Fantastic experience: My boys and I have never been big fan of going to the dentist. Thats before we met Dr Francis Wong. He has this knack of making us feels comfortable, explaining it in an easy to understand manner and pretty good with the boys. Totally the best dentist we’ve visited so far. It helps enormously that he shares the same hobby as us too.

Negative experience: This Dental practice does not provide disabled access which is not equal opportunity and recognition. During my inquiry on the 10.9.25 I found reception 'out of step' with the attitude to complete my call. It was more important that they finish on time rather than deliver civility and service. I was left waiting on the telephone for 5 minutes plus then the call cut due to their closing time. My best advice to Kent Town Dental is study the word COMPASSION it would be a contribution to your service. STANDARDS are not solely the dental treatment it is the overall quality of standards and care which you have FAILED. If you cannot recognise a Disabled Vietnam Veteran status then you may well be in the wrong business.

Fantastic experience: Dr Francis Wong is incredibly kind, patient and attentive. He takes the time to clearly explain all treatment options and walks you through each step of the process, so you always know what to expect. I could not have asked for a better first visit, and I will definitely be coming back!

However, this clinic truly surprised me! Dr. Nhan Nguyen is an exceptional dentist and a genuinely kind person. She made me feel safe, heard, and cared for at every step of the process. Fantastic experience: I strongly receommend this place! The team at Kent Town Dental is great and very welcoming. Dr Francis was fantastic and explained everything in detail before any procedure was taken. I felt that I had the freedom to choose the treatment I wanted without being pressured into procedures I didn't want which has happened in the past. He was very skilled and the procedure (tooth extraction) was quick and painless. I will be going there from now on for all my dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: After much recommendation and review, I visited Kent Town Dental for my dental issue. It was the best choice. Dr. Francis is the most compassionate and honest dentist I've encountered. He is gentle and explains the procedure thoroughly. The whole filling procedure was done patiently, and I'm not feeling rushed. I am relaxed as there's a TV to watch that will help take things off the minds. Kudos to everyone's in Kent Town dental.. I had a thorough checkup and a clean and paid nothing.. Fantastic experience: Such a gentle, kind clinic filled with people who really take the time to make you feel welcome, calm and at ease! It was such a breeze coming in and having my checkup and clean. I can be a bit slack with keeping appointments - and when I was a kid I was always a bit dentist-phobic! But the checkup was gentle, everything was quick and easy, and they even have a picture on the ceiling which was a touch I loved. The staff are soooo kind!

This is the first time I’ve ever been to the dentist and not experience any pain. I will definitely be back, after not being to the dentist in 5 years, Kent Town Dental have quashed any phobias and I will be returning for a check up in 6 month.
