Fantastic experience: I had dental implants done with Dr Reivan, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, he was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. The quality of his work is outstanding, my implants look and feel so natural. Positive experience: During the period I had my braces on, Dr. Doyle Anthony Fernandes was very nice and made the right decision for my personal preference. When I got my braces off, my gums were a bit damaged and I was not able to eat properly for a few days due to the damage. Overall, I am very happy with my end result and I am so grateful to my orthodontist for making it a comfortable journey.

Fantastic experience: While eating, my tooth fell out, so I urgently looked for a dental clinic. Despite being busy, they kindly assisted me even without an appointment. There was a short wait, but I was able to see Dr. Jun Lim. He explained that my tooth wasn’t damaged and repositioned it without a high cost. (Turns out, it wasn’t even my tooth! Just a filling) He is an amazing dentist! The whole process was completely painless. Thumbs up!

Negative experience: I had my root canal treatment by Dr. Jun Lim and they are very irresponsible and they didn't clean my root canal properly they charge me $470 just for 5 minutes and I was in a lot of pain and I called them and they just took my times and prescribed me pills and didn't do anything else even though I had a toothache. They told me I had to wait a week for them to come back to work. I wasn't happy with their work so l went to another clinic and spent a lot of money and they said the root canal wasn't done properly that's why I was in pain and I had the root canal treatment again by another doctor And after that, my toothache completely disappeared.

Negative experience: Appt for my daughter has been cancelled 3 weeks in a row by the receptionist because the dentist is "unavailable " even though he has apparently been available each time they made the appt . Will not be going there as they have cancelled the day before her appt 3 weeks in a row

The receptionists were friendly and efficient in handling my appointments as well as rescheduling them. Dr Doyle Anthony Fernandes took the time to thoroughly explain the entire braces process, addressing any concerns or questions I had in regards to my braces, a well as always being gentle and considerate. Negative experience: So, delated my previous 5 star review and writing new review. I underwent braces treatment with Dr. Doyle just before having my baby. Now, 2 months postpartum, I haven't worn my retainers for that duration. So during a consultation with Dr. Doyle today he suggested me to get new retainer which is not a problem but the way he responded was unexpectedly rude. I understand its because it was a consultation and not a paid visit. I was disappointed to not receive guidance on when to resume or discontinue using the retainers, during my pregnancy and postpartum period especially given that he knew about my pregnancy. So now I have to make new retainers which will cost me $450. Also, I suggest when your patients is not sure about things you can politely make them understand afterall they come to you with high hopes. After three years of knowing him and taking the service for this long that is how I was treated, this experience left me dissatisfied with the service and upset about the rude behaviour. Not to forget he was mad about me comming for consultation just before his lunch time which is not my fault at all because its them who gave me that time. Very unhappy and upset

Negative experience: The dentist Mr Reivan cleaned my tooth, after cleaning I informed him that I have pain on my gum. He said my gums are sensitive that’s why, I’ve been doing cleaning every year with different dentist but never experienced gum pain. It’s been 3 days from cleaning my tooth, I still have very bad gum pain that I can not able to chew anything from the pain. Now my gum infection I am using antibiotics.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at the dentist and I was really nervous because I hate needles. I had pain in my lower left tooth that I was trying to ignore for a few weeks but it got to the point that I had bad migraines and couldn’t function properly at work. I explained this to Dr. Munju Kang and she was so professional and careful when she worked on my teeth (her Dental assistant worked with extreme precision and was also as careful). I HIGHLY recommend this place, the reception was lovely and welcoming as well and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. I loved my experience here!! I’ve already booked again for next week because my right side is starting to feel like my left I think I may actually like going to the dentist now

Positive experience: Top service, went in on Friday to see them about an urgent dental issue and was taken in Saturday. Reception staff friendly and was treated by Dr Iris Seo who was great. I will be going back there for further treatments soon and happy to do so as I know I will be well looked after. That was in the past. The last time I visited I got a quote a few days before my appointment. The day of my appointment I had a needle stuck in my mouth then advised I was going to have to pay $200+ extra! They got $20 and I walked out. Although good at what they do they have become ripoff cheats and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from receptionists and very attentive dental clinicians. I go here with my young toddlers as well and they have always enjoyed the experience. Very professional and a wonderful environment with great post appointment advice.

