Fantastic experience: Best dentist in the southwest.Ive been going there for years now and its an hours drive but wouldn’t consider any others.professional,courteous and excellent dentists.

Fantastic experience: I recently had dental work at Busselton Dental Practice and Dr Luiz was the practitioner. Excellent service and excellent outcome. I changed over from another dentist in the area due to sub par service, and am very impressed with Dr Luiz's professionalism and the service provided overall. I will now be using Busselton dentist regularly and would not consider any other practice. I am afraid of dentists as many people are, however on this occasion I felt safe in their hands.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit today - my first visit to a dentist in many years as I am someone who gets a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to past experiences. I can say nothing but good things about this particular place. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, lovely staff at reception, and my dentist Dr Luiz was great. He made me feel at ease, explained things to me clearly, walked me through everything he was doing when he was doing it and overall made the experience enjoyable. I will continue my dental health journey here without a doubt.

Recently my long serving dentist retired and Ken has taken me on as a patient. Ken treated me with respect, politeness and a stress free experience.

I felt comfortable, well-informed and definitely cared for during my root canal. Dr Luiz Rosa was outstanding and so were the rest of the team. Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment quickly, which is unusual these days. Dr Luiz Rosa was very friendly and professional and careful with choosing a treatment. He was very professional in his work and I had an excellent result. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the clinic to others. His nurse Amber was excellent as well. Fantastic experience: Dr Luiz Rosa managed to fix my broken tooth. I’m very nervous & have to admit a bit scared of dentists. I found him and the dental nurse to have a lovely manner. He explained what he was doing during the procedure and he is definitely one of the best dentists I’ve been to. The practice manager was also lovely on the phone and got me an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. An excellent experience & I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Went in for a clean and a quick check. Came out having to pay an extra $100 for xrays $37 for fluoride treatment which I wasn't expecting and wasn't disclosed during the consultation. The clean was good though.

My usual doctor John Jacks was away and Dr Frances Denney saw me for the first time and fixed my tooth in a wonderful way, very gently and with no pain at all. I spoke to Carolyn and she was able to give me an appointment with Dr. Kenneth Ng at 2.45pm, as my 'normal' dentist was unavailable. He is a delightful man and gave me a very thorough examination. He was helpful and informative and made me confident that he really knew what he was doing. Thank you Dr. Ken and all the staff for your genuine care.

Fantastic experience: I'm a very anxious dental patient at the best of times but I found immediate comfort with Dr Ken's warm, calm and professional character. He went to the utmost effort to ensure I was comfortable as my procedure took some time. He also provided an excellent detailed description of what he was going to do a well as how. He also showed me the machine which sculptured my cap. I have another procedure planned for early 2025 and I feel completely at ease in Dr Ken's capable hands. He was very meticulous in his work and made sure everything was perfect to deliver the best possible outcome. I can't recommend Dr Ken highly enough. I'm a 100% satisfied patient.
