Fantastic experience: Best dental visit ever!! Just had an appointment with Dr Jennifer. She is super nice and caring. They took care of my decayed teeth and everything went smooth. The assistant will apply lip cream all the time to prevent lip cracking. They also allow you to watch Netflix while having the procedure, which is a great distraction! I’ll bring my kid over for this in the future!

Fantastic experience: I went for a wisdom teeth removal. Dr.Sarah was super professional and caring at the same time. I was given clear information over the diagnosis and the options of treatment. During the procedure, Dr.Sarah made sure that I was equally (or more) important as the procedure itself. She confirmed at every step if I was comfortable and kept me informed of the progress. Dr.Sarah is really good at sensing and keeping the pain levels at the minimum. The after care was also great, they texted me to check on me the next day. Highly recommend Gateway Dental, if you are looking for professional yet a caring dental service.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, sorry for being late. Seen Richard pre covid and we did a lot of work, mind you I hadn't seen a dentist for a long time. So if you're apprehensive about dentists, Richard is the one to put you at ease. He is very gentle and professional. Covid hit and then I went overseas for a while and then back this year and surprisingly nothing is required just a minor clean. I fully recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: After hearing how amazing Doctor Richard is from my fiance I finally decided to book myself in for a well deserved check up and clean and I was absolutely blown away by the care and attention I received today. Due to it being 5 years since my last dentist visit my teeth were in need of a deep clean so i was very nervous but Doctor Richard made sure I wasnt in any pain at all and stopped every few minutes to let me rest my mouth and check on how I was feeling. Fantastic experience: I recently took my 9 year old son to see Richard for a filing. He was so nervous going in, but the staff were all very sweet and calming. Richard has such a friendly, calm, patient and respectful personality, that my son quickly relaxed. He got was so caught up watching Minions that the filling was over and done with and he was still just laying back in the chair without a care in the world. It was such a positive experience for him, I could not have asked for more. I am so grateful to Richard and his staff for being so caring. They didn't push or rush my son and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. I will be moving my whole family over to Gateway Dental. Fantastic experience: Dr Richard is my regular dentist for many years now. Though I have done many treatments, cleaning and checkups with him, this is the 2nd time I am writing a review. Yesterday I went for a regular checkup and he found a abnormal cavity by accident seeing some food particles. Immediately he took the X-rays and completely cleaned it and filled it perfectly. I would have gone through a big complex procedure if it was not found. He didn’t only did the treatment great, but explained to me everything in detail as usual too. His assistance Alice and friendly Vivian to be thanked heaps too.

Fantastic experience: I have attended a few dentist services in my life yet I have never reviewed any other service with such conviction. Gateway dental was recommended by a friend who’s child had needed work. An oversight I hadn’t taken my children for dental checkups until the eldest was 5. Fortunately they didn’t require anything other than 6 monthly reviews. I highly recommend Gateway Dental especially Dr Richard Chee! His knowledge of dentistry and its application is to the highest standard. I am truly thankful to Dr Chee and his exceptional team. They are experts and their professionalism exceeds all expectations. Recently during an extremely stressful time which was lessened when Dr Chee was able to assess my son and write a report with his findings and recommendations. The efficient response ensured no further delays were encountered. Dr Chee is so professional and has such a lovely manner with how he communicates with my children. The techniques that he uses with my children is very comforting and I feel very confident with him working with my children. Dr Chee and the team are fantastic. The practice is clean and reception staff are always welcoming. The clinic is modern and professional and is accomodating of both children and adults. The children love the fact they choose what is played on the overhead entertainment system during their appointment.

Fantastic experience: By far and large the best dental experience I've had. Had a checkup and 2 wisdom teeth extracted from Dr. Richard Chee. What sets Dr. Chee apart from any other dentist I've been to is his extraordinarily patient/gentle demeanor and ability to thoroughly answer any question you may have. He'll sit down and go over pictures, xrays, and scans with you and ensure that everything is explained and your mind is at ease before anything is conducted/before you leave. On top, his staff are absolute top-notch and a big shout-out to Vivian for such an incredibly warm and welcoming receptionist. Please let me me know if you set up shop back in Canada doc.

