Today I received a message from him on WhatsApp. Accusing me of being a spy. It has now been confirmed that he is the one sending me letters to my house without an address. He accuses me of spying. And he is threatening, intimidating and making accusations. I will look for a lawyer to help me. I will include the letter he sent today. I also have the letters he sent before..

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today at White & Bright Family Dental with Dr Mark Henin and I have to say he's one of the best! I had a double wisdom teeth extraction and filling and he did it with precision and ease. He ran me through the process in detail making sure I was comfortable with everything and addressed questions I had. After the procedure he took the time to discuss proper after care process and we spoke about Do's and Don'ts. Earlier in Feb, I took my family (hubby + 7yo & 16yo kids) for a dental check up and a clean. He was great and very gentle with the kids and now my son is not afraid to go to the dentist! The lady in reception is lovely too! Plenty of parking onsite and they have a great online booking tool for self servicing. They also confirm your booking with a phone call a day or so prior to your appointment. Such great service. Highly recommend! ❤️

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old daughter needed a filling for one of her baby teeth and after visiting so many dentists that recommended general anaesthetic surgery! A friend recommended dr Sandy who then did my daughters filling and clean on the chair over 2 treatments ..I cannot express how thankful and grateful I’m to dr Sandy that saved me thousands of $. The experience we have had is amazing, I cannot wait to go back with my other children for all their check up and cleans!

Negative experience: No recommended, they didn’t detect the main problem with my husbands tooth but treat the other tooth which didn’t have much issues. General cleaning is ok but not good for other tooth treatment. Unfortunately. Also they don’t accept Govt vouchers for elderly people which is very inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amgad was amazing I was in pain crying within 10mins of seeing him I was all smiles before even getting my tooth pulled out. He numbed the area and pulled my tooth out in less than a minute. He did this after 12am as well as it was an emergency extraction. If you have any tooth emergencies don’t hesitate to call him!!

Positive experience: Had to take my 12 year old daughter that was very scared needing to have a tooth pulled out. We were seen by doctor Mark Henin, his friendly and calming attitude reassuring her she was going to be ok. Managing to have 2 bad teeth pulled out instead of one due to how gentle he was. I would highly recommend doctor Mark for all ages.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed 4 days ago & I'm absolutely amazed that the tooth was extracted in less than 60 seconds & with no pain at all. In the following days after the extraction, there was no pain whatsoever in any way. Just like to thank the staff for a pain free experience & great customer service. Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Negative experience: visited this practice with sore gum behind my wisdom tooth. there was swelling and pain which started few days prior. the dentist who consulted me ENSURED ME that my wisdom tooth was the problem causing swelling and had to be extracted. Just because my tooth had to be extracted the dentists suggested that a scan was necessary. i paid 170 for the scan and 55 for consultant fee. i was prescribed antibiotics and pain killer. after taking these for a few days the swelling went down and i had no pain. my gum was fine like before. i visited another dentist for a peace of mind and had another scan done. the second dentist confirmed that there was no issue with the tooth that was going to be removed, the gum had some infection which cause the swelling which is now fine after taking antibiotics there is a big discrepancy and i feel the scan was not required at that time, the information given to me was incorrect and i don't feel safe going back to this clinic. a narayan

I called the next day as I was in pain following a treatment, they scehduled earliest available appointment with no hassles. They are very flexible and tried to accomodate around my work timings as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected visit in June and the team was able to fit me in almost immediately. From then on, Dr Caroline has worked with me for all remediation work and has always been available with her best all times, sometimes multiple times a week. The whole experience from the time I walk in till I walk out is so personalised that I feel a part of the White & Bright family. Everything is explained to me prior for to understand what I can expect during and after the visit. I WILL NOT allow anyone to else to touch my teeth.

The second visit was to do extraction and installing space maintainer and the service was also amazing I would like to thank the whole staff and appreciate their efforts.

Negative experience: ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** A filling i had chipped and i needed a dentist ASAP and found an appointment with this company which i took (first time visiting) Went in to have a chipped filling checked out, which i was advised would require a filling or a root canal procedure due to severity. The dentist proceeded accordingly in which a filling would not suffice and a root canal was required. the 1st stage seem to be ok as far as i was aware however that's where any positives stopped. Upon return for the next stage of my root canal, the dentist started prepping the tooth and before clamping proceeded to drill out the prior filling from the stage 1 root canal. when applying the clamp the dentist broke my tooth and did not advise me of the situation when it happened. As the dentist proceeded to file the canal she mentioned that there was excessive bleeding and needed another x-ray (see attached) in case of a perforation. Upon reviewing the x-ray the dentist stated there was a perforation and the file had indeed gone out of my tooth. The dentist stated "that the canals were difficult and this is what caused it" and upon finding the perforation she advised it would need to be extracted (this is where i was advised that she had in fact broken my tooth). There was no admission of fault however it was clearly an error on the dentist part in both issues. When leaving i discussed the payment accordingly in which i was advised i had actually been overcharged on my first visit. I took my case to my usual dentist KDS Dental in Padstow who were appalled at the work carried out and advised that too much tooth had been removed to place a reliable crown and that the perforation should not have occurred as the canals on maulers are quite easy to locate. They had to carry out a surgical extraction on the tooth and now i am up for a $5000 dental implant. to say i'm upset is an understatement at the situation im now in alot of pain writing this review in hopes that no one else suffers the same fate.
