Negative experience: Do not use this dentist !!!!!!!! I got an emergency voucher from Redlands dental because they couldn’t fit me in. I got an apt with Cleveland Dental Care the same day . she rushed me in and out . Gave me two fillings and said she couldn’t help anymore . She didn’t even clean my teeth and all the after care advice was just told to me whilst she was working on me and the whole process was very rushed . Two days later and I am in excruciating pain and I called them back and they first told me to come in so they could have a look and then rang me back and told me to go back to the hospital !! I get the feeling they just wanted free money for the least amount of work possible. SD DENTAL across the road is much better .

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend my experience with cleveland dental care and Dr Sania enough. Having not been to a dentist in over 10 years, I arrived with an emergency situation, and they fitted me in the same day. My dental bridge looks AMAZING!! They are thorough with talking you through a treatment plan that suits your financial needs and the best outcome for you. They took such great care of me, their commitment to patient centred care is second to none. For someone who experiences nervousness for any dental procedure, Dr Sania, the dental nurses and reception staff are empathetic, kind, non judgemental and gentle. If your looking for a dentist that provides that extra bit of love and care, no matter where you are on your dental journey, this place will make you feel like family. Fantastic experience: An endodontist recommended that I have teeth extractions. My then dentist wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon to do this procedure. Then a friend recommended Dr Sania, and I'm so glad she did! Dr Sania extracted the teeth and I had no pain during or after, and I didn't have to pay an oral surgeon, so no pain in my hip pocket. Dr Sania is extremely gentle and sat and explained everything in detail, including cost. To top it off the staff are so friendly. So thank you Dr Sania, and her team, I won't ever be changing my dentist!

Negative experience: Wasn't happy with my experience here. What was pitched to me as an easy/normal filling, somehow ended up turning into me needing to get a root canal done after she exposed the nerve whilst doing the filling. Went to another dentist (Wynyard Street) to get it done as I wasn't confident/happy to go back to this dentist. Understand it would have been accidental but this mistake caused me a lot of stress and cost me a lot of money.

The initial exam was $149 as advertised and they said the cost will remain the same for follow up exams, compared to others in the area who are charging $180-$250.
