Fantastic experience: Kieran took all four of my wisdom teeth out and I couldn't recommend him more! For someone who was super anxious to get it done, both him and the assistant made sure I was comfortable before they started and throughout the whole procedure. I also got to try the gas for the first time (I would recommend 100%). It was super quick and before I knew it the procedure was over! For anyone who is needing to get their wisdom teeth taken out, I would highly recommend Dr McNamara at Daley Street 10/10 experience for something I thought would be really scary.

Fantastic experience: A traumatic dental experience 40 years ago rendered me utterly phobic of dentists. Through denial, avoidance and a compounding sense of dread and fear over the years, my phobia got worse and worse. I only ever visited the dentist in dire circumstances, and I never felt as though the dentists or hygienists I met with could tolerate my fear; I could always sense their exasperation with me as I lay tense in the chair, utterly terrified. Recently, my worst fear came to fruition. I had a tooth that needed a root canal. I was in absolute agony from the nerve pain the decay was causing so on the recommendation of a well-trusted friend, I went to the Daley Street clinic. With so much understanding and care, I made it through my first and second appointments; white knuckled and shaking and very much afraid but I was so well looked after (thank-you Andrew). Unfortunately I had to see a specialist regarding my tooth and my newly gained trust and confidence took several steps backward, and for months and months I ignored the decaying molar with the beginnings of a root canal and a temporary filling. Ignored it until months later I began to feel unwell and was once again in excruciating nerve pain. My worst fear was at hand; I needed the tooth extracted. So with much angst and total dread I booked in again to the clinic and took the first available appointment. I was as always greeted with such care and understanding by the reception staff, and met with Jefferson. With the utmost gentleness, I had injections with no pain. My tooth was removed with no pain. I had sutures with no pain. I was full of fear, but honestly I was able to start relaxing for the first time ever through the procedure. I was talked through everything. I felt safe. And supported. It was amazing. I must have been the first person ever to shout ecstatically "yes! I did it" after having a tooth extracted, and feel so brave and triumphant and elated when walking out of that room. Today for the first time in my life I drove to the dentist with no fear, smiling as I entered the reception. My positive and pain free experiences at this clinic has cured me of years and years of compounded dental phobia. I laid back in that chair and relaxed and had my sutures out with a smile on my face. The trust that has been forged through such a positive dental experience has liberated me of my fear. I could not recommend Andrew and Jefferson more highly, and look forward to meeting Kieran in 5 months when I begin the journey to getting my dental implant. I was also extremely grateful to be able to take advantage of the Denticare payment plan for the work I had done. I am so, so thankful to every single one of you that I have dealt with at the clinic. Eternal gratitude!

A warm welcome from the front desk, the exceptionally careful and gentle hands of the assistant Lilli and the sure and very efficient expertise of Dentist Jefferson removed the last vestiges of any fear I may have had. Fantastic experience: Myself, my husband and our daughter all go to this practice. We travel and hour to see these guys My daughter is only 6yo and her first time attending the dentist for a check up went great! Jake was so caring with her. She ended up needing surgery on her teeth to fix some things, so we booked it. I myself hadn’t been in 8 years and was so scared due to a huge fear, and I needed a tooth pulled out whilst pregnant. And still have fillings to go. Kieran has been the one to do my daughters surgery, my husband’s teeth, and my extraction, I must say he has been absolutely amazing!!! I can not thank him enough for making my daughter’s surgery so smooth, and for helping me feel less anxious when my last experience 8 years ago was so traumatic. The girls at the front are also very lovely and caring, each one of them have treated us always with such respect and show nothing but love for their patients. Literally everyone who works in this practice have such a lovely vibe. Very grateful to have found a dental practice like this, and I know now that I have nothing to worry about ❤️❤️

Positive experience: Root canal treatment very successful, zero discomfort, exceptional work by Dr Kierran. Frustrated that my carefully chosen 8.30am appointment Thurs 1st Feb for next stage had been changed, with no consultation, to Monday 12th Feb, an impossible date for me to attend.

Positive experience: EDIT: The owner called me personally to apologise and i really appreciate that. I am extremely confident that this was an anomaly. Just to reiterate, the dentist was fantastic technically. My teeth have been gorgeous since my treatments. Despite knowing for some time before my appointment that the dentist would be late, the front desk staff did not inform me of this fact until 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin. I was made to wait a further 10 minutes after this before I was able to see the dentist. I showed this practice the respect of being 10 minutes early to my appointment and they acted like I was in the wrong for asking for an update. There was no attempt at customer service and the condescension towards me is the main reason I will never visit again. The dentists were fine, slightly stilted bedside manner but fantastic technically.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgery in Alstonville. I’ve been a patient for 23 years and over the years I’ve been more than happy with Dr Redmayne and now Dr Marta Kozera’s work. The newly renovated rooms with state of the art equipment and highly qualified dental technicians will continue to service the needs of Alstonville and the surrounding area for many years ahead.

I found the reception and dental assistant staff friendly helpful and accommodating with booking appointments and appointment reminders. Having recently had my dental crown work and dental care with the wonderful and knowledgeable principal dentists Marta and Kieran, I am extremely happy with the outcome of my dental crowns and often get complimented on my smile. I’ve been twice now and both times they’ve been on time, have taken the time to talk me through my current situation and the options available. When doing the dental work they’ve been very efficient and have explained what they’re doing and how much longer it’ll go for. They checked throughout to make sure I was feeling comfortable and let me take a rest when I needed it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Knowing very little about modern dentistry I wasn’t quite sure what to expect or even how repairs are performed these days, so even though Daley St Dental was recommended I was still a touch nervous walking in. What I wasn’t prepared for was the high standard and efficiency both Dr Kieran and the Daley St staff performed. The result, of a significant repair, was of such a high quality that even I can’t tell now where the damage had been, I’m still taken back by such a high-end result. From start to finish the entire visit was a very smooth, quick and painless experience therefore I cannot recommend both Daley St and specifically Dr Kieran highly enough. They even laugh at your stupid jokes which is always a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Good afternoon I would like to make a comment on one of your Dentists. Recently I had three visits to your practice for a root canel and was treated by Dr Marta Kozera. In all of my 65 years of dental treatment I have never found a dentist to be so skilfull in providing a pain free experiencel and also being so caring to the patient and assistant's throughout the procedure. She also arranged a follow-up call the next day to ensure I was OK. Marta is a great dentist with great people skills which allows us the patient to relax and enjoy the experience rather than being tensed up and dreading every move the dentist makes.(I went to sleep twice) and I will be recommending her to everybody I know and once again I just want to say she is an exceptional Dentist.
