Fantastic experience: The Dental Group staff are very understanding when you need treatment urgently on your teeth highly recommend local in Caboolture

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Steph and the team at CDG! She kept me well informed at all times and during my clean I experienced almost no uncomfortable sensitivity (which is a first!)

Negative experience: This morning I attended this practice with a voucher from the Govt. I had previously been advised at the govt. clinic that I needed top dentures. I tried to get them to agree to full dentures and they refused. I attended this private practice earlier this year for the pain in the lower right of my mouth. The dentist I saw tested a cracked tooth on that bottom side and established it was not the tooth that was causing the pain. I have so few teeth, top and bottom that the pressure of having to chew in just this area causes pain on the lower jaw every time I need to chew. I have a broken molar on the bottom left and the split tooth on the bottom right. The only other teeth on the bottom are middle teeth not used for chewing. I have about four upper teeth. I presented at the dentist this morning thinking that the dentist would support my logic of having all my teeth removed and getting full dentures. Top dentures alone would still mean that I did not have molars to chew with. The dentist initially suggested that I possibly should have been more forceful at the govt clinic. He then proceeded to examine my teeth. He alluded to the cracked bottom right tooth and said that that was where the pain was. I told him that the previous dentist at his practice had tested the tooth for pain and it was not the tooth. He either thought I was making this up or rejected the findings of his own colleague. He then refused to remove the remaining bottom teeth so that I could get full dentures. He was obviously upset with me for daring to use facts from his colleague which conflicted with his opinion. He stated that it didn't matter what the other dentist said. He was the dentist here now. How can a dentist refuse the request of a patient after they have made a careful and considered assessment of their needs. I am 73 years old and if I only get top dentures, very soon there will be issues with the remaining bottom teeth and I will have to go through the process of adjusting to false teeth all over again. As it is now, the molar on the bottom left is damaged and the one on the right is split and would have to be removed. How does a dentist think a person can chew with just middle bottom teeth? Surely a patient is entitled to have their few remaining teeth removed and not have this process refused by the blind ideology of this dentist. Because I dared to provide him of the facts of the previous dental assessment he told me it was best that I leave and find another dentist. This will not be possible as the voucher will have run out and I will have to go the govt clinic and get back on the waiting list for possibly the same outcome. Does a dentist have the right to refuse a carefully considered request from a patient? Common sense and logic dictates that what I was asking for was far from unreasonable and I should have the final say about the removal of my few remaining teeth. Just to be clear, I am talking about the removal of the six bottom teeth that remain, so that I do not have to go through adjusting more than once to the use of dentures.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have trusted Caboolture Dental Group for over 15 years, and they have always offered excellent service. The reception staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, and the dental care is exceptional. Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend! My 11-yo daughter fell and broke her two front teeth and these guys squeezed her in to see someone within an hour. The dentist, Melanie Wood, was absolutely brilliant. Super kind and gentle and reassuring. She and her dental nurse wiped my daughter’s tears with tissues and held her hand and explained everything, and then Melanie fixed her teeth brilliantly. These guys will be my new dentists for sure!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Kaveh. I struggle with severe anxiety, and I needed to have a molar tooth extracted. Dr. Kaveh was incredibly calm, professional, and supportive, helping me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure. As well as the Dental Assistant. I am so grateful, as I had been putting the extraction off for years, and the process turned out to be much easier than I anticipated. There was really no need for such anxiety The reception staff were also exceptional, from the initial booking through to the completion of the procedure and follow up Thank you!

Fantastic experience: A polite and excellent dental clinic. There was also a Japanese dental hygienist, which made me feel very comfortable as a Japanese patient. The dentist who treated me was, of course, very thorough and professional!! I even felt that the care was more meticulous than in Japan. I would love to continue all my future treatments here!!!

Fantastic experience: This place has the nicest staff. Even though I couldn’t afford the procedure (I’m just too broke) they treated me well, giving me ideas on how I can get help. They also wrote a email explaining what I’m going through so I can hand it to the hospital in hopes of helping me. They apologised so much for not being able to help more and I was confused because they went above and beyond in my opinion. They’re also gonna call me tomorrow to touch base and see how I’m travelling. 5 stars for the staff. I’m sorry I’m poor and if I had money, I’d definitely be getting my teeth done here.

