Negative experience: Spent one hour drive only to find out my booking (made in person) a month ago was double booked. Was not even tried to prioritise my clean but asked to wait until the last booking instead. Not bothered to fix problem they made.

Fantastic experience: Recently I was assisted in obtaining an appointment at Peaceful Dental by Sasha, a very pleasant young member of their staff. The problem was a broken tooth and during the visit Dr Kim was very good at explaining my options. He very gently administered a local anaesthetic before removing the said tooth which we both agreed was the best option. The extraction, although a bit stressful as is the case for any operation, especially when one is conscious, went very smoothly. All through the procedure I felt I was in very safe, caring hands of both the dentist and his dental nurse.

Fantastic experience: This was my first ever visit to a dentist and I can say whole heartedly that I would definitely recommend Peaceful Dental to anyone. Being my first time ever visiting a dentist, it was very daunting as many may have experienced before. But I was greeted by a very bubbly receptionist by the name of Sheree (sorry if this isn’t the correct spelling) who made me feel comfortable and welcome. Soon after, I was greeted by Dean who was the dentist for my appointment. Dean did a great job of making me comfortable and going through the whole process assuring me that I had nothing to worry about. Fantastic experience: Taking our children (aged 2, 3, 8 and 9) to see the dentist used to be a pretty traumatic even for all of us. However, for the last 2 years, since attending this clinic the children actually enjoy seeing the dentist. The difference being that the dentists explain what they're doing, they speak softly and are kind even if my 2 year old is being uncooperative. I also had my braces fitted and maintained here. And I am honeslty unable to fault any part of the process.

Negative experience: Spent ~$10,000 for orthodontics. Asked to have a wisdom tooth removed beforehand that caused issues every 6 months or so. I was advised it would grow in fine according to an xray. Throughout orthodontic treatments I asked again when my face swelled on that side, and was finally booked for removal 3 months out (and advised at the time that it wasn't emergent or even necessary to remove despite pericoronitis being noted, and up to me if I wanted to go ahead as I was the one paying). A new xray was not taken. Part of my orthodontic treatment was plates to reshape my palate and jaw. It boggles my mind that the old xray over 12m old was used despite jaw conformation changes and tooth placement changes. Booked x2 to be removed, with the swollen side the main concern. Asked repeatedly on the day of for this one to be taken out first in case anything happened that prevented x2 removals that day. Wrong tooth was removed that day and took longer than anticipated as the xrays did not show how intricate the roots were, so the problem tooth remained. Today I visited a new dentist who xrayed me immediately as my face is swollen again. Pericoronitis is again present in the wisdom tooth I initially asked to have removed. Strong reassurances received that this wisdom tooth does not have room to grow in and would be why it has only ever peeked out 1/4 of the full tooth in 4 years. Immediately booked for removal. $10,000 down the drain as my lower teeth have shifted from the force of the wisdom tooth trying to shove its way into a space it does not fit. A tooth I had to push to get booked in to begin with. I've been with you guys since the ADCC days and it has progressively gotten worse. Charging me for cleans before braces get put on as "your teeth have to have a hygiene clean before braces but it isn't covered by the $10,000 treatment plan." Without making me aware of it prior to the appointment. This is the equivalent of me going to a vet clinic and paying for a medical treatment plan for a broken leg, and then being told at cast application time that the nurses shaving/prepping the leg isn't covered in the treatment plan and will be an additional cost. If it's necessary for the initial treatment it should be included with the initial treatment. Over it. I'm upset, sore, and just plain angry at the treatments I received over the years.

Fantastic experience: My toddler and I attended this dental surgery yesterday for her first ever check-up. I wasn't too sure how well she would go but Dr.Taylor was so calm and friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable in the dentist chair. She sat there perfectly whilst she looked at her teeth, even stayed there for a clean and flouride without any fuss! She's still raving about how much fun she had at the dentist. Very child-friendly. 10stars! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Peaceful Dental (formerly ADCC) has been my family dental clinic for many years. In that time, visits for periodic cleans, fillings, braces, splints and more have ensued. Each time, regardless of dentist used, the experience has been stress-free and pleasant. Each person is as polite, professional and friendly as the next and, truth be told, it's tough to pick a favourite. I will give kudos to Dr Denise, however, who is truly special where personalised care and customer service is concerned. The reception team is also awesome; walk in and you're greeted with a smile and a chat, guaranteed. Peaceful Dental, importantly, is very understanding and accommodating with anxious patients. My wife finds dental appointments genuinely challenging yet, on each occasion, she's met with calm and caring treatment, making the experience far less difficult. Overall, Peaceful Dental is a wonderful clinic, staffed by people whose empathy, understanding and skills make for a positive, relaxed interaction.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Dentists. All the staff are very kind and friendly. I have PTSD for dentists due to bad dentists and a life of teeth problems. Dr Jamie Wang was so kind, and as gentle as she could be with a hard extraction. She explained everything and took the time to let me deal with everything. Courtney, Dr Wang's assistant was great as well and also kept my fear levels at bay. I will be going to them again for any other work I need doing. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an excellent dentist, look no more, Dr Jeff is the dentist for you. I have always had a fear of dentists since I was a child. From the first visit to ADCC, (where I was very very nervous), I was made feel at ease, from the lovely reception staff, to the great dental assistants staff to the wonderful Dr Jeff, who took the time to talk with me and made me feel comfortable about what I needed. Dr Jeff was gentle and explained the procedures before during and after each procedure. Thanks for making this experience easy for me, I would thoroughly recommend ADCC.

Negative experience: Horrible. Had one dentist who drilled my tongue and still made me pay full price. Another time they contacted me 3 times to confirm my appointment then phoned a 4th time to advise the dentist was no longer available that day. When I rebooked the receptionist booked the incorrect day and got cranky at me because she was wrong. Never going back. Not worth the hassle.
