Fantastic experience: I had my first tooth removed here and hadn’t been to a dentist in 13 years so I was really scared but I felt absolutely no pain and feel way more confident to go back now They were very gentle and the other workers are very nice too!

Negative experience: The dentist used way too much pressure when injecting the anaesthetic — he leaned in with his whole shoulder and forced it in. It was extremely painful, and the injection site stayed sore for weeks afterward. I’ve never had that happen before. It felt rushed and unprofessional.”

I especially like Dr Beverly San Pablo she is very skilled and knowledgeable as well as having an excellent bedside manner with her patients, making your visit extremely relaxing and worry free. Staff is also of high quality, friendly, courteous and efficient. Thoroughly recommend especially if you're nervous or a first timer.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a long time, the staff have always been incredibly friendly and professional. Great establishment for the local community, couldn't recommend it enough.

Negative experience: Disappointing service and poor respect for patient's time. Had a 6pm appointment booked and confirmed with reception staff. Day of appt I was asked to change to a 430 or 5 time, told them I could make 5 but would be up to 5 mins late. At 459 I was called and told I had to rebook. Cherry on top they couldn't accommodate any other appointment times I could make, offering a time 2 weeks away at least they got an early mark.

Fantastic experience: Having had a morbid fear of dentists since my teen years, a good friend suggested seeing Beverley San Pablo at Smile Craft Dental. Thankfully I took her advice. Beverley is amazing, she's caring, calming, gentle & very good at what she does. All the staff there are lovely. You can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: Talk about happy accidents. I pass this place most days on my way to coffee in the mornings. One broken tooth later and I’m in their waiting room. The first thing you notice is how clean and tidy it is, professional and reassuring in its tone. Then there’s the receptionist/dental nurses. Bright, eager, knowledgeable and friendly. The Doctors are just as welcoming, free with their explanation of what’s going to happen and why. They talked me through the entire process and did it in a manner that kept me engaged and relaxed in equal measure. THIS is now MY dentist. I won’t go anywhere else, by happy accident I managed to stumble across a brilliant practice filled with brilliant people! Who knew?! 10/10 and five stars across the board.

I would recommend anyone who is nervous going to a dentist (and who isn't? ) to give her the opportunity to show you that you don't have to be worried about dental treatment when you see her.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with smile craft dental. I had my son booked in for a filling and was met with a very rude dentist who had a lot of negative things to say about my son and I. I will never be back! if you have children I advise you to go elsewhere for dental work unless you like being called stupid.

Dr Beverly and her team are always friendly, very professional, and they make the experience smooth and worry free. Thank you Dr Beverly!! The dental practice is always immaculately clean, it is very convenient with good parking and there's a park nearby for my daughter to play in afterwards. I believe this dental practice will help my daughter set up a lifetime habit of looking after her teeth and gums. I would highly recommend Smile Craft Dental.

A few years ago saw another dentist in Newcastle who seemed in a rush, pushed for the most expensive option and didn’t seem interested when I said what had been completed prior wasn’t quiet right. Total contrast at Smilecraft. So friendly, lots of options, open to questions, even text message next day checking all ok. Great people great service