Negative experience: Today I had my appointment at 2pm and I was there at 2:20pm after already had a phone call that I would be late. When I got there the receptionist was very rude and simply said that my appointment is cancelled , very unprofessional service and rude wouldn’t recommend it I and family members won’t visit there anymore

Fantastic experience: Dr Doyle Just want to thank you for your amazing service and work. Your work is truly amazing and so appreciated by myself and my daughter Mariam whom you were so patient with. Not only did my daughter get braces but he also modified her jaw structure. Your kindness and empathy is remarkable. Mariam has not stopped taking selfies of her amazing smile showing her teeth off. Fantastic experience: Dr Doyle is the most caring and enthusiastic dentist (+ FUNNY) he made me enjoy my braces journey even though I was really going through it. He has very extensive knowledge in his field and supports his patients. Dentistry aside, his shoe game will make you feel like you need a new pair . The receptionists are so bubbly and friendly and they ensure you’re taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Been to this dental clinic a couple of times now to have fillings and dental bonding done for a broken done and I can’t say that I was disappointed. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was greeted with a friendly smile and was treated like a valued patient. The dentist I saw Dr. Reivan Al-Dood was polite, profession and made me feel at ease and advised me of all the cost before he had even started the treatment. To my surprise the prices were much lower then I had expected and budgeted for which was great! The whole processed took about 1hour and the end result was absolutely amazing. I definitely couldn’t have asked for more and I highly recommend Merrylands Dental Focus and Dr. Reivan Al-Dood.

I feel no pain when the dentist is working on my teeth he is exceptional and giving me the right treatment for my teeth. Negative experience: Absolute waste of money. Not sure of others but Dr. Anthony Fernandes is not willing to answer any of your questions and got frustrated with patient's first question. $55 consultation fee is to tell you that I CANNOT TELL YOU ANYTHING UNLESS $45 XRAY is done. And they CANNOT refer you for this XRAY because it is not done any where else according to them, when it is done for FREE on referal from corner of Stocklands. Cannot give you a written interpretation of this XRAY because everyone interprets the XRAY differently.. (what a joke.) and will give you a treatment plan only where it is written "REMOVAL of Tooth for $500" and thats it. So before going, I knew I have a cavity in my mouth and I have tooth ache due to this, and after spending $100, the only thing I know more is I am $100 out of pocket now. If there were negative stars, I would have given that. Dr. Couldnt even explain us any thing. His focus was to get the Xray done. And thats it.

Negative experience: Really unsatisfied with the service my son got from this dental practice. It was his first visit and his only intention was cleaning. We ended up paying $95 for nothing. The dentist didn't do the cleaning because there was a walk in patient waiting. My son had xrays paid for by Medicare and that was it. No cleaning. And the prices, wow!

Negative experience: My wife is still crying after 2 days of doing root canal here. Using 6 nuerophenesplus every 24 hours. Very unprofessional and expensive. Dont even think of going there. Never ever again going to these guys.

Positive experience: Dr Young, was absolutely lovely! Provided a great service and made me feel comfortable. This place has the MOST affordable prices in Merrylands. I did a general check up and clean with treatment which is $100 where as other places were +$150

Fantastic experience: First off I just want to start by stating, I absolutely hate the dentist mainly because of the tools and when needed, needles. I had purposley avoided going to the dentist for a clean up for many years for this reason. Then finally I decided to give it a go, unfortunately it was a few visits that I needed because of my long term absence from cleaning. So the first of three visits I got a general clean and check up with Dr Cho. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised with his level of skill and soft touch upon cleaning where there was minimal to no pain without any numbing. I then returned twice over the next month where I had a deep clean per side of my mouth. This involves a few injections to numb the gum and some serious scraping haha. But with all that said I would like to say that thanks to Dental Focus and Dr Cho I am very happy to return for 6 monthly general cleans again with August already booked in! Needless to say because of my excellent treatment and service I actually am no longer afraid to visit the dentist for a clean, this is coming from someone who hates needles and I was surprised at my outcome.

Fantastic experience: In my following visit for deep cleaning. I was surprised with gentle treatment by Dr Kintt. I didnt even felt tbe neadle in my mouth. Tbe result after the session was remarkable. He is the best denset ive ever tried for meny years. In terms of the cost, despite his high quality work yet his fees in the less copairing with other dr who provide low quality. Thank you Dr Kintt and see you in the next appojntmnet Ide love to add new comments for my experience of today visit and I give 5* for Dr Kintt and the lady at the front desk. I was so happy for their kindness and their understanding to resolve the problem I had yesterday with the other Dr. Dr Kintt is going to give me the proper treatment for free. However I recommended the manager to transfer the money I paid yesterday to Dr Kintt account and she also offered to refund me the remaining amount. Many thanks for them and I'll share my next experience which is gonna be great I'm sure I had a very bad experience I suppose to have gum deep cleaning but the Dr fool me and did only normal cleaning and charged me for deep cleaning. He didn't notify me that he is going to start the cleaning and I was surprised he is giving me the Anesthesia needle in the gum. I have done deep cleaning to right side in another clinic and know how deep cleaning feels and looks like. After the deep cleaning I suppose to have a flat gum without the swelling I Usualy have it before cleaning. But after his job the swelling is getting worse and even more painful
