Fantastic experience: Mum had such a great experience with Dr Kelvin and his team in Officer. He is very gentle, caring and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made mum feel really comfortable throughout her treatment. The clinic is modern, clean and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and professional. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Dr Kelvin to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist in the area!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Officer Smiles in Officer 3809 — especially Dr Kelvin, who has been nothing short of a lifesaver for me. I suffer from burning mouth syndrome and recurrent tongue ulcers, which can flare up unexpectedly and cause extreme discomfort. It’s incredibly difficult to find a dentist willing — and skilled enough — to provide emergency numbing treatment on such short notice. Most clinics either refuse or dismiss the urgency of the pain. But Dr Kelvin is different. He has treated me twice now on short notice, and both times he offered immediate relief using the most effective numbing medication. While other dentists have turned me away with excuses or cited vague guidelines, Dr Kelvin understood my condition, empathised with my pain, and most importantly — took action. He assured me that I was not being unreasonable and provided the care I desperately needed, when others simply wouldn’t. After being refused treatment elsewhere (even yesterday!) due to a dentist admitting a lack of skill, I came straight back to Dr Kelvin — and within minutes, I was out of pain. His confidence, professionalism, and clinical mastery are everything you’d hope for in a health care provider. From now on, I’ll be transferring all of my dental care to Officer Smiles. The clinic is friendly, professional, compassionate, and above all — capable. If you live in Officer or nearby and need a truly competent and caring dental team, this is the clinic to trust. I wholeheartedly recommend Officer Smiles to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Fairly priced, $180 for first meeting; clean and polish, have all the modern equipment, friendly staff, and fully competent dentists. Properly explains what they're doing and why, with xrays and photos shown on the large TV screen. Very happy with the work done and the level of professionalism. Modern and comfortable consulting rooms.

Fantastic experience: Super nervous of dentist and history of bad experiences in the past, so I hadn't been to dentist in ages. An abscess on Christmas Eve led to an emergency visit to Officer Smiles a few days later. Blown away by customer service, genuine care, and best of all, probably the first time a dentist has genuinely taken my fears into consideration and gone the extra mile to ensure a relatively pain free and stress free experience. I have since been back to get all my teeth cleaned and a check up, and believe I've now found a dentist I feel 100% comfortable with. Highly recommend Dr JY Ng! Practice is super clean and modern. Reception go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. I wish I'd found Officer Smiles sooner so I'd taken better care of my teeth.

His fees are also very reasonable. I know that with Dr Ng, I am getting the best care available, at some of the best rates.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this family dental clinic and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. JY Ng. Having visited numerous dentists in the past, both in hospitals and commercial practices, this was my first time at a family dental clinic. The experience was genuinely positive. What stood out was Dr. JY’s commitment and focus to educate patient about oral health, rather than pushing into high-end treatments, was something that I appreciated. He took the time to explain dental issues in-depth, even drawing the tooth to help me understand. This level of patient education is something I had not encountered since childhood. There was one incident happened after the treatment and I felt unwell at home. Dr. JY’s response was remarkable. He provided advice over the phone and urged me to return if I did not improve. He even called in the afternoon to check on my condition and scheduled a follow-up visit. Even after a week, Gabby, his staff called in to check how I was feeling. This level of care and humility is truly rare in the medical profession. The only minor issue was his constant remark about my small mouth, something beyond my control. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Dr. JY and this family dental clinic for their exceptional service and genuine concern for patients.

Before the removal, I was warned by my colleagues and friends that it will be very painful and I might not be able to work the next day. However, the experience I had with Dr Kelvin was painless!
