Fantastic experience: I had a really bad toothache one night and went to Brunswick Dental Clinic for an emergency appointment. They looked after me so well and explained everything clearly, which made me feel much more at ease. A week later, I went back for a general clean and it was just as amazing. My teeth feel great and the staff were friendly and thorough. Very happy with both visits

Negative experience: I was given incorrect information and told that I had previously had a filling that was now "cracking" and required redoing. After an extensive review of my dental records, I have never had a filling. I was also informed that I would need two fillings and potentially another three, which required further xray, although I was only experiencing pain in one tooth. This would have cost up to $800 if I had to have all 5 teeth filled. After seeking a second opinion, I was informed that only one tooth needed filling and it was the bottom right wisdom tooth which would need extracting down the line. Wisdom teeth were not mentioned to me at all at this dentist. As someone who is a student, cost is at the forefront of my medical and dental decisions, so the idea that so much unnecessary work was recommended to me is deeply upsetting. I would advise caution and to seek a second opinion if the information you receive does not line up with your previous dental history or how your teeth feel Further update: Regarding your reply, I don't believe it's ethical or legal to discuss my confidential medical information on a public forum, this is a breach of patient confidentiality, please take this down, I can see you have removed some and not all of my information, thank you

The communication was poor, and I was charged a significant amount for services that were never fully delivered. I also felt that the care lacked professionalism and thoroughness. I would advise others to be cautious and consider seeking a second opinion before committing to treatment with her.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yasmin, Rhiannon and her team are truly undercover angels. After a bad experience with other dentists and the dental hospital they took the time out to show compassion and care for my toddler who has been in unbearable pain and even helped get her antibiotics. As a burnt-out and emotional mum i walked out feeling relief and cared for. It's so important to be treated like a human then just a number or customer, they have empathy and are very professional. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and I definitely will be back even if I'm traveling from far. :)

Fantastic experience: I highly Recommend Dr Yasmin! Went to see her due to severe wisdom teeth pain and she handled everything and showed me all my options. In a painless procedure she removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and was also very helpful after surgery by constantly checking up on my healing progress. All of this while being extremely affordable too! Thank you again Dr Yasmin!

Negative experience: Great for basic dental care and check ups. Definitely go to this clinic for those services, very affordable. But do not get teeth removed here. I had a failed tooth extraction, which was no fault of the clinic, it happens sometimes. But the lack of support when I contacted them about my pain as a result of the failed extraction, including days of no sleep, was appalling. It resulted in me needing urgent surgery which was at a significant cost. Update Thank you for responding. I confirm I saw Dr Darren for my check ups and Dr Yasmin for my tooth extraction. She got one out successfully and one was referred to a surgeon. I saw Dr Yasmin on 23 June 2023.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! I brought my 5yo son to another dentist and he was scared. Ended up being referred to pediatric dentist. I wanted to try once more before having to go to a specialist, so I brought him to see Dr Darren. He was so patient and kind to my son that he co-operated and had his treatment done! Dr Darren was so thorough and explained the options and procedure well. The service is also very affordable.

It had been many years since I’d seen a dentist and since moving into Brunswick, I wanted to support local businesses. Previously, I saw a highly private and costly dentist on Victoria Parade but I always felt that they were too clinical, a bit butchered, and costly. I’m very happy and delighted with the service at Brunswick Dental Clinic. Yasmin was excellent at explaining procedures at my level. I had a long-overdue cleaning and a repair on a broken filling with more repairs to come. My private health insurance has had a work out and I’ve had no gaps to cover so far. Very happy!

Fantastic experience: Have had work done by both Darren and Yasmin. Extremely compassionate and transparent, even in the face of complex issues. Prices are affordable, the care is top-notch, and I don't plan on looking elsewhere for dental care for a long long time.

Fantastic experience: I initially saw Dr Yasmin a few years ago, and she was wonderful and then last year while she was on leave I started seeing Dr Darren and he was also fantastic. Both really good at talking me through what they were doing, different treatment options, what might need to happen down the track and so one. They’re also always 100% supportive and never shaming or blaming me for issues. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend.

Darren checked the condition of my teeth, gums and bite, as well as took x-rays, cleaned my teeth and polished them. The whole time he discussed with me any potential issues, what are the causes and how they can be fixed/prevented, even if they're just minor. It was the most comprehensive checkup I've had, and was not rushed like other clinics I've experienced. If you need to see a dental clinic, go here!!

Fantastic experience: If I could give Brunswick dental clinic more than five stars I would! Dr Yasmin did a great job with my dental work, she was preofessional and honsetly priced and most of all she showed me so much kindness. I called the clinic early one morning before the opening hours and didnt leave a message, a couple hours later Dr Yasmin called me back (first good sign). Dr Yasim stayed open late just to see me (second good sign). When i arrived to my appointment I think I waited nothing more than 5 mins and when my appointment started I was welcomed with so much kindess. Dr yasmin was gentle and QUICK! We had a delightful conversation and she even gave me some of her ramadm Kahk bread! overall very happy as a paitent!

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist in about 10 years and was suffering from a fair about of pain from tooth decay. Yasmin gave a great clean and treatment plan. The work she has done so far is amazing and I could not be happier with the results.
