I especially appreciated the genuinely holistic focus — not just on dental and orthodontic care, but also on myofunctional aspects like tongue posture, muscle function, and nasal breathing, which other orthodontic specialists hadn’t addressed or had specific expertise in. Fantastic experience: The staff are all so super friendly and polite in their interactions, starting with the receptionist. The hygienist and the dentist were so attentive, took their time explaining things throughout the entire examination and clean. They all conduct themselves in a very professional manner and make the whole experience very pleasant. They take the time to educate also, and with a soft caring approach. However, i am totally not surprised by all this, as Max the resident therapy dog has set the standard of conduct extremely high! It is expected that the rest of the staff will follow suit. ☺️ But in all seriousness, I am so glad that The Dental Gallery is local to me. Highly recommend

My dentist, Lydia, was amazing — she explained everything to me in ways I could easily understand and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I was absolutely blown by the efficiency, practicality, dynamism and the professionalism of this Dental Center (“The Dental Gallery” Point Cook). From the front line Reception Shelpa to the Dentist and Dental Assistant Staff my request was fully executed with finesse and efficiency with an immediate quality result. This Dental Center value their patients needs and chief complaints.They don’t mock around they get the job done if not plan a better options laid out for their patients choices. Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Dental Gallery since moving to Point Cook 15 years ago. Over those years I have also taken my 2 children. All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain procedures and allay any fears. Nomita and Lucy in particular are wonderful with my girls. And Max the therapy dog is just beautiful and a real calming presence. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here since we moved to Australia in 2010. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We see Dr Nomita and she is wonderful, so kind, patient and not to mention she has the cutest dog Max who is there to calm nervous patients. All of the other staff we have come across during our visits have be lovely too including Carolyn on reception.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nomita and the crew at The Dental Gallery have been nothing short of amazing with the dental care they have provided for both of my boys. We were referred for Myotherapy and loved it so much, that we’ve moved our regular dental here too. Some of our requirements have been quite complex (oral trauma) and they have been nothing short of amazing! One of my boys suffers with anxiety and everyone has been very accommodating. Special shout out to Max, the therapy dog!

The receptionists are lovely and the dentists as well as the dental assistants are very professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process. I've had some horrible experiences with other dental clinics in the past and The Dental Gallery - Point Cook is by far the most professional and best dental clinic I've been to! Thank you for an amazing dental experience, I'll foreshore be sticking to this clinic for any future dental work I may need as well as recommend them to all my family & friends x

Positive experience: The clinic is clean and well presented, the staff at the front are lovely and the dental team are all very professional and fantastic at what they do. The only downfall is the inflated pricing compared to other clinics for the same procedures. If you don’t have private health possibly go elsewhere. Can’t fault them on anything else. (My own fault for not shopping around prior)

First dentist I have ever seen who gave me so much insight into teeth, why I was grinding and successfully helped me stop. Lydia will also give you the teeth clean you will ever have. On my initial visit I had huge anxiety over even stepping into a dentist office and my fear was alleviated instantly with the calm energy and the way in which they treat their patients. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about our family’s experience the Dental Gallery. For years I travelled into the city to my previous dentist, because I was scared I wouldn’t find anyone else as good locally. I needn’t have worried! The calibre of the service and staff (dental and admin) at the Dental Gallery is exceptional. I would particularly recommend the practice to anyone who is a bit nervous about dental work. My nervous children are especially well catered for, and supported by Max, the gorgeous therapy dog.

Took my 4yr old after a nasty fall off her bike and they were fantastic, the staff were kind and accommodating, always asked before they touched and really engaged with her to make the experience enjoyable for her! Max the therapy dog is an added bonus who also made the experience fantastic! The staff did a great job at communicating with me also and helped calm me down in my state of panic. The whole clinic really showed a level of care I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I am so grateful that this is the clinic we went to in our time of need.

I'm proud to say that I can now face dental injections without any ounce of fear because of what Nomita taught me and her injection technique! Fantastic experience: I have recently had a difficult root canal done followed by a crown. Nomita was my dentist. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step, as I’m generally very nervous with dentist appointments. The vibe of the dental gallery is nice and it’s obvious they put in alot of effort in making their patients feel comfortable and looked after. I’ve been seeing Nomita and the Team here for many many many years and now travel nearing 2 hours round trip for my appointment. Fantastic experience: I moved to point cook early this year and was looking for a dentist / dental service to accommodate my 3 kids under the age of 9. I not only googled for reviews , even asked in Facebook community page for a recommendation and to my surprise I most people were happy vouching for dental gallery. And when I visited there first time (Aug 2022) for my kids appointment- right from the reception , to waiting , interacting with the specialist and finishing - was a great experience. The entire staff is very profession, friendly , very knowledgeable, patient and all these aspects made a huge difference to our experience. My older child 8+years was due for a filling early this week and it was her first time. She was very anxious. I am glad that she met Dr.Dalina who was looking into her case. The way she patiently handled my child and explained us everything that was going in her dental growth process was remarkable. She is extremely good with kids, very thorough with her subject and welcoming any doubts or questions. We are super grateful to have dental gallery close to our house. And we always come back satisfied. Fantastic experience: My son was recommended to see Dr Gonsalvez for breathing issues as well as the future need for dental correction. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and provided an holistic approach to us,identifying postural issues which have now been corrected. She even went as far as a follow up with a call a few months later to see how he was going. We travelled from the other side of Melbourne to see her and I was very impressed. The clinic is easy to find and All the staff are friendly

Fantastic experience: My girls aged 10 & 12 have been going to the dental gallery for a few years now and the dentist that they see Lydia Wang is absolutely amazing with my girls. They absolutely love her and she is so incredibly good with them. The dental nurses and reception staff are all amazing as well and we will continue to go there for as long as we need to. The therapy dog that they have there for people called Max has also been a lifesaver for my girls. Even I make my appointments for the days he is there so I can have a pat. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough

Fantastic experience: Welcoming and friendly staff that give a little of themselves. Pleasant waiting area but I didn’t have to wait long. Dalina, my dentist was thorough, and gentle. I needed a large filling replaced and she was thoughtful about how I was coping. Taking appropriate breaks throughout the procedure. I like that the surgery has a therapy dog.
