Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for about 10 years and I've had sort of dental work done by a number of ladies i cluding teeth pulled, cleaning, fillings, xrays etc. One time a dental nurse gave me a stern talking to about flossing and ngl I've flossed everyday since. I'll keep coming here till they close or till I die whatever come first I guess. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My recent experience at Lincoln Road Dental has been a turning point in my oral health journey. As a younger person I was lucky enough to have generally pretty good teeth which led me into a false sense of security. I ignorantly believed that I didn't need dental care and avoided the dentist for about ten years until one day a molar fell apart. Dr. Cureton and her team sorted me right out. They investigated my problems (too numerous to mention here) and devised and executed a rectification plan. During my time in the practice I felt relaxed and safe, despite my anxiety and nervousness. The staff create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and exude professionalism and competency that made me so comfortable they had to remind me not to fall asleep while in the chair. Now I feel positive about my dental health and have a newfound appreciation of the importance of regular dental checkups. I'll be coming back time and again.

I seen Dr Jeff today and he was incredible, I hadn’t seen a dentist for quiet some time so I was a little nervous but he made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained what treatment was required and the options I had that best suited me. My 8yr old son came with me and after I had finished he wanted it be his turn !! So we’ve booked him in for a check and clean :)

The space is warm and welcoming, all the dentists are friendly, professional and gentle. I’ve had my braces done there, retainers, X-rays the whole lot! Absolutely lovely staff and and lovely clinic!

Fantastic experience: My husband had been going to a different dental clinic and after some complications we reached out to Lincoln Road Dental and he was treated by Dr Kylie Cureton. He required a few appointments and each time he was always extremely grateful for Dr Kylie’s patience and care. She provided options and always made sure he understood the pros and cons to each option so that he could decide what was best suited to him.

Fantastic experience: At my age of 85+ I have been to a number of dentists overseas and here. My experience of Dr. Jeff's skills and empathy was exceptional. He worked hard and well to achieve the wonders with my teeth and the new dentures.

Fantastic experience: The most delightful staff. As an extremely anxious dentist goer, the lead up to appointments would traditionally be filled with dread. Not anymore! I have seen multiple dentists and Lincoln Road and they have all engaged with genuine patience, warmth and respect. Procedures are explained clearly and I feel extremely safe in their care. Most recently, Kylie has done some work on my teeth and her calm and reassuring manner is nothing short of wonderful. Fantastic experience: All staff are compassionate and to your situation. I dont like going to dentist at the best of times, however the staff here make it as relaxing and comfortable as they can, which makes it easier to handle

Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr Jenny when she worked in Melton, cannot recommend her enough she is a fantastic dentist hence why I followed her. Sadly I’ve had to rebook a couple of times due to catching covid and now my daughter is sick with possible covid, I did the right thing as a loyal patient and I called the clinic to re book my appointment as due to the current covid stuff and not having someone able to watch my sick child I thought I better not bring my daughter in with me as it’s not the right thing to do. After a conversation with receptionist I was informed that due to having to reschedule today due to my sick child that for me to make any future appointments a deposit has to be made. Now don’t get me wrong I had the money to leave a deposit but declined due to principal feeling like I was punished for something that is out of my control. Sadly I will now have to find a new dentist which is giving me bad anxiety but Dr Jenny knows that I had always been a loyal patient who hadn’t rescheduled in the past. So disappointed to say the least. This is no judgement on Dr Jenny as she is amazing. Just wanting to make others aware how the practice runs.

I received thorough and comprehensive assessments and information and was provided with all relevant options for treatment. All my questions were answered in a professional and informative manner and I felt that I was making a decision with all the facts I needed. The treatment itself was seamless, with attention to my comfort as much as possible. The rest of the team were kind and courteous. It's a place where you walk in and immediately recognise the people here enjoy their work and enjoy being there every day.
