip charged me $60 just to tell me he doesn’t do such a procedure I was booked in to get a quote for. Given that I provided all the information about what I needed to be done at the time of booking. He was aware what I’m there for, and saw me and charged me just to tell me he doesn’t do such a work.

Fantastic experience: I'm going to Dr. Suman Deshpande for years. The work she does is excellent! No matter what it is the outcome is always to my best satisfaction. One time I went somewhere else (I wasn't in the country) but soon I figured out I should have waited and go to Dr. Suman Deshpande.
