Negative experience: i had a voucher from the government so i decide to fill my teeths here i thought they are professional so i fill my 4 teeth but one if it was sensitive the doctor told me to wait 2 months it will be ok then i wait it was still paining but i tell to the doctor he told me to come back to refill so i went there then he refill it but at last he told me if it hurt so come back i will cut the nurve but you have to pay for that and know its paining so at last i think they are not honest if they are why dont they tell me before while i was holding the voucher.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing discomfort.
You attended our clinic using a government voucher, and we completed four fillings on four separate teeth. Before starting, we conducted a full assessment, including X-rays and photographs, to determine the extent of decay as this cannot be assessed just by looking or from a voucher alone.
We explained to you at the time that one of your teeth had a deep cavity, and that while we could proceed with a filling, there was a possibility you might later need root canal treatment if you experienced sensitivity or pain.
The reason we do fillings, especially in cases of deep decay, is to try and save the tooth, which is standard dental practice. When you returned with discomfort, we even replaced the filling at no cost. And let you aware that if the tooth still doesn’t settle then you would need root canal treatment which your voucher does not cover, and you’ll have to pay.
The other three fillings are doing well, as those teeth did not have deep decay. This confirms that the treatment provided was appropriate and done with care.
If you’re still experiencing issues, we’re happy to see you again and discuss the next steps. Your comfort and oral health are always our priority.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic for a general cleaning and check-up, which I originally booked at the quoted price of $120. During my appointment, the doctor informed me that due to additional treatment (including cleaning and an injection), the total would be $250. I agreed to the updated amount. However, when I received the invoice, it listed a charge of $290 with a $40 discount applied—bringing the final total to $250. This was confusing and not in line with what was communicated. I contacted customer service to clarify, and was told that I’m the first customer who has ever been unhappy with receiving a discount. I want to emphasize that my concern is not about the discount itself, but about the lack of clarity and transparency in pricing. If the treatment was $250 as stated during the appointment, I don’t understand why the invoice was inflated and then reduced to match that number. Clear and consistent communication about pricing is essential to maintain trust. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

During your appointment, our team performed both general cleaning and a deep cleaning specifically for two of your teeth, which were located right next to each other. Since this area required focused treatment our dentist recommended the necessary care to address your condition properly.
The prices listed on your invoice reflect our standard and accurate rates. However, because the deep cleaning involved adjacent teeth which does not require significantly more time we applied a $40 discount. This was done to ensure you were not overcharged and only invoiced for the treatment you genuinely needed.
Additionally, our admin team took the time to explain the charges to you in details and also provided you the full invoice for complete transparency.
We always aim to provide fair and quality care for all our patients, and from your profile it seems that you are unhappy in general as you have given 1 Star review to all the businesses.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best dental in Sydney, Anna aka dentist and receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful and professional
Negative experience: I had a dental cleaning here last week, which was supposed to include scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment. The entire procedure was completed in less than 15 minutes, although it typically takes at least 25/30 minutes. After just a week, I feel like I need another cleaning, especially for my back teeth, where my gums have started bleeding again. Usually, after getting them cleaned, my gums would stop bleeding. The dentist was not gentle, and the equipment hurt my gums and inner cheeks when he was using it. At one point, I had to ask him to stop because it hurt so bad that I had tears due to the pain. This was not my first dental visit, and my previous experiences were painless despite my gum bleeding. I chose this place for convenience, as it was closer to my new home, but it was the worst experience.

Usually with bleeding gums and gum disease(gingivitis) it takes over 2 weeks to settle down and heal after the initial cleaning or more if the professional cleaning has not been done over a long period of time. Patients need regular professional cleaning to maintain good gum health in long run and control bleeding gums. You are always welcome to have a second opinion with one of our other dentists. Patient are also always advised to follow post operative instructions about regular brushing and flossing to maintain optimum oral health after the clean. However we have no excuse for the pain you went during the clean, we will now make sure to take better care of it. If you would let us it would be an extreme pleasure to offer you another appointment for the clean and make it right for you.