Negative experience: Have had a great experience for the last 8+ years,including a full set of dentures.When the dentures became slightly loose due to gum shrinkage,I took them back to be re-lined.There is NO qualified dental prosthetist at this clinic so was handed to Dr Munns who has NO knowledge about dentures.Without even looking in my mouth to check the fitting he disappeared with them for 40 minutes and returned with all the stabilisers cut off and 2 holes drilled in the upper denture.Now they are so loose as to be unwearable,even with plenty of Polident and a bonus of mouth ulcers.I can't understand why some one without any qualifications in dentures was foisted on to me.They are not repairable so I have to find another clinic who can do basic dentures.VERY UNHAPPY with them For dentures related stuff go to David Lament,a true gentleman very experienced The CDG should be ashamed of themselves for keeping my money without providing the service I paid for and no refund or apology offered.Shame on you Dr Wiley.A further update.Munns's incompetence just cost me 4K for a complete set with a qualified prosthetist.

Negative experience: I was fortunately able to use the Qld Govt Dental provision, as I am 83yo Aged Pensioner. The local Caboolture Group wanted $390 to extract the remainder of my front tooth. This estimate was ONLY phase 1. This was my 2nd urgency. The cosmetic fix a month before had failed. Dr Poorna removed the tooth painfree in about 5min at the Caboolture Hospital Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Great service, with very painful infected tooth I was in desperate need of help. When I phoned, Sandy at reception organised me immediately. I went in and saw Kara a very helpful compassionate dentist who remedied my issues. Thanks heeps. Highly recommended

Dr Richard French and Dr Kerry Martin have been my main dentists over the years and I cannot recommend them enough. Keep up the great work guys !! 10/10

Negative experience: Account system is a mess! Deposits aren't reflecting. Money isn't allocated properly. Took longer to sort out the account then what it took for the dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: The surgeon Doctor Richard French did an excellent job at removing all four of my wisdom teeth...I am not experiencing any nerve damage. But I have a mild infection on the right side of my mouth now and have been given antibiotics to treat it. One of the receptionists wasn't friendly and said I will be feeling sad and sorry for myself while I recover...I just wanted some advice with the healing process.

Fantastic experience: I will from now on go here Dr Richard is the man had my wisdom tooth pulled on Wednesday was awesome i dont even think it took him 10 secs I had happy gas which helped me nerves but other then that the team are awesome thank you Doc for making my experience great i will deffs be going here for all my work that needs to be done on my teeth

Negative experience: I have been attending this clinic for 30 years and today I experienced discrimination. I was discriminated against for my disability and told to go and sit outside in the cold wind. I am healthy and pronounced myself at the clinic with no symptoms and was made to feel like a germ. If I was at all sick I would have stayed home.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are friendly, courteous and proficient. Dentists and assistants really listen and make the experience as pleasant as possible, explaining options, costs and their recommendations to help you fulfil your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice! Attish cleared a spot in his schedule to promptly see our 2yo who'd impacted her tooth. Very competent, well explained and appropriate service. Definitely did not overcharge! I'll be back with the family!

Negative experience: The Receptionist are hopeless do nothing but stuff you around with appointments, I waited 3 months to have one side deep cleaned waited another 3 months to get the other side done via hygienist. The reception ladys called to move to closer date, then call to cancel on me 1 week away from original appointment. They then said I had to wait another so many months. The reception don't do anything to help the manager Rachael is so rude. The dentist's are great but the ladys at the front desk should be fired. I will never go back due to the lack of respect and stuffing me around for months absolute pigs!

From the friendly ladies at the front counter, to Atish, my dentist and his assistants, and to Ryan and Kassandra who all worked above and beyond to help me have work completed prior to my son’s wedding in April. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the wedding could not be held. Everyone is always so professional and helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: This Dental business treats you respectfully all the way through the process from first contact to follow up on dental work. The admin staff follow up on everything straight away. They listen and provide correct answers all the way through the process. The dentists and dental nurses are highly experienced in their roles and communication skills. The fees are quite competitive with others locally, however the relaxing environment really makes this the option to seriously consider. Best dentist practice I have been to in over 30 years.

Fantastic experience: Dr French was recommended to me by a work colleague. If I could give 55 stars I would. Dr French and Amy and Sarah and Leah and Lisa (wish I knew all your names) are absolutely brilliant, I am in the phase 1 of four on one implants currently the top. I have not experienced one tiny bit of pain or any issues, even after surgery I was well recovered within days. Never having a pearly smile in my entire life thus far I couldn't be happier and I'm like tigger the tiger bouncing into Caboolture Dental. The team there are absolutely amazing. See you all in December :):):)

Fantastic experience: Having wanted white teeth for years...(mine just would not whiten with pastes or gels) I was informed Dr Kerr was the person to speak with regarding veneers....he thoroughly went through the processes and explained the pros and cons which enabled me to make an informed decision...both Dr Kerr and his assistant Stevie were great during my two lengthy visits making sure I was relaxed and comfortable...administration staff are very professional and friendly...I can't recommend Caboolture Dental Group enough....I finally have a sparkly white smile!