Nextflix on the chair is an extra bonus, you don’t realize you’re at the dentist. Easy to book appointments and very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Have my 2 wisdom teeth removed here, one at a time. Not to mention the staff are super nice, the most important is that I can almost say that my experiences of teeth removal are painless, yes I am not joking, I didn't even realised when it's pulled out. If you live nearby, no need to look elsewhere if you need help with your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was searching for a dentist with good reviews on google, and came across Gateway Dental Health and Dr Nina with a solid 5.0 score so I thought let's give it a go. I never regretted my decision. Entering the clinic, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from the lady receptionist, and immediately knew it would be a good experience. The equipment was state-of-the-art, and Dr Nina was very patient in explaining the my dental health condition. She also presented multiple treatment options for me to choose from, with detailed pros and cons for each. Overall, a 100% positive experience, and I'd recommend Dr Nina and the Gateway Dental Health team for anyone, because I know they will be well-taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the clinic for a few years now. Dr Richard is easily the best dentist I've ever seen. He takes the time to explain things to you and show you photos of problem teeth/areas. Parking is easy, staff are friendly and accommodating, the clinic is very clean and modern, opening hours are great, and you can book online.

They were tender and gentle with the dental cleaning procedure, I hardly felt any pain I cannot tolerate. Dental wash can be painful, but Dr.Nina and her team made it less terrifying. Two episodes of Friends, and I have clean teeth!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist, compassionate, patient and thorough. This a new dental practice tucked away behind the eight mile plains bus terminal car park. I recommend to any commuters to make an appointment before or after work. Easy to walk to, Dr Chee got to the bottom of my dental problem and spent a long time going over everything with Dental advice. He was flexible with me regarding my appointment time as well which is a big factor when you go to work all the time. Highly Recommended I just had Richard complete my Upper Denture .. It looks like I have Porcelain Veneers. Such a caring and professional dentist .. His staff are lovely and the whole team follows up on how you are going.. Nothing is too much trouble .. Fantastic experience: Amazing attention to detail from the team at Gateway Dental Health. The team are welcoming, caring, and professional. The clinic is vibrant and clean, and the TV above the chair is great for watching Netflix to calm the nerves. The clinic also has an X-ray machine/room which is great as you can get your X-rays done on site and have a consultation immediately afterwards to discuss any concerns or work to be done. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed of this clinic on my first visit there for a tooth extraction. The clinic looks modern and spotless clean.The waiting area is large and airy. It gives you a relax and friendly feeling. Lying on the dental chair, the dental assistant even offered me a choice of TV streaming programs to watch. I picked GEO Animal over The Witcher on Netflix in order to calm myself. I found down that I do not have to for Dr. Nina Ong is very caring and professional in her work. My aching tooth extracted and 4 hours later when the effect of anaesthetic wore off I still feel no pain and no bleeding. If all tooth extractions are like this then I have no fear of a dental visit. I definitely recommend Gateway dental. You will be impressed. 5 stars from me.

From day one, Dr Richard Chee, Dentist and Owner of Gateway Dental has made every single one of my appointments a dream! Everything is spot on and 110% perfect! Initially visiting for a consultation on teeth implants, Dr Chee provided me with everything I needed to know including advance dental imagery, the pro's and con's, health insurance, showed previous examples AND guided me through the process in detail. Unlike previous dentists I have visited they gave me a rushed overview of my case, leaving me feeling uneducated, uninformed and sometimes pressured to undergo unnecessary surgery. Dr Chee is the complete opposite to these poor experiences - he took his time with me and understands not only from a healthcare-provider point of view, but also as a customer/client what we expect and how we like to be treated. I absolutely appreciated the time and care he gives to myself and other clients (judging by other Google Reviews) and that is saying something! Dr Chee is extremely hardworking and still manages to maintain the same level of service from the start of the day to the end of the day! Sometimes working for more than 12 hours a day or has his lunch at 5pm in order to look after his clients first - he is an absolute trooper! Fantastic experience: The practice was in a spotless and clean state with a large comfortable and family friendly waiting area. Easy to get parking. Dr Richard Chee and his team was very through, helpful and friendly. They were able to give me a thorough examination and clean and provided long term advice in caring for my teeth. They had up to date technology which enabled me to see the before and after pictures and the overall health of my teeth. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends and see you again soon!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental experience!! Polite customer service and definitely very professional. Dr Chee was very gentle and meticulous with my tooth. He was informative about my dental condition, using new tech equipments that I've never seen in other practices I've been to. At the end of my session, he was able to explain to me in images, and terms I can understand. And to top it off, there's on-board Netflix entertainment while my tooth's being looked at.
