Fantastic experience: Had a lovely afternoon with Dr Samantha Tang today! Extremely professional practice, from the receptionist to the dental assistants to Dr Samantha. Super friendly people, warm and inviting. For my first appointment I got a comprehensive consultation with photos and scans, and a clean too. I was amazed at the level of knowledge and expertise displayed by Dr Samantha! When operating in my mouth she was incredibly gentle and caring. I’ve booked my six month check up already, and am quite looking forward to it. I have sensitive teeth but Dr Samantha was very aware and cautious when around them. Thank you to the wonderful team at EPFD and Dr Samantha Tang! Would highly recommend!

The clinic is clean and full of new equipment and tech like TVs on the ceiling so that you can watch and be entertained during your treatment, which definitely makes the process quicker and more pleasant. The staff are also welcoming, friendly and professional. I might actually maintain regular check ups here!

They gave me lots of support throughout the whole process, and I honestly don’t think I felt any pain at all. In fact, I’m pretty sure I even had a little sleep during the procedure! Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Emu Plains Family Dental have been amazing. After putting off visits for years I went to EPFD on recommendation from friends. I am very much impressed with the practice and am happy to say my family will be returning for all future visits. Doctor Adeline Dao is very professional, skilful and friendly. She has helped me replace a broken retainer, cleaned and set a crown on a tooth which has been problematic for years. My first visit was for an emergency orthodontic problem that was fixed the next day. It has been easy to make appointments which are available at short notice. Pricing is fair and affordable. The practice accepts private health cover. Doctor Alice He has taken care of my two children. She is very good with kids, provided us sound advice on helping the kids look after their teeth. Doctor He was excellent when setting caps on my daughters teeth and her calming nature settled my kids during their first visits. My kids are now comfortable with attending dentist appointments which is a credit to Doctor He and the team. Sarah and Amy always greet you well at the reception. They are friendly, comforting and communicate well when booking appointments. The practice is always clean and presents as modern well looked after. If your looking for a reliable Dental practice I dont hesitate in recommending this team.

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit at this dental clinic, with our granddaughter seeing Dr Ashley. Greeted by the lovely receptionist was a friendly and comforting experience. My instincts were instant, that I have come to the right place. My young grandaughter has mentioned several times over the week how much she liked Dr. Ashley. In her words, she loved how gentle and caring she was. That by explaining things to her and showing her pictures of what she was explaining, made her comfortable. She says she's really nice and she wants to continue all her future dental appointments with her. I must agree with my granddaughter. A very nice clinic and team indeed! We left very happy. I am due for a check up myself. I have a lot of anxiety and fear of my own and haven't been back to my dentist because of it. However, I think I am going to book here to help me past that fear. I am petrified, but I know this lovely team can help me through that. This is going to be our future family Dentist. I wasn't the patient for this visit, but watching how good they were, I know this will be the place for me and my family. Fantastic experience: At Emu Plains Family Dental I found the Receptionists Sarah and Jess friendly, patient and helpful. Melody works and assists well with Dentist Samantha. All the girls are lovely. Samantha is excellent, a beautiful person who is gentle as a butterfly. I did not have any pain during proceedure. I told a customer on way out how good she is and on the way home on the bus I told 3 Noone schoolboys i knew, how wonderful the practice is. They were impressed to hear I had no pain at all. They are from a family of 8 children. I would and will recommend this practice to many. Lovely atmosphere and clean professional service provided by all. I hope EMU PLAINS FAMILY DENTAL stays in our area as it is handy and great to have a awesome service in the Lennox Centre which is close to other, often frequented shops. PERFECT LOCATION. Great choice whoever had the bright idea.

Fantastic experience: Finally, a dentist visit where I walked away content, almost with a spring in my step. Why almost? Because a tooth extraction was required. Trauma from a previous dentist led me to find a new practice. EPFD is new and close by. I was able to get an appointment quickly with Dr. Samantha Tang who was gentle and really listened to my anxiety and concerns around dentists. She preceded with extra care and professionalism that was greatly appreciated, offering many treatment options available to me. The clinic is modern, clean and the receptionists and assistants are all lovely and excellent at what they do. THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: I had my first dental appointment last week and wasn’t sure what to expect. I usually feel quite anxious about seeing the dentist, but Dr. Sam was incredibly reassuring and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment, which really helped ease my nerves. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you are looking for a new dentist in the area!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ashley and Sam did an amazing job removing all four of my wisdom teeth in one session. I was extremely anxious about undergoing surgery, particularly as all four of my wisdom teeth were impacted, but they patiently took me through all my options and I was very happy with the IV Sedation I opted for. The clinic was very accommodating throughout the whole process, and made sure to follow up post-procedure to ensure a smooth recovery. Cannot rate this clinic highly enough, especially if you're looking for a high quality team! This clinic is a little out of the way for me but its definitely worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to the dental clinic. I had heard good things on a mums Facebook page and have been looking for a new dentist for the family. The practice is clean and bright! I was greeted warmly by Amy the receptionist and a fellow worker she was training. The interactions between co workers were so pleasant and kind! The surgery room I was shown to had great amenities, even a tv on the roof! I felt like the dentist listened to me and then was happy to not do the larger option so I felt comfortable. Since coming I have book the surgery, along with a clean in 6 months and my husband has booked also. I am also reconsidered the pediatric dentist I currently take my kids too to now come to Emu Plains Family Dental. It’s early days but it seems like a beautiful team and facilities and so far we are happy coming here! I’d say give it a try too if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am new to the Emu Plains Family Dental Clinic. I changed over because they moved into my neighbourhood and it is much closer to where I live than my previous dentist. I have had two visits to the clinic and on both occasions as well as on the telephone have found the reception staff very friendly and professional. I am blessed to have Dr. Alice He as my dentist as she is highly skilled and thorough, and has excellent communication skills. She is also a very friendly, caring individual. I am very impressed with the state of the art dental equipment and I am confident that my needs will be met with some of the more advanced dental work I require and have been planning to get done for some time. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an upgrade in dental clinic or simply considering because they have moved into the Emu Plains area.

Fantastic experience: Sam was amazing. First time at Emu Plains Family Dental. I had previously looked into them as I needed a new dentist and the day before my first appointment, crisis hit and I needed a dentist asap. I called up and Amy was honestly a god send. She was calming and clearly went out her way to reassure me she would do what she could, and within half an hour she had me in. I arrived and after sharing with Sam my struggles with my teeth, he reassured me we would come up with a plan of action, but first step was getting me out of pain. He was completely transparent, showing me exactly why I needed what work. Despite knowing I had been to the dentist more times than I can count, he still talked me through every step of the procedure and checked in constantly. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I’m in my 60s and in all my years of going to various dental clinics, none have come anywhere close to Emu Plains Family Dental. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. I saw Dr Sam Lin, I have never had a dentist take the time to fully explain things to me and advise on options the way Dr Lin did. The dental assistant was also great. There is no way I will be going to any other practice, thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend the team at Emu Plains Dental more. Dr. Ong was so good with our 6yo! She was having a dental procedure that was so daunting for her and for myself and husband. Dr.Ong was so kind, informative and engaging. It was so comforting to see her engage our daughter to help her feel comfortable and talk to her throughout the whole process. Not mention the tv on the roof and the cool glasses for kiddos! Following a successful procedure I even received a follow up phone call from Dr. Ong to check in on our little patient which I thought I just thought was so lovely and caring. I certainly won’t be going anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: A long time between check ups and Dr Ray and his assistant were thorough using great technology to gain a full understanding of my oral health. Dr Ray was excellent at listening and communicating where my health is and what immediately ‘needed’ doing. And such a reasonable cost for the high level of service I received. The most gentle exam and treatment I have ever had. A bonus to have the roof TV for a distraction.
